Works really well. I bought this “Bluetooth FM Transmitter” device to use in my 2005 model car, which has no Bluetooth or AUX input. This device is exactly what I’ve been needing, and I don’t know why I waited so long to get one. Anyway, here are the “pros” and “cons” from my perspective after using it for about a week (every time I get into the car):Pros: (1) No need to mention the things that are in the Amazon description. There is a lot of functionality, and it all works as described, except as in the “Cons”, below. (2) Others have mentioned static, but I did not encounter any static. Yes, there is static when the car radio is tuned between stations, but the static is gone as soon as the device begins transmitting at the same frequency. (3) It’s best to turn up the volume on the phone, then adjust the volume on the car radio. For me, neither one had to be at a maximum. (4) After initially pairing the device with the phone via bluetooth, it then connects very quickly when the car ignition is turned on. A fairly loud “beep” indicates they are connected. Cons: (1) The documentation is good, except that the font is much too small. I had difficulty reading it, especially the letters that identify the various buttons. (2) The documentation states to turn the knob (with the green phone picture) left or right for “previous” or “next” song. However, the correct procedure is to push the knob left or right. I think I almost broke it by trying to turn it. (3) The FM frequency is shown on the device in a small font that is difficult to read. After getting the device and radio working together, I set one of the car’s radio presets to that frequency, so there’s no need to bother with it again. (4) The bass is stronger than I like, even without the bass boost. I had to turn down the base on my car radio, but with that adjustment it is fine. OK. That’s it. In short, I’m very happy with it, after figuring out some of the quirks.Update: I’ve had this for several weeks, and it is still working well. I have this one additional “con”: It appears that I can pair it with only one phone. After pairing a second phone, I have to go through the pair procedure with the first one again if I want to use the first one again with this device. It’s not much trouble, but it would be nice if it could remember multiple phones.

Does what it needs to do. Driving 8 hours a day in an old company car, Needed a safe way to communcate with base – and to listen to my tunes of course. There’s a billion options out there, but I wanted Fast Charging to keep up with the demand GPS / Music takes on a battery. I took a chance on a few others that failed and this one seems to be a winner. If you’re covering long distances in a single trip, it might be difficult finding the right radio frequency to use so it doesn’t get shared mid trip with passing by signals. Once you find the sweet spot the quality is great. Microphone quality is acceptable. A lot of people don’t understand the Microphone is inside the device, and depending where your 12v power is in your car talking might not be loud or simple.. Gotta put it as close to your face as your car allows. People Understand me clearly, I understand them clearly. Fast charging works as advertised. Its not the FASTEST fast charging currently available, but its still plenty acceptable(My phone can’t charge that fast anyway). I’m constantly at 100% all day!Another thing that needs to be known about fast charging is you need to pair it with a proper cable! Its not the devices fault if you’re using the cheapest wire you find and expect it to work. I did have one minor issue where the primary button flew off after a quick double tap — Thankfully I was able to find it and it reattached just fine. Kinda urked me to take off a single star, even though you could still use the button it was harder to press / change songs. Its fixed,, it functions, and it looks sturdy enough to last a long time.

The power button is the main reason why I bought this transmitter and not others. I like to leave the transmitter plugged in 24/7. I always have my dashcam plugged into it, that’s why the transmitter is always plugged in.With my old transmitter, i didn’t like how i had to sacrifice about 80% of the radio station at all times (due to car dashcam) when i am not connected by bluetooth. I also hated when I left my car after i got home, and my phone would still be connected to the transmitter, which would force me to turn off my bluetooth from my phone all the time, or if bluetooth was still enabled and somehow my phone would disconnect, later on during the dat my phone would connect randomly anywhere in my house which is very annoying. And when I was connected by bluetooth and i was forcefully disconnected due to being out of range, my phone wouldn’t automatically connect. Which then forced me to connect manually by going into the bluetooth settings of my phone every single time, or unplugging the transmitter and plugging it back in.With this unit however, it solves all the problems my old one gave me. With the power button, i can easily connect my phone if it accidentally disconnects and doesn’t connect again within a minute. I can now listen to all of the radio stations when i am done using bluetooth by turining of the transmitter with the power button. And when I get home i can leave bluetooth ebabled, since I can turn off the transmitter with the power button, and not have to worry about my phone connecting to the transmitter randomly around the house anymore. Having the power button has improved my quality of life.Again, I highly recommend this model for the power button alone, and this button makes my daily driving experience a 10/10.

Value for the money is good. The product functions, but there’s room for improvement.Pros:I was able to connect my iPhone 13 to the car radio using the provided instructions.The Bluetooth connection automatically activates when I turn on the car, and the FM transmitter is ready to broadcast music from my phone.Cons:The USB port seems to have a low amperage output (possibly less than 2 amps). My iPhone’s battery drained while connected and navigating for 6 hours. Going forward, I’ll be using the my old USB connection in the power outlet for charging my phones in the car. This FM transmitter will go to the power outlet in the rear section of the SUV.The audio quality delivered through the FM transmitter is just average.I encountered some difficulties with volume control and management.Overall, the automatic connection and ease of use are convenient. However, the low power output and audio quality require improvement.

Works like a champ. This thing is awesome! Easy to set up and get working, plays quite well, holds the connection great! Haven’t tried charging anything yet, but the Bluetooth is fine!

Life saver on road trips in the middle of nowhere. We live in the middle of nowhere and often have no radio on road trips. Car has a 5 disc player but we don’t have cds. We used to use an audio hookup from our phones to our car to have music/podcasts, but then phones stopped having audio jacks. This was a perfect solution. Connects via Bluetooth to our phones and we have ample choices of unused stations in our area to connect to. The light can be turned off. It also adds a way of charging two phones at once.

Connectivity, no problem. Works great, sounds great. Easy to use.
