Been 3 days and there’s a difference. I was always the kid who wasn’t exactly a tomboy but didn’t like a lot of girly things either…so I was constantly in dirt and mud as a kid and then at the beach constantly as a teen. I’ve always had ocd but about 10-15 years ago that consists of always wearing shoes outside…and I cannot bring myself to stop that – so I bought this mat. Idk how to explain what is happening but my inflammation has drastically reduced…its exhausting so be prepared for that and the first time I got extremely nauseated. I dont know how to fully describe that I feel like I’m starting to get back to myself again….idk what kind of witchcraft this is but starting to feel like I’m me again is a gift I can never be too grateful for – 4 stars instead of 5 bc its just been 3 days and im a skeptic..
We use this every evening and the cat likes to lay on it too. We use this every evening when we put our feet up where our calves and feet skin are touching the mat. The first several times I had very active tingles in my feet, legs, and elsewhere, even without touching it – say at the back of my neck. My boyfriend/partner felt nothing. Over the last three weeks – the tingling has gone down somewhat but is still there. I don’t know if this is helping or not – but I do know I’m surrounded by electronics every where we go – even in the house.
Nice, but. Seems nice and I will use it for my dogs, BUT it does not have a safety resistor in the cord that came with it. Should read 98,000 ohms, but it’s only 10 ohms
Good price. Bought this for my daughter, who always feels drained and has a hard time sleeping. Once she started to use this this grounding mat, we noticed a little change in her moods. Not sure what’s going on but hey I’ll take it. I would recommend it
Works. Feeling much better after 2 weeks of grounding, it is helping with sleep and general achiness.
