The very thing you didn’t think you need. Stretching and flexibility is an important role in any fitness program. Even if you’re just trying to stay in shape as you get older, I never realized how handy this little thing could be, and keep finding new ways of using it each and every day it makes your stretching more productive because you can relax and stretch Instead of having to be tensed while you’re trying to hold position or hold the leg movement
Better than the strap I use at PT. This strap is very comfortable material against yout skin and it has many levels for maximum flexibility.
Exactly as recommended by my physical therapist. Well made and exactly as described. Arrived quickly. Comfortable to use. Highly recommendIt’s not meant to be elastic for those who expected it to be. The stretching exercises would not be possible if it were elastic.

Good. The strap book works well while stretching your muscles and have a bad knee so it helps do my exercise with that and build my quad muscles I like it it’s very helpful and it’s easy to use as very strong and sturdy
