Great GPS tracker, but the subscription is a little expensive. As someone who is always on the go and needs to keep track of my belongings, I decided to try out the Spytec GPS GL300.Pros:Accurate location tracking: I was impressed with how accurately the Spytec GPS GL300 tracked my belongings. I could easily locate them in real-time and see their exact location on the map.Easy to use: The Spytec GPS GL300 was easy to set up and use. I simply had to download the app and connect the device to my phone. The app was user-friendly, and I could customize the settings to suit my needs.Compact and discreet: The Spytec GPS GL300 is compact and discreet, which makes it easy to hide and track my belongings without anyone noticing. It was perfect for tracking my car, bike, or even my luggage when traveling.Long battery life: The battery life of the Spytec GPS GL300 was impressive. It lasted for several days on a single charge, which meant I didn’t have to worry about recharging it often.Cons:Subscription fee: To use the Spytec GPS GL300, you have to pay a subscription fee. While it’s not expensive, it may be a drawback for some people who are on a tight budget. ($32.61 a month)Limited features: The Spytec GPS GL300 has limited features compared to other GPS trackers. Overall decent tracker. Came as depicted in the photos. Easy to set up. I pay the monthly subscription. Setting the device up was not hard. It’ll require an email address and a card for payment purposes. Now the app is not the best in design compared to a previous tracker I had. The location hasn’t been accurate for me either it’s generally 20-30 feet off for me. Battery usually lasts a week. Not bad, but again, I’ve had trackers far more accurate. Now, their tech support is TOP NOTCH and that’s the reason I’m leaving a 4 instead of 3. I hope with an update accuracy can be addressed.
Quality product app to track not very good fornthe money you pay. The product has a long battery life and tracks well. The app needed to use the tracker is $30 a month. The app doesn’t update to the right time zone and sometimes just shuts down. The tracker came with a weather proof case that works well
Accurate. This tracker is very accurate and has good battery life. We bought the magnetic holder which conceals the flashing lights. These are used for our business vehicles. My only complaint is you cannot print information from the app without using screenshorts. It would be perfect with that feature.
10 outta 10 recommend. I love this gps tracker!! It’s amazing! And the tech support is beyond 5 star! I have not had one single problem! It seemed like the battery was going down a little fast but it actually has a battery saver mode, so I just changed it over and I can tell a at huge difference! But the best part it doesn’t function any differently than full battery use. Love love love! Would buy again! And 10 outta 10 recommend!
It tracks well; however…. This GPS does a nice job tracking, but for $35 a month it should work a little better.1. Sometimes car not at exact location when stopped (for example, car might be at a store but map shows it sitting on the highway).2. Battery life is about 7 days – needs to be longer (Apple air tags last forever).3. Live tracking does not show car in motion and only updates every few seconds.4. App does not show battery life percentage. When the battery dies it just freezes at the location it was last at.5. Set up was not easy for me! Scanning the QR code on the package did not set up the device. That was frustrating!6. The app you need to download is called HAPPN – not provided in box instructions.7. Charging is a pain but it fully charges fast. I believe 4-6 hours.If you are tracking a car, I recommend putting this tracker in the trunk – pull out some of the interior wall and put the tracker behind it. I always place mine near the tire well in the trunk. Magnets on tracker box are super strong so that is nice. Happy tracking folks 🙂

I personally purchased it to keep track of my backpack while traveling. However, it’s important to note that you will need to purchase a subscription plan, as the tracker relies on a cellular signal. At around $34 a month, I find the cost to be justified for the peace of mind it provides.The device pairs with an accompanying app, which you’ll need to set up after creating an account. While the app offers some useful features, I found it lacking in certain areas. For instance, you can choose from a few tracking frequency options, with the fastest being every 5 seconds—a feature I really appreciate. However, the next available option is a 30-minute interval, which is quite a leap from 5 seconds. It would have been much better if users could customize the ping frequency according to their specific needs.Despite this limitation, the app does include several other features, such as a trace that functions similarly to Google Timeline, mapping out your movements throughout the day. To ensure continuous tracking, just remember to charge the device daily, and you shouldn’t encounter any issues.Overall, while the tracker and app perform adequately, there’s definitely room for improvement, particularly in terms of customization options for tracking frequency.
Accurate and easy to use. This device was very easy to use and very accurate with location. I ended up having to buy a second one because the first one was found within the first week of placing it in the vehicle, even though I put it where I thought nobody would bother or think to look. Anyway that one was said to have been thrown away, so I bought a second one and waited a week before placing it in the vehicle again, in what I thought was another good place, and it was found the same day and turned off. The device worked amazingly, however if I could have changed anything, it would be the bulkiness of it, especially when you put it in the case. I was told that was how it was located both times, lol! Anyway, I got the second one back, so who knows….I may try it again. Another thing that I kind of didn’t like was that I had already paid for the monthly subscription ($35) but couldn’t transfer the subscription to the new one even though I had only gotten 1 weeks worth of use from the subscription. I ended up having to pay for another month for the second device.
Works well. Easy to set up, easy to charge, magnetic case works good. Can use with web or mobile app. Requires a pricy membership but it works well. I will likely keep renewing membership.

Easy set up, precise, user friendly. Easy to set up and use from the start. Location is spot on and I never had issues going offline or losing connection. Battery long lasting. The magnetic case is shockingly secure; even used on the undercarriage in some rough terrain without falling off. Updates can be timed to preserve battery while using a ping command if needed in between scheduled updates. Very useful.
Reliable Tracker with Great Features. This GPS tracker works flawlessly! It’s compact, easy to set up, and the tracking is very accurate. The battery life is my only complaint with this product. If the vehicle moves a lot you will need to charge it often. The app provides detailed updates in real-time. Whether for vehicles or personal use, this tracker is dependable and well worth the investment. Keep in mind that you will need a subscription in order to use this product. I still highly recommend it for peace of mind! Overall, it is a great product!
Impressed. Works globally, battery life seems pretty good, and while location initially wasn’t very accurate when I first activated, but it seems to be tracking pretty accurately after it started moving around. The only thing I didn’t know was that it requires a subscription

Good product, business practices not so much. Update to My Previous Review – Excellent Resolution and GratitudeI wanted to provide an update regarding my previous concerns with charges on my account. Initially, I was frustrated after going back and forth via email for several days with little clarity—getting the same explanation reworded in different ways. It felt like no real progress was being made.However, since leaving my review, Spytec GPS went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only did they refund the charges I questioned, but they also generously reimbursed several months’ worth of fees I had previously paid. I truly appreciate this gesture and the effort they ultimately made to make things right.I do not want to be share the exact resolution I received because there are a lot of people in the world who try to complain about purchases just to obtain compensation . My situation was unique I never expected to receive anything Beyond the last charge because sometimes problems are in part due to confusion between buyer and seller I am truly grateful for how fairly and kindly it was handled in the end. And I have since purchased another item and have no complaints whatsoever.As for the product itself—it remains one of the better GPS trackers on the market. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and has been a solid tool for my needs. I sincerely thank the team at Spytec GPS for their support and follow-through.The tracker is great and the battery is one of the better ones however accuracy isn’ttoo good but I’ve definitely seen worse. Billing note that’s a whole other matter. I was billed for two trackers even tho I have never used more than one at any given moment as I deactivated the lost one when I ordered the second one and never have figured out why I was billed $34.95 AND $24.95 simultaneously with an explanation that I had two trackers. Nope only have need for one why would I use two!!! Anyway going back and forth repeatedly getting nowhere I dropped the account altogether.
Good starter unit. Current cars have less plastic so it was a challenge to find a good spot to attach it.The software app works well.
Works and does what it say. Did exactly what it was supposed to. Got it to track my own car because I was suspicious of my boyfriend going other places besides work and lying about it. This helped me learn my suspicions were correct. It was easy to set up, good battery life and I loved the live tracking and that it kept the history. It’s worth the buy. Only thing is you’ll have to also pay for the app membership to track.

It works very very well. Its really great and works very well, my Granddaughter had it on her Christmas wish list. She was impressed how accurate it is and how easy it is to set it up. Thanks to Shenece who helped us, shes very professional and patient.
