  1. Great Mouse. Great mouse! If you’re like me and you love playing video games, grew up playing Warcraft III, GTA, Command and Conquer, all while ALT+Tab’ing back and forth to AOL instant messenger, but now you’re in your 30’s with 3 kids and a bunch of bills to pay so you don’t quite have the time for games like you used to….then this mouse is for you!!I recently watched a Let’sPlay Rimworld and had to play. The touchpad on my MBP clearly wouldn’t cut it, and my Bluetooth mouse kept disconnecting every 5-7 minutes. I wanted something accurate and reliable without breaking the bank. I did my research and even stuck my head down the rabbit hole of the gaming mouse modification community, ultimately deciding on the Logitech. It works great, I love it for what I use it for.my only caution would be compatibility with Mac. When I plug it in and load g hub, it just says “not connected”. Which is strange, since it can see it plugged in and recognize the make and model. After much investigation through their support website, found a small sentence somewhere saying if you use a USB hub it must have its own power source. Since my MacBook only has USB C, I use an Aukey hub as well as a C/A dongle and neither worked. Even when I had my power source plugged into the hub for pass-through charging.Ultimately I’d recommend getting this mouse. Easy plug and play with customization if you’ve got the right equipment. It’s comfortable, and has a great sensor for this price point.Ps in case you’re wondering what the difference between this model and the 203 prodigy is, this has a wave function lighting that sweeps around the back of the mouse, so varying colors across the back. The older model just pulses from one color to the next. This is rated 8000 dpi and the older one is 6000*Edit*I had to update to say shortly after my review, Logitech updated its g hub software and this mouse works perfectly with my usb hub. 10/10 would recommend

  2. The best “cheap” mouse you can buy. This is honestly hands down the best value mouse I’ve used. If you’re looking for the best bang for the buck and purchasing a new PC gaming set up, this would be the first mouse I recommend. Also if you’re a 3D artist and looking for a mouse with a nice scroll wheel button and scrolling mechanism that works wonderfully with all your 3D software packages, this is the mouse I’d recommend. For the quality you get, I personally think its cheap and a great deal. Now, having raved about how good of a deal it is, I’m not going to say it’s as good as the Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless that I just recently purchased. It just isn’t that good. The G203 is considerably heavier than the Viper Ultimate and I have come to really appreciate a lighter mouse. However, the G203 is solidly built and I’m sure I’ll be using the two that I have for several years because they are well built and durable. The DPI sensitivity can be turned up far higher than I would personally ever want (8000 DPI) and I doubt it will be a limiting factor for most people. It has a 1000Hz pooling rate, which is a far higher refresh rate than any monitor I know of and I doubt you really need much more if any at all for the foreseeable future. The shape of the body of the mouse is nice, after using the Viper Ultimate, I do wish the G203 was a bit shorter when measured rising up off the mousepad but seriously a minor gripe. After using the Viper Ultimate, I do wish the backward and forward buttons on the side of the mouse were a bit bigger like the Viper Ultimate but they are workable. The lighting on the mouse is surprisingly pleasing a smooth. From my experience the Logitech G Hub software is well designed at easy to use. I heavily prefer G Hub compared to Razer Synapse. Synapse so often requests log in credentials and it’s a rage inducing pain, Logitech in contrast does it the correct way and does not require a log in at all. You just have to install the software and that’s it, it works and it doesn’t take up too many system resources. The cord of this mouse is a bit heavier than some and less flexible than some but it’s not bad. I highly recommend a mouse cord Bungee to go with this mouse, its a great combo if you’d rather not spend the extra coin on a wireless mouse and you can be highly competitive gaming with that set up. I personally use this mouse with the Thermaltake Tt e SPORTS Galeru Bungee on my work machine and it’s awesome. I tend not to lug around a bungee in my backpack with my laptop but the G203 is my main laptop mouse and I do well in competitive games without the bungee also. This mouse is an easy recommendation for me, I think it’s one of the best investments one can make as a PC gamer. I would guess it’s light years better than mice that are included with most if not all prebuilt PC’s. As a long time (25+ years) PC builder, enthusiast and gamer it’s hard to put into words how impressive this one mouse is in terms of cost to performance ratio, it’s a landmark in my mind. It’s the minimum and the maximum that I feel like you really need to be a strong competitive gamer, everything else is either that extra icing on the cake or the e-waste that will fill a landfills quickly in coming years. Just my personal guess this mouse could last you 10 years and there wont be a major compelling reason to upgrade outside of weight during that time. A slow transition to all USB-C maybe could happen and that might be a reason to get a new mouse but honestly this one I think will last you a while if you want it to.

Good mouse. No manual RGB button. Software doesn’t seem to work. I have the black version of this. The mouse is great and feels comfortable. I like having the DPI button at your fingertips to dial in the sensitivity. The only problem I have is that the RGB cannot be disabled using a hardware button – the color controls are all accessed via software. Which wouldn’t be that big a deal if the software actually worked. I downloaded the right software and it couldn’t find the mouse. Given its large size (really? 365MB for an app to control my mouse?), I removed the app and just left it as-is. The kids like the RGB rainbow cycle so it’s fine. All in all a good, inexpensive Logitech mouse you know and love. For what it’s worth my main mouse is still the legendary G5 laser mouse from 2006. I’m pretty picky and I think that this is a fine mouse for any use. I’m only docking it the star for the poor software implementation. Come on Logitech – add a button to toggle the RGB light please.

One of the best mice I have ever used. This thing is great. For $30, you get a mouse that should last you years. I use my PC, almost every single day and a lot of times, for gaming too, including click-heavy games such as Diablo. This is my 2nd G203, the first one failed after almost 6 years of heavy use, anything from MMOs to FPS games, to Click-to-Move games. Eventually the RMB started to double-click with one press and I had to replace it. I naturally went for another G203. It lasted much longer than the Steelseries I used before it, and even longer than the two Razer Nagas I used before that. Sure, the G203 doesn’t have a lot of buttons, but it is versatile with the DPI settings, and I find that two buttons on the side are more than enough for 99% of the games I have ever played. I don’t even use those buttons that often anyway, but they are nice to have there. The one-and-only complaint I have about this mouse is I wish I could disable the DPI button entirely. I’ve accidentally hit it while gaming when using the scroll wheel once-or-twice, but it’s such a minor issue that I’m more than happy to hand-wave. It’s a $30 mouse, and it’s built better than some mice I’ve used that are 2x-3x more expensive.

  7. its a 8.5/10 its nice but I will surely recommend rival 3 for serious gaming. Before buy this mouse, I was between rival 3 (steelseries) and cobra fps (redragon), I take this one because a close friend recommends it, but I will not say the same the materials and construction of the mouse it’s the best of this (except click buttons), but the drivers it’s really simple and will not provide you a grate tool also don’t work with light sync but works don’t expect more of the drivers, the sensor it’s pretty nice and accurate, the buttons of the left side are correct and i don’t have any problem with this ones, the wheel sometimes if you press it from a site will click alone without sense (only left side not right) and the left and right click are really sensible this is something that personally for gaming I don’t recommend sometimes you click it without sense and makes you lost matches just for move or take the mouse the shape of the mouse works for people that use the left hand as main too and have a perfect size for any tipe of grip (with little or middle hands, big hands only claw and fingertip). For the problem with clicks and the driver’s section (issues with light sync) I wills say its a 8.5/10 its nice but I will surely recommend rival 3 before this one for serious gaming.

Excellent value. This is a great gaming mouse for the price. It’s very responsive once you dial it in. The G203 only goes up to 8000dpi unlike Logitech’s other higher end models. I find that 8000 is more than adequate. In fact, I feel that 3000-3200dpi is the sweet spot for me. This model does feature Lightsync. A cool feature is the ability to auto adjust the RBG to what is being displayed on the screen. I like the customizable buttons. It has the appropriate number of buttons for my needs. The scroll wheel is crisp.Pros:Comfortable for my xl hand.RBG is customizable through G HubMedium light weightAccurateCons:The attached cable is plastic instead. The smooth plastic is not as grippy.G Hub is does not always load on start up.Overall, it’s a great value for a budget gaming mouse. I was able to get mine on sale for a great price. If you are looking for a wired mouse, this should be on the top of your list.

  9. Wonderful mouse. I bought this mouse for gaming and it did pretty well. It does have a tendency to slip out of your hand and it is very slippery on the mat. Also, if you’re looking for a quiet mouse, this isn’t it. It had very loud clicking noises. I still really like this mouse and it’s on another PC.

  10. Got as a replacement, love it. I had one of these before but it get a bit junked up over the years. So, figured I should get a new one and still feels great! If you’re looking for a good gaming mouse that’s comfortable to use with standard features (and a nice clean RGB hue rotation), this is your mouse!

  11. Easily Customizable. I bought this for my new office job that requires a lot of copy and pasting. I was able to program the side buttons to do so and have made my life so much easier! The Logitech program is easy to use and the on board memory is great since I am not able to program from work. I simply set up a profile at home and set it as the on board memory profile and brought it to work. Works like a charm! It’s neither heavy nor too light, perfect for me as I don’t like a super light or super heavy mouse. The looks speak for themselves, this mouse is super cute and fits my aesthetic perfectly.

  12. Mouse bem interessante e não senti nenhum delay para jogos. Bom e barato!

  13. A nice solid mouse. For some reason, I’m leaving my wireless mice behind in favor of wired mouses for when I’m gaming. I noticed this mouse by Logitech and also the price which is much lower than its bigger brother. I gave it a chance. I got the lavender one. I’m a girl… so guys, get over it. 😉 It’s very attractive. It has just the right weight for me as well as the shape is very comfortable for me. I have larger hands but use smaller mice. I’m sure that this will be an attractive item for more than fewer in terms of size. What I really like about this mouse is that it has two side buttons that are easily reachable with my thumb. I’ve tried various mice with buttons for the thumb but have found that two is pretty much ideal. I get a little confused with more than that or they get in the way. While I did not purchase this mouse for its LED lighting, it is very pleasant. The colors are constantly changing. They aren’t over powering but are nice and bright. I haven’t checked out to see if I can change them. I’m using this particular mouse on a MAC and Logitech doesn’t support MACs very well with their software. If you need a wired mouse, don’t want to spend a fortune on it, and like good quality for your money, I’d recommend this mouse.

  14. Perfectly Fine Mouse Plus Built In Fidget/Soother:. Ok, so I am going to admit first hand that I greatly dislike change, so when my old Logitech mouse finally stopped working after many years, I was irritable.I went searching for a wired mouse that I could get quickly, that had a decent scroll wheel, and that had two side buttons because it would most closely resemble what I had.Initially, I said okay, this mouse is fine. It does what I want it to do, it works, and… wow, this scroll wheel feels neat! It has a bit of rubberized treaded wrap on it, which not only makes it easy to work, but it’s comfortable and did I mention that it just feels neat??Then, we have the colors. Even without installing any companion apps, the mouse’s colors rotate gently through all the hues of the rainbow, and even at my age it’s a really fun thing to look at, kind of like a lava lamp or something equally as soothing.Even the side buttons have an interesting texture; it’s a little soft, it’s a polished smoothness next to the slight matte finish of the rest of the mouse.I like it a lot more than I thought! It’s comfortable, and includes bonus tactile and visual entertainment.

Great, affordable mouse. Just be ready to replace it after a while. I’m not planning on rambling too much, here. Going to keep it relatively short.I bought a more expensive, more feature-heavy Logitech mouse back in 2022. Cost more than I’m going to admit and it only worked well about half a year before the primary mouse button started glitching out. Sometimes it would double click on its own accord. Sometimes you’d hold the mouse button down to drag something and it would stop registering your input mid-drag. It was apparently a VERY common issue. For all its bells and whistles, Logitech skimped on the button components. You know, the most important part of the mouse in the first place. Good times. Bleh.I had always had good luck with the Logitech brand prior, so I wasn’t ready to jump ship just yet. Instead, I vowed to never buy an expensive gaming mouse from them EVER AGAIN and looked for a more affordable, reasonable replacement. Ended up buying this thing for $24.58 (sale-price) circa January 2023. It worked for a year and a half and then broke down on me a few days ago. Same issue with the same faulty primary mouse button. But at $24.58? Whatever. The mouse was cheap enough that I don’t really care. Lasted long enough that I got my value out of it and I’m only mildly peeved at Logitech’s skimping (honestly, if you’re going to skimp… skimp on the RGB lights in favor of DURABLE BUTTON COMPONENTS!!!).As of the time of this review, I Just bought a second one to replace the first. Assuming this mouse lasts a year and a half like its brother did, I’ll consider it a bargain.TLDR: if you’re looking for a relatively cheap, quality mouse… this is it. Just don’t expect it to get too long in the tooth. The primary mouse button will give out on you eventually. 5/5 product until that happens, and then you’ll be back here shopping around again. 😛

Pretty good, consistently fail after 2 years of use. I am on my third one of these, I like how light it is and the feel of it. But it consistently fails after 2 years of use, the main button will start to randomly fail giving you phantom clicking behaviors, very subtle at first and you will think your losing your mind. The right hand buttons on the side are slightly too far up, my thumb rests on the back button naturally and I have to curl my hand to reach the upper one so I very rarely if ever use the first button on the side which is another gripe. I will probably try another mouse this time, just because this one is good, but not 100% fit for me.

Outstanding Gaming Mouse at an Unbeatable Price. The Logitech G203 Wired Gaming Mouse has exceeded all my expectations, especially considering its price point. The 8,000 DPI sensor provides incredible precision, which has noticeably improved my gameplay in both fast-paced shooters and strategy games. It’s responsive and tracks movements flawlessly, giving me the edge I need in competitive play. The LIGHTSYNC RGB lighting adds a fun, customizable element to the mouse, and the rainbow optical effect is mesmerizing. The software is user-friendly, allowing me to easily sync the lighting with my other Logitech devices. The build quality feels solid, and the mouse is comfortable to use even during extended gaming sessions. The buttons are responsive and have a satisfying click without being too noisy. Overall, this mouse is a fantastic choice for both casual and serious gamers. If you’re looking for high performance without breaking the bank, the Logitech G203 is the way to go!

  19. Good quality & affordable. I absolutely love this mouse! It’s incredibly comfortable for extended use, which is perfect for long gaming or work sessions. The feature that allows you to see your current DPI settings is a game-changer for precision tasks. I also really enjoy customizing the LED lights through the app; it adds a personal touch and enhances my setup. Overall, this mouse combines functionality and style exceptionally well!

  22. Solid and comfortable mouse for the price, but be prepared to replace it. I’ll echo what many others have said. This mouse feels great in my hand and the build quality feels solid. However, be prepared for the left mouse button to go out at some point. In my case it started double-clicking with almost every left click, making it basically unusable, after nearly 3 years of steady and nearly every-day use. If it’s at a price point where you’re comfortable using it for 2-3 years then having to replace it, then it’s a good deal.

  23. So far so awesome. Feels great. Looks slick and the colors are super bright. I have been through a lot of mice lately so decided to go back to Logictech after years of using Razer. Best decision I have made. Even with the wire it feels almost wireless due to the pure comfort. Highly responsive as well and is great for gaming! I play FPS games so a good mouse is crucial.

  24. Excellent for gaming and price. I love this mouse! Kind of wish I would’ve gotten the wireless model but even still, this mouse has everything you need for gaming and nothing else. It’s relatively light and with Logitech’s GHub app, you can change the RGB and the patterns it makes. So far this mouse has been phenomenal and I would definitely buy again because I don’t need the mouse with every bell and whistle available. Just the extra buttons on the side and the DPI button below the scroll wheel is more than enough for me.

  25. Good enough for macbook pro. I originally wanted to wireless version of this mouse but it’s pricey, for me.. I found the wired version, this mouse, and honestly there’s nothing worse than just sitting down to your computer and finding out you need to charge your mouse. So I decided to get the wired version and I don’t regret it.The cable is quite long for macbook use, I got a usb to USB-C adapter and the mouse works fine. The light cycles through a variety of colors.. There weren’t any instructions in my box so I’m not sure yet if you can set it to one light or if it does it on it’s own, syncs to music, gaming sounds, etc.The speed of the mouse is a little slower than the track pad on my macbook. I’m unsure how to change this. I’ll google it later if I still feel it’s too slow. But I love the white look, didn’t mind the gray accents. I love that it’s wired and I don’t need batteries or to recharge. And the lights look so cool
