Perfect for roller skates. I got roller skates recently and my friend shared that a yoga mat strap is pretty much the exact same thing as roller skate leashes, just marketed differently. I got the lilac color which coordinates so nicely with my lilac skates! They hold well in these and it makes transporting them much easier. 10/10.

Suitable. Can fit any type of mat from thinner to thicker ( I have a 2cm thick and 190cm long, it fits properly and I can even carry the mat with ease using the strap)

Beware of Color Transfer When Sweaty. I’m still giving this product 5 stars because it works perfectly, but be careful when you use it after a super sweaty hot yoga session. I wore this strap crossbody over a sweaty drenched white shirt and the fabric color of the strap (black in my case) transferred to my white shirt and it’s impossible to get out. I even brought it to the dry cleaners. So just be careful using after being super sweaty.
Great strap. I use this strap on a 79×30 inch mat. Works well. The tension on the mat does not decrease when the mat is standing on its own.

Fulfilled the assignment. I purchased an oversized…about 6’ x 3’ and 1/2 inch thick…yoga mat because I am plus sized and needed more space and cushion for my joints. I needed a strap/carrier that would fit and aid in storing the mat rolled up. This was absolutely perfect. There was enough slack after tightening the loops to use as a comfortable carrier. Very satisfied with my purchase.
