They need to work on packing products better for shipping. I Ordered the Jug because of all the reviews of people getting leaking bottles. I assumed the jug would be sealed better and I was right with that assumption. The problem is the box they put the jug in was not any bigger than the jug itself. No packing material nothing, So as soon as the box gets a little weight put on it bam you have a spill. The seal on my Jug blew and had enough pressure to unscrew the cap halfway. I only ordered that big jug so i would not have a leak… sigh.Good news is they smartened up and put the box the jug was in, in a bigger box. The second jug seal is intact, odd things is I got a hand pump this time but i did not get one with the first jug. complimentary? or was I supposed to have the hand pump to begin with?The product itself seems Great, I will keep purchasing.
Close the windows so your neighbors don’t call 911 for new puppy’s first bath! 😂. I was sure my neighbors thought I needed emergency assistance with the way my baby was crying but no it was just her first time having a bath.This shampoo was gentle, lathered very well but not so much that it was annoying, smelled lovely and not over powering for me or the puppy & was very gentle. My new girl didn’t even mind a little on her face. She had been with me for a week and was plenty stinky after walks in the garden and a few other “accidents” and after a quick bath using this gentle shampoo she was fresh enough to get dirty again. 10/10! Oh and I loved how it came packaged well with secure tape over the lid.And the price was great!
READ ME – Dog broke out in rash. Shampoo is fine and vet said it’s good quality and safe to use, but my puppy had an unexplainable rash with nasty looking bumps, scabs and very itchy skin after using this shampoo that started at the base of her head and went down her back. Reviewing to share to hopefully spare the rest of you! Don’t squeeze the shampoo directly onto your dog, and especially not a young puppy. Squeeze shampoo into your hands, lather in your hands, then apply to your dog. We rinsed her really well and seemed like we rinsed all the shampoo off, but if any is left behind, it can irritate your dog’s skin and continue to dry it out, which is what caused the rash. The vet said the tiniest amount can cause this and squeezing the shampoo directly onto your dog can allow it to soak in and get trapped in the undercoat more easily. The vet said to still use the shampoo, just following the method described above, so we have, and no issues since.
Great dog shampoo. I use this puppy shampoo on my dog it is tear free which helps a lot is it doesn’t burn his eyes at all.He is a shihpoo and it makes his fur so soft. Burt’s bees is also a clean brand which helps if you don’t want to use harsh chemicals on your dog.
Great Value, Low Lather. I got this for my sheltie that seems to have an itchy face but doesn’t really enjoy getting their face washed. So, I wanted something that would be gentle on his skin and not cause eye irritation.This did the trick. The only drawback I would say is there isn’t really any scent and it didn’t lather very well. However if you are looking a tearless shampoo for a puppy or a grown dogs face, I would recommend this. It’s also a great value and sometimes there are coupons.
