great product. I received mine today , it look perfect , and work perfect .. really i liked every detail of it .. the incense at first did not smelled well, but then i found that there is certain ways to burn it in a right way to give you the beautiful scent, it flow very well and perfectly, even in a windy room, you do not lose the flowing .. the details of the incense burner is amazing and very warm ,,, really very happy with it .. it is even look better than the photo …
Love this fountain. I am so glad I got this fountain, because I wanted to add it with my other zen garden pieces. I also painted the waterfall with DecoArt ice blue metallic paint to give it a sheen look. It gives a very calming effect.
Lot of Detail. Gorgeous product. Very detailed. Looks beautiful just sitting on my dresser.
Perfect calming item. It takes awhile for the smoke to flow Down but once it does you won’t ever want to go away from it !!!
Beautiful and it Works. This waterfall incense holder works beautifully and is gorgeous to look at and watch as the smoke gently rolls down the waterfall. Very mesmerizing and relaxing to watch. Great craftsmanship too, shipping was great and the little mat it comes with to sit on is lovely. Wish I could purchase more of just the mats as well. Comes with a good amount of backflow incense to get you started. They all smell the same really, but I had already purchased a variety anyway. This is my fourth item from them because they look good all over my home and office and they gift wonderfully.

the quality. For decoration
It’s a beautiful piece except for the scents. The flow of the smoke is cool and and the piece itself is beautiful. The bad thing about it is that all the incense smells the same. It smell almost like a paper is burning.
Beautiful. I got this incense burner for my son who had never seen one like this before. I loved the details on this one and so did he.1 Star – Awful! Want my money back!2 Stars – Bad but not horrendous.3 Stars – Good/Decent4 Stars – Really good.5 Stars – Awesome! Definitely recommend!
Well made but avoid using their cones. First off all the cones smell the same they are just different colors. Plus they have a burnt smell. One customer noted a tar like substance forming on the incense holder plus after time on furniture and I’m starting to have the same issue. I ordered different cones in hopes that solves the issue. The item itself is very nice and solid. DI NOT USE THE CONES THAT COME WITH THIS ITEM.

pretty but not practical. bought this for my mom last christmas and it doesn’t really work :/ we turned off all fans and lit the cone as described but the smoke never flowed all the way down, only about halfway down. its still just a pretty decorative piece so she kept it but definitely keep that in mind!
Beautiful design. The media could not be loaded. Design is gorgeous. Incense that came with it stink. I use a different brand but as you can see in the video it doesn’t flow right. I get a random stream out the middle and it doesn’t flow down the left side or pool very much at the bottom. This happens with any back flow incense I use.
Great. SICKKKK Very satisfying to watch but make sure you cones have a hole in the bottom of it. if not it wont work. the cones it come with work with it but I got some aftermarket ones that are made of essential oils and honey. I gotta protect my temple and not defile it with poisonous smoke. BEAUTIFUL. I did a lot of searching for the perfect incense burner and even if you don’t get the cones with the hole in the bottom it is still beautiful to look at.
It’s very beautiful. It’s breathtaking. The cones it came with are awful but the Chinese art like burner is worth it anyway!
