Tough, hard, and hard to squeak… But still good. I bought this for my 8 month old chewer, she is a Manchester mix, about 17lbs., plus, and she can destroy anything that is put in front of her. I needed a toy that would stand the test of time and, of course, her.Just 1 month ago I bought her FIVE soft, furry, squeaky toys that she has already destroyed, and that is why I got her this, to hopefully get her something that she likes, and, that is used.She does play with it, but even for her size, which is mid-sized, the smallest they offer is just a little bit too large.It’s pretty tough too, but almost too tough. She can get her teeth around it, but I think that she only plays with it ‘just so long’ due to it really giving her a workout. Which is good, but, then she gets tired and wants to chew any and everything.The squeaker is a really good sound, it has TWO squeakers in it, one on each end. They work really well, when I step on it, but it takes a LOT of doing to get it to squeak. She can do it ‘sometimes’, and when it does squeak, whether it’s me doing it, or her, she loves it, she goes even crazier.The rubberized material that is used is VERY firm, and probably for my dog, it may be just too firm, so much so that she won’t use it as her main one, her, “main squeeze”… :)(I really have a hard time squeaking it using just my hands)I did see the picture in the Reviews here that showed a Pit that had chewed the ends off, I just thought that my dog would do that too, but so far, she hasn’t hardly made a dent in it.So, really, I would rate this as a very good buy, and it’s made well, it DOES NOT SMELL (like chemicals) , and the squeaker in it is really a good one.Just for my dog alone I rated it 4 stars because of my dog, your dog may love this, I can’t say anything bad about it as far as what it is.My ONLY thing is, I wish they has one that was 4-1/2″ rather then the 6” inch one, and that it was slightly softer, but only “slightly”.That in itself kills some of its selling points though, the toughness of it is the main thing that isn’t perfect, for my dog…It’s not expensive, so if you are on the fence, try it, more than likely your dog will like it.

Finally found a truly indestructible toy. Recently took in a stray 7 month old Pitt bull little girl and we have already spent about $50-$75 in toys. She is a shredder. Even the Tuffy toys and Kong super chewer toys. Destroys them in easily 30 mins or less. Even the toys made of fire hose material don’t stand a chance. She’s on hour 4 of this guy being chomped on and it’s still in great shape. I can tell by the material and the weight of it that it isn’t easy to break apart at all. It bounces too so it’s easy to play with. 10/10

Great toy for a dog that destroys all other toys. Our new dog had been destroying all of the toys we got him. I kept trying different ones, that claimed to be tough. This so far is the only one that has held up. We still have it and he loves in.

Pleased. I will say that I was skeptical when purchasing thus toy, having an extremely aggressive chewer of a dog, who goes through toys like crazy. But I must say that I am impressed with the durability of this thing. I have a pit mix who notoriously destroys all toys given to her. I’ve gone through countless Kong toys that haven’t made it 24 hours with her. She doesn’t care for hard toys and loves ones that squeak. This toy however has passed my expectations, it’s still going several weeks later squeaker and all. It has some minimal damage on it, but that is to be expected. It’s already outlasted every expensive toy from other manufacturers that I’ve tried. She plays with it everyday and absolutely loves it. Great toy, would recommend it for sure, already planning on purchasing more for the dogs of friends and family.

Very tough & VERY heavy. My dog is a half black lab/half pittie & a very aggressive chewer she goes through toy bones very quickly, to the point they’re so slivered up within 2 days, sometimes slightly longer, I have to get rid of them, they never last long, except for whole antlers and some split antlers. Although she rarely touches the whole antlers . Anyways, this is a great tough toy for strong large breeds. It squeaks in the center if you squeeze hard enough but the toy/bone was a bit too heavy for my girl. I got her the next smaller one and she still plays with the big heavier one more than the one that fits her perfectly so go figure. It’s a great product and definitely recommend for heavy chewers. I only took a star off because of the weight I was extremely surprised by how heavy it was, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing depending on the dog, this size is just not for my dog. I think I’ve had it about a month and she does play with it, not as much as her other toys, but it’s still in amazing shape even with her heavy chewing.

THE BEST Durability, One of the Only Toys That Has Lasted. These toys are awesome! I got an adorable one shaped like a cactus that they sadly no longer make and it was the longest lasting toy for my medium sized dog. He is a big time chewer and goes through toys like crazy, with the exception of this brand. The cactus lasted over a year and this octopus is going on 6 months now. These toys are heavier than the typical ones and very durable. They’re high-quality and I’ve never had any issues. Also have a little squeaker inside of them! I’m planning on ordering a new one every year!

Great squeaky but. This is a great durable squeaky toy for medium to large dogs. We’ve had it for 2 months and it’s still alive. It’s not indestructible, nothing is, and your dog will chew pieces off of the edges over time. Use it as a play toy but don’t let your dog naw at it for hours or eventually they will chew the end off. We put ours away after playing and give her a chew stick she can destroy.

Durable Toy. I have two Great Danes, one male and one female. They both tend to be on the more aggressive side with toys, so I didn’t expect much from these squeaky toys. They’ve been playing with them off and on throughout the days since they’ve arrived and have yet to tear anything apart. All the nubs and squeaker are still in tact. I was thoroughly surprised by their durability. I would definitely recommend to an owner of an aggressive chewer. I will add that they only have the toys a few hours throughout each day, which could play a part in them being in tact.

Good and Sturdy. My dog destroys most toys.. he’s a very aggressive chewer. This toy is withstanding all he gives and he loves it. If your dog is kinda psycho and likes to chew on stuff, this is one toy that will last a good long time!

Extremely durable. My dog is an aggressive chewer and most toys with squeakers only last 15 minutes with him because he takes the squeaker out immediately. This toy has been with us for 3 days, and I’m happy to report that it’s still alive and squeaking. It’s the most durable toy he’s had thus far. The squeaking is pretty loud and can get annoying, but it keeps my dog occupied for a while.

Very sturdy toy. My30 pound mini golden doodle is a very aggressive chewer. This is made of strong rubber and it is very hard for me to make it squeak. However, my dog can do it easily. He enjoys chewing it.

My dog loves this. It says it’s for aggressive chewers. My dog must be the most aggressive chewers there is. She loves to chew up all her toys, this one lasts the longest. She can chew it up, get the squeaker out and still play with it and continue to chew it to pieces. That’s what she likes best is to chew her toys to pieces. She’s on her second one of these and I’ll probably order it again when there’s nothing left of this one because it lasts longer than any of her other toys.

Your Dog Will Not Destroy This Toy. It is a Marvel. My dog is feral, ferocious toy fiend with a life goal of destroying every squeaker on the planet. Usually, he is wildly successful, and silences any toy within hours. NOT THIS TOY. Despite his fervent efforts, this toy remains in tact. I didn’t think it was possible, but after four weeks, it still squeaks. I throw the thing off cliffs, down ravines, into canyons. My dog always returns with the toy, unmarred, happily squeaking. He gnaws on it morning, noon, and night. It remains unblemished. It is a true marvel.
