Serves Well For Tennis. If your kids play tennis, at the end of the practice, your coach might have suggested to use the ladder. The kids need to use the ladder for agility more. And this is not an expensive training equipment.A good value for money. Next lines of review is meant for parents whose kids are just beginning to play (not high performance tennis ,advanced levels etc)KNOW THE BALLS: If your kid is absolutely brand new, try Gamma Quick Kids 36′ Tennis Ball (12-Ball Pack, Yellow/Red) which should be the first starting point. Any coach who starts with a regular yellow ball for under 10 kids, like my first coach did is a fake. Kids need to feel the rhythm and power of their shots before going into the next level. Also If you dont mind spending little more money and not spend time picking balls, please get Wilson Ball Pickup 75,I promise you will not regret it.Many courts do not have lines drawn for 60 feet court and if that is the court you are playing, do not guess .. get Yellow Long Lines – Set of 12 . Do not play with few balls. You and your son will lose interest quickly . Get about 50 balls Gamma Quick Kids Tennis Balls – For 60 Foot Court (12 Pack) . Good for my dog. My dog got diagnosed with a neurological condition. I was told by the specialists to purchase specific equipment to get him to build strength, muscle, and balance so he could walk again and have normal range of motion. He has been walking again for 3 weeks now and he continues to balance and do exercises every day as much as he can and it has worked wonders for him. He is improving every single day. This has helped him with exercising and gaining sense of perception again. The neurology team was shocked when they saw how well he was doing yesterday!! Perfect size. Amazing quality.
Holding up to outdoor use, rungs slide very easily. Got this for daughter to improve footwork for volleyball. We leave it in the backyard under the hot Florida sun and and sprinklers, after a month or so it seems to be holding up well. The rungs slide very easily, which I guess is pro and con. The pro is that for a beginner, the rungs will slide so maybe that is safer and they don’t trip. The con is that they frequently need to be repositioned if touched by the athlete.Unless there is some secret to folding it up cleanly, it seems to just get all tangled and is a nightmare to put back. Now when I mow the lawn I don’t fold it up, I just mow around it, slide it to somewhere I already mowed, and then slide it back. If you needed to pack this up after every session, I guess you’d need to figure out some trick to keep the rungs in place, or just deal with replacing them every time. For our “leave it in the yard 100%” use, it is fine.

My first agility ladder. This is my first agility ladder, I don’t have an area to lay it out and leave it. I don’t know if they are all a pain to unroll and setup. I had to look up the span. (Its 15 to 18 inches according to the web) I had to modify it so the slats would stay in place when I roll it up. Luckily I have a masters degree in zip tieoligy! For the price it will work! I like Yes 4 All brand.
The buyer have to set up their own space. It works awesome, easy to fold and come with a nice bag. Good purchase

Great for the core. Strength training is very important as one ages. BUT you need to connect the strength/muscle conditioning to the brain. This quick step ladder is the way to do it. Perfect. I’ve trained for years, and appreciate gyms that have these. Now I have my own ! and cheap !

I don’t have to go to PT anymore. This is an amazing product that helped me get my balance back. my walk is even more better. The fact that I can use this every single day sometimes two times a day. It is an amazing tool and it really works. I don’t have to go to physical therapy three times a week anymore because I can actually do this at home and it helps me a great deal, this product is well worth the money.

Nice to get agility in your legs. The Speed Agility Ladder Training Equipment is an excellent tool for improving footwork and overall agility. I’ve been using it to enhance my boxing foot movement and speed, as well as to build agility for running, and it’s been incredibly effective. The ladder is durable, lightweight, and easy to set up, with adjustable rungs that let me customize my drills. The carry bag is a great addition, making it simple to transport and store. This equipment has been a game-changer for my training, helping me improve coordination, balance, and speed. Highly recommend it for athletes of any level!
Basic Light Weight Set Up. My physical therapist recommended the use of an agility ladder. This was an inexpensive product so I decided to give it a try and I ordered the 12 rung blue version. It meets the need for a basic set up. The plastic crosspieces slide up and down the straps so that they can be positioned at the distance you prefer (usually 15 to 18 inches apart). It was a little bit of nuisance getting them into the desired position, and they moved around a lot when I had to move the ladder after every work out. Since I am the only one using the ladder, I decided to position the crosspieces 17 inches apart and hot glue them in place. I removed one cross piece off in the process. This worked pretty well. The ladder is light weight so it moves around a bit if your foot hits during your exercise, but I think by securing the ends of the straps it will work out OK. It comes with a carrying bag, so you can roll the ladder up and take it with you easily. Overall, I gave the ladder 5 stars because it was such a good price for a ladder that meets the basic need for the casual user.
