Great for my home gym. Helps take arm training to a new level. This row attachment is great for my home gym. I recently bought a lat pulldown attachment for my squat rack and knew I had to add this as well. I love working out at home, but I do miss certain things at the gym, and the row attachment was one of them. This is a must-have for anyone who has a home gym and enjoys doing triceps exercises. It is a little stiff when you first get it, but I imagine any new row attachment will be like that.

Extra Length / Full Extension. Exactly the length of rope I needed to get past the sides of the body for full tricep extension.
Simple but versatile. Just as you expect – it simply works. It’s hard to mess up on a staple cable attachment like the the classic tricep rope. I use this for my home gym and it is basically indistinguishable from the ones you would find in a commercial gym setting because it really is commercial quality. The best part is Yes4All offers them for the lowest price around – I would know since I purchased ones previously in the past from various competitors for nearly double the price..I actually use this mainly for cable ab crunches since I prefer to use 2x single rope attachments for my tricep work but again this is such a versatile attachment that you can use how it you want.
Great for the price. Build quality feels super solid. Definitely feels like it’ll go the distance and not disintegrate after a handful of workouts.
Decent rope, great price. The rope seems well made and should last me quite awhile, but that’s an initial reaction to it not long term use. I’ll be using it at home to work with bands not weights so that will be easier on the wear and tear of it. The only negative I have right now for it is that it says it comes with a carabiner and mine did not. Fortunately I already have some for other attachments I use but if you’re expecting and needing it to come with one be aware that it may not.
Great Buy and made well. This rope is priced right and gets the job done nicely. I have had it for about a year now and it has held up very well. I don’t use it every week, but it does see regular usage and it is subjected to fairly high weights. It is plenty sturdy. The rope and knobs are also comfortable to use.

My Triceps are Looking Good. Bought this to go with my home gym to get a better workout for my arms. It has been easy to use and worked out great. It’s very versatile and I can attach it to all of my machines with the handy carabiner clip that comes with it. Would definitely order again.
Buy the longer one if you can. I use this one quite often. At the beginning of breaking it in you might have to tighten the screws on each end ever so often so it doesn’t come lose on you while doing a set. Once you break it end you really don’t have to tighten too much. The feel is very comfortable on these. Obviously I used it quite often so I see a little bit of fraying. That is something you can’t avoid but as long as it last me a good amount of time that reflects my money’s worth I am happy. I recommend it!
