Not bad. I hate clipping my dogs nails. My old dog would let others do it but not me. My new puppy doesn’t love it but does let me do it (with a struggle and some treats).This kit is inexpensive and gets the job done. What I like is that I can clip his nails with the clippers to an obviously safe distance from the quick and then grind them down to be less sharp and long with the grinder. The electronic grinder is very quiet (much quieter than the old “pedipaws” device that came out 10+ years ago). I like that there is a little light on it too to help you see the nail better. So far I’ve only had to charge it once and it’s held a charge through 2 uses over the course of a couple months (the vet trimmed his nails once in between).My only concern is I feel like (as with ALL cheap nail clippers) it will dull quickly. I’ve only done his nails twice and they don’t seem super sharp. Again, unless you’re spending over $20 on any brand manual nail clipper, I expect the same. They definitely do the job for now and I think the kit is totally worth it.
Perfect for our needs. What a great value! We paid at least $10 for the included nail clippers before purchasing this!I recently paid $25 at the vet to get my puppy’s nails clipped! $25. I thought it was ridiculous, and decided to give this grinder a try. It is easy to use and works great at safely taking off the tips.Last weekend I met a professional groomer who prefers this method over clipping nails. She feels it’s safer and less stressful on the animal. They are really quiet, they don’t phase my pup.Give it a try if you are thinking about it, they pay for themselves in just 1 use!
Lifesaver. This thing works fantastically! Only complaint is the lock tab on the clippers that falls into place when you hold them upside down. Otherwise, everything is so easy to use & saves the hassle of a trip to the groomers or vets for nail trims with a wild adolescent Aussie.

High Quality, Well Made. This trimmer seems to made very well. Easy to hold, quiet, and the included clipper is a nice bonus. Full Disclosure: I have not used it on my dog yet. BUT whatever bad experience I might have will be MY fault, not the trimmer’s. I look forward to using it soon and I’m confident I made a good purchase with this. Final note: The instructions that come with this are excellent.
