  1. Great buy. Easy to use. Mobile and versatile. Excellent alternative to dumbbells. This was a great buy for me and I highly recommend it. My workouts are mainly calisthenics/HIIT, and I wanted quick and easy ways to add 10lb-50lbs to my sets. I was looking around and my options were 1) buying dumbbells ranging from 10-50bs, 2) spending $500+ on those adjustable dumbbells, or 3) these resistance bands. I was ecstatic that this option worked out, as it only costed me $50.THE GOOD:- Quick set up and quick adjustments between levels.- Well made with strong steel buckles and soft handles.- Space saving (slides right under my bed vs. 8-10 dumbbells)- Mobile (comes with handy carry bag. I’ve brought the set to the park for cardio workouts. Wrap the bands around a goal post or a tree, and you’ve got yourself a workout station.)- On higher weight levels, you get more strict, consistent range of motion vs. traditional dumbbells- Cheap: $50 vs $500+ for a set of dumbbells or a pair of adjustable dumbbells.THE BAD:My only gripe about this is the resistance feels a bit lower than the listed weights. For example, when I’m doing curls and stand on the bands with both feet at shoulder-width, the 50lbs band feels like I’m curling 40lbs. I usually stack bands together and get plenty of resistance so it’s not a big deal, but it should be said.TRICKS THAT WORKED FOR ME:1) When I don’t need to use the door anchor, I keep all the bands clipped on the handles at the same time. Then I just step on 2 or 3 of the bands depending on the exercise. It makes for quicker transitions between resistance levels and is great for HIIT workouts where you only have 10 seconds of rest between movements.2) When doing hammer curls, I hold the grip as well as the strap (better range of motion and more comfortable).If you buy them, I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.   2. Stack the ropes if you think the heaviest rope is too light. Had hooked up the heaviest rope immediately thinking it would make for a good bicep curl and was disappointed by how light it seemed. Surely I can’t curl 50 pounds that easily when I was struggling with 20 pounds in the gym. Stepped farther out on the rope and it still felt easy. Was about to give up on this set when I remembered the product says you can stack the ropes. So I added the second heaviest and now it definitely is giving me resistance. Stacked all 5 and I can barely budge it. So definitely play around with different combinations of stacking based on the exercise. I’ve got a pull-up station that I hook this around to simulate some of the exercises like lat pull-down.

Also, everyone would think I looked great for 95 and I can’t wear my pants up to my chest—I’d look funny.Bands to get in shape at home. Bands to cuss out the guy who wrote the fitness program I used them in, that SADIST. Bands to do some of the weirdest exercises ever conceived—what exactly are Spartan turtle half-jump resting squat thrusts with weights and bands on one leg? I spent more time figuring out the weird exercises than performing them. And with bands!These are easy to snap on and snap off. Now I feel like I’ve stolen a jingle from some commercial. Wait, that’s “clap on, clap off”. If only the exercises were that easy. These are durable and hold up, but you have to make sure you anchor them, or you’ll be at work and explain for the 18th time, “No, a horse didn’t step on my eye! It was the band coming loose from the door and….okay, a horse stepped on my eye.”

  5. Good value. I read all of the reviews (good and bad) and decided to take a chance on these bands . . . To date . . . No issues what so ever! Use them ever day for about one hour. Have used various combinations of bands together to increase resistance and to date I am pleased with the performance of these bands; such that I purchased an additional set.I am not concerned if the actual “resistance pressure” may or may not be as indicated on each band. For my daily work out, they function perfectly and serve the purpose.

This was perfect, limited to 10 lbs and used for 4 weeks has really toned me up. This product is a quality one for a good price. If you are looking to workout for any reason this is addition!

  11. Good value for the money. These resistance bands are good quality. They are thick and hold their tension well. I use them along with dumbbells and a Total Gym for my strength training workouts. I am recovering from a serious upper body injury, and the resistance bands have been a great addition to my home exercise equipment.

Being a person who does not particularly prefer going to the gym due to the now like new craze, how almost the majority film for instagram….with these bands i will probably never go to the gym again.I have used them 5 days a week since the day i got them.Quality, durability, use, and thus resistance are amazing. Bands themselves, handles, ankle handles, have a comfortable feel and fit. No discomfort. Door peg works great as well. Following provided exercise instructions alongside youtube videos for this type of exercise, besides losing weight, and i have formed muscles where i never had them 😁😃If you prefer a home workout, this product, and eventually when it’s on sale, like for me, $20….will do wonders and help you get into shape. Thus, i would recommend it to anyone.

  13. Way better than those color bands the PT folks hand out. I have ongoing shoulder problems. Physical Therapy helped a lot and I continue to do the exercises they taught me. But the stretch bands they gave me turned brittle and broke after several months. This product is extremely well built. Each band is well marked as to the weight equivalent stretch force it is supposed to deliver. The supplied handles, ankle bands and door stop are easy to attach. The price is right. I would recommend these to anyone in need of this sort of rehab tool.

  14. Nice Kit. In addition to this I bought a door strap with loops to make this more functional and easy to use. Ample amounts of bands come with this. I have used this in place of weights for a few months and it really works. It’s all about how you use it. Go slow with positive and negative resistance. In other words keep the tension on your muscle through the entire movement from start to finish .

  15. Enjoyable. I have had these ropes for a few months now and I mainly incorporate them in my strength training since I don’t have certain equipment yet for certain exercises. I’ve been using them 4x per week for i think almost 3 months now and haven’t noticed in stretch marks or had any of them break on me. The included door anchor works great and is much needed for a lot of exercises unless you are clever. The weight of the ropes are pretty accurate but when I tested them they did come up a couple pounds shy of the initial weight listed but no worries if you just slap on another band. Overall love this product but if I have to say something negative about it is that the rubber on skin contact is a very unpleasant feeling. Endorse me WHATAFIT
