Smooth and pigmented. I was pretty impressed, you can get very clean lines for eyeliner. Looks like liquid eyeliner!! I was looking for a more natural eyeliner that blends easily to give a more blended eye liner look, so this wasn’t exactly what I wanted. But this is a great product!! Especially for the price!!

Best eye pencil at most affordable price. The Wet n Wild Eye Pencil is an affordable, versatile option that’s especially popular for those seeking a quality eyeliner without breaking the bank. This eye pencil offers a soft, creamy texture that glides easily along the lash line without tugging, making it ideal for both beginners and those who prefer a quick, fuss-free application. The pigmentation is surprisingly good for the price point, delivering a rich color that can be built up for a more dramatic effect or blended out for a smoky look.

Good eyeliner (but use setting powder). This eyeliner works very well for what it is: a $1 bargain buy that works decently well. That said, use some form of setting powder, as, if you don’t, it rubs off quite easily. I like to just use the lighter shade from my contour palette and apply it directly under the eyes with a small brush. It’s not fancy, it’s not perfect, but I’m happy with my purchase. Good product, but know that you’re getting what you pay for. Also, for those of you who might be wondering: the entire thing is a pencil, so they last for a very long time! Provided you don’t have a cheapo sharpener that eats them (like I did in high school, lol). Final thought: be careful when tight-lining not to poke yourself in the eye. It hurts more than a gel pencil if you do that. All in all 4/5.

Makes Eyebrows Amazing. I was amazed. I’ve had to use a combination of products as long as I can remember when it comes to brows- most of the consistencies are creamy which doesn’t show well on the least bit of oily skin. I have MAC, NYX, some smaller known brands and all of them have a oily cream consistency. Pens, pencils, tints, pomades, stains- I’ve bought and tried them all. Then I came across this pencil. Number one, the price CANNOT be beat. In the makeup world, it’s practically unheard of to find something below $5 that actually works. The color ON MY EYEBROWS since it’s considered a “dry” pencil is amazing- it lasts ALL DAY, ALONE. It applies smoothly, needs the least amount of pressure and takes a very intentional rub to remove it. It is to a degree, very waterproof. It won’t come off if you just get it wet. And you get a very long pencil for less than $3. It’s longer than a standard number two yellow pencil. This makes my eyebrows get done very quickly for a base. I still do like to add in smaller mire precise hairs via an eye brow marker or pen. But the fill in and shaping is done with this. I’m extremely impressed!

Best liner for $1. It goes on creamy and dark. No struggle! Will purchase again and again. Please don’t raise the prices 😭😭😭Also doesn’t smudge but I wouldn’t drench your face in water. Literally I love this liner. It is better than the $20 one I have that dried up after a few weeks.
