Quality built, great handle grips. This is my third pair of resistance bands, and such a difference in the quality of workmanship plus the oh so comfortable hand grips. I have now ordered my second pair, just in case I should leave one behind when I’m traveling. At 82, I love resistance training, it’s so easy on all the joints and yet you see good results. I decided to use them when I found out that this is what Tom Brady does. Although I’m not going to be a professional athlete :-), I feel that he has already done all the research for me on what works best.
Nice Handles and Good Quality. Love the handles, New purchase and seem well made and the bands are made well.Careful with the hooks as they can leave scratches on your body.Need a mid strap to hold all the bands together and mark the mid point, I used an extra velcro to hold mine together at the mid point so I can have even pull strength on both sides of my body.
Exercise Bands. Arrived in good order and is what was as shown on the website.
A Bargain price for a what appears to be a excellent Exercise Bands package. I was impressed with how much I got for the $16. All of the parts seem first rate. I do not use the bag, but the high quality chart of potential exercises was much appreciated. I have been using every day for a a couple weeks and so far no issues. I do 20 reps of a half dozen exercises to complement the push ups and other exercises I do which require no equipment. Only time will tell how long these bands will last, but for $16 I can take that chance. It is hard for me imagine that the band sets costing almost twice as much are that much better.

Great value. Well made easy to use and great for home workout
Great for Post Surgery PT & Easy to Use. Purchased the 100# set awhile ago and added this 150# set to keep progressing the resistance. The ease of use (adding/removing bands is a snap … sorry, just had to) and the number of possible exercises made the original set indispensable for my post surgery PT. And now, since am comfortable with using them, they’ve become a major part of my workouts. Thus, the need for additional bands. They are definitely well worth the purchase price. Thank You, Walito.

Perfect! Exactly what I needed for Physical Therapy. Great for workouts. These straps are amazing quality for the price! I can’t say enough good things. They come with handle bars as well as wrist/ankle straps, plus a workout user guide. They are perfect for me for the stability for doing physical therapy. I have a bad shoulder and elbow and these allow me the resistance I need. I am 6″, 195lb. I got the light set for therapy reasons but I am about to purchase the larger set. You can add multiple bands together to add more resistance as well for different workouts and exercises. It’s very easy to use and set set up. And it stores away in such a small place.I am suggesting to friends to purchase this item. I would highly recommend it.
Great exercise set. This is an excellent set…—5 different bands (ranging 10,20,30,40,50 lbs.)—Good resistance/elasticity balance in the bands—Door anchor—Ankle straps—Storage/Carrying bag (small, convenient size when packed in the bag)—Very comfortable handles/grips—Finally, it comes with an exercise guide that has 40 different moves with the bands, showing the move & the muscle(s) targeted. This is a great addition to an already good set!
Descent variety of parts. Seems well made. Sturdy. Many different exercises. Would have like double the same weight bands for dual arm work. The leg cuff is great, along with the door insert for leg work. Need heavier wts. for people already in good shape.
Use it every day. I mainly use this for shoulder work but it works well for me. My wife has even started using it. I have worked my way up to using two bands after working through the highest single band. I’m ready to increase it again and I love how easy it is to increase the resistance as I get stronger.

Great product. Bands are bands you really can’t go wrong, but I was looking for some that were cheap, had straps, ankle pads and a door stopper. This checked all of the boxes and came with a nice carry bag and a nice wall poster for basic exercises. I went to Dicks Sporting Goods and these were comparable to those for 1/3 the price. Bought some wall hooks and these stand out as cool on my home gym wall. Great purchase.
Great. I Got it to workout while on vacation. Easily stored away and compact. Bands seem durable and I was able to get a good workout “burn.”
Really nice, good quality so far. I really like this set of hands and the accessories included. Delivery was as promised.Would have gone 5 Star if not for the issue of the color combo and not being able to read the ‘weight’ label. They probably should have used white stitching.Getting a different color would have fixed this.

He uses these everyday along with a pull up bar and the results are great. The value of these are great for what you actually get which is a great workout. Very versatile and able to do several different workouts with it. Came with a very useful poster with even more exercises to do which is useful. Easy for men and women to use. Seem a little too easy for my boyfriend after he’s been using them for a while but he uses them until he gets a good sweat going. We absolutely love them and will buy again. Nice Quality. Quality is pretty decent for home gym equipment. Medium grade. I purchased 2 sets since each set only comes with one band per rated lbs. However, bands are long and 1 set would offer enough length to workout. Accessories are a nice addition. Would purchase again.
Great set of bands. I couldnt use them in the door due to the door but they are working well when using a yoga mat

Great for low impact work outs. I use these for rotator cuff exercises ,it definitely does the job. The manual has other great exercises as well
Has been working great for years. I purchased this product years ago, it is incredible easy to bring with you anywhere, the bands have not broken or snapped but there has been some divots in high stress parts from use. The amount of bands you get is great and despite the weight not feeling as heavy as it represents, there is plenty of resistance and variety of exercises you can do with this kit to get a good workout. The size of all the bands is acceptable, but I’d recommend changing out the bag they give you for one of a bigger size and more durable.
Limitless Possibilities. The price is better than other similar products.It has sooo much more besides resistance bands! The color, laminated instructions are easy to follow and very helpful. There are Velcro straps for various workouts. The handles are extremely comfy and rotate. Love the door protector and the ball.The whole fabulous package comes with a handy cinchable bag.I’ve compared in store and online, and nothing comes close to what Walito offers!
Yalll!! Just get them! And yes I am a woman i just use my husband’s account. Okay to say these things work! Gawd! You want a good work out withOUT leaving your home grab these cause baby your legs, core, arms, the whole nine yards will be screaming at you afterwards. 🥴 My legs felt like jello after doing one dang workout! 🫠 Excuse me little grey rubber rope thing who bullied you! Cause omg! And my arms. Like yall I felt like I had baby bird arms after 10 mins. 10 dang mins! Okay sooo yeah I haven’t worked out in awhile and that could be due to that as well but I got Momma strength you know 💪🏽 or at least I thought I did. Then I used those little booty 🍑 bands 🤪 yall!!! Just don’t your first time Okay. You’ll thank me later. Now the length was a little problematic for me but that’s just cause I’m super short okay. Wished it would’ve came in cute colors like the booty bands but I’m not picky about that. The resistance is there baby. Tension is good and the quality is spot on. Now I may come back in about a month and change some things but for now I like them. We’ll I hate them on a weird “they’re mean to me” type level cause my legs still hurt but I like them cause my legs and butt will look cute later. 😘 Lol plus my husband will like them too 🤭
