Holds up after 3 months. Have been using daily for 3 months on a rubber floor. The handles are some kind of rubberized foam and they are still fully in tact, nor crumbing or anything. Rolls smooth too and is nice and wide giving good stability.
Unbeatable Price and Quality. Great tool to develop your abs. It actually works and its a great price. Great quality. Few weeks using it and i can see a great difference.

Wonderful gadget. Extremely useful 1 hit wonder workout device for semi-lazy people like me.The build and sturdiness are way better than the old-school thin wheel. Very easy and lightweight, you can bring it anywhere to maintain your workout habit. We all know the hardest part is always the habit! Once the routine has been set, getting in better shape is a matter of time!
Bang for your buck. This roller is a little more on the expensive side but it’s definitely worth it. It’s bigger than other rollers I’ve used which allows me to fully extend my abs out with it and target my arms at the same time. It also comes with a knee pad which is definitely needed. It’s super easy to assemble and is very stable and sturdy. I definitely recommend if you want to target your abs and arms easily.
Great. Don’t think I’d do it if you don’t have a bit of muscle memory as it can mess you and your back up! That being said, I dislike sit-ups so I tend to not do them. This is fun but aware it could mess up my back if done incorrectly! So be careful but do it after only about 20 I feel my abs! Love it for home tools!
Quality. The product came in good condition and I bought it because it came with the knee pad as well.The item was already built I didn’t have to do anything else to it.The roller was very smooth and worked really good the handle is very soft and it is not too heavy.It looks very good as well with the details that it has.Except for the knee pad it is very weak and it moves a lot the roller is a good product just not the pad.
Good one. We are using it with the knee pad which is good, the old one wasn’t really that good.
Very effective. Some room for improvement. Easy to assemble with a stainless steel main shaft and foam rubber handles. The wheel is stable and strong. I do wish it were a small bit wider to accommodate a wider grip, but it’s hard to go wrong with this item at this price point.
This is Great. I came across this item on randsriders. I wish I would’ve gotten one sooner. It adds a whole new range of core workouts. It’s compact and well designed. Simple to put together. It’s lightweight, but extremely durable. The grips are comfortable to hold onto. Great quality, and in my opinion a great price. I’d highly recommend

Great product for home workouts. This product was a great purchase. I am a former college athlete but I’m now 29 and I don’t like to lift heavy weights like I used too. I focus more now on “my diet” which is 80% of it, and the other percent I like to do wall Pilates, light weights high volume reps, resistance bands and this roller has been a great addition to that mindset. I have been living without a gym the last year and this product allows me to still get in a workout in the house wherever there is space. It was so easy to assemble, very sturdy and a good size to be able to pack it on the go. It has acted as a full body workout and I’ve noticed refinement in my torso, arms, and back which can be stubborn area for me. Happy I purchased!
Works well. Lab wheel works well I always wind up getting a good workout out of it. It’s built very sturdy. And it has a big flat surface on the wheel. Unlike the last ab wheel I had which tended to tilt off to the side if I wasn’t paying attention to what I was doing. This one works very well for keeping upright without me focusing on balancing.

Great for your core. My local gym had one of these and after scoffing at it for years I finally gave it a try in response to some lower back pain I was having. I was told that the pain was due in part to a weaker core as you get older. After a few sets a couple times a week, my lower back pain is gone. I got this one for the house and travel. It works great and has become a staple in my ab routine.
Noticeable Gap on handles, resolution update. I just received this unit and followed the instructions, but I noticed that the rubber handles do not cover the pipe as shown in the images and videos. I’ve tried removing and reattaching them over five times, but there’s still a noticeable gap that allows the wheel to shift side to side. I don’t understand why this isn’t shipped fully assembled or why the handles appear to be shorter than expected.**Update**Spoke with Support via email, they were very helpful! The trick not mentioned is that you have to wet the bar with water or soapy water and them try to connect it. Works much better and fully connects now! 👍🏾
Simple setup and effective. The device comes disassembled but only takes seconds to assemble. The wheel is stable and the entire device feels solid. The workouts I’ve done with it has targeted the stomach and it has been effective.
