Year and 2 months on one of the bands before it broke. Just past warranty. I waited for over a year to write a review as I wanted to see how well they held up over time. As you can see in my attached photos the 20LB band snapped. But like all things that stretch, they will eventually break and of course 2 months after the warranty one of them has indeed broken. I was planning on hopefully getting 2 full years out of the set before thinking about replacements but looks like I will need to start shopping around again. Will post an update if the other ones start to break. Otherwise, these are great for exercise and do not take up a lot of space and they are easy to use. I used to own a full home gum with free weights, dumbbells and a universal guy that took up an entire corner of my garage. Now I just have these and use my body weight for my exercises. But I am close to 60 so thus the changes I have made to my routine. So, I still recommend these but just be safe and be aware that they do have a limited life span.8/11/2023 update. Second band just broke during workout today. So don’t expect to get much over a year and a half out of these bands. Going back to water jug weights and maybe will buy some dumbells.
Why didn’t I think of these before. I’m on my weight loss journey and have been in the gym every other day since Jan 1st. I’m going out of town and didn’t want to skip a day. I have to admit, I was skeptical about these and not sure what to expect. I was REALLY surprised with the tension it provides, they REALLY work! I’ve been wanting to incorporate more glute workouts but the cables at the gym are still too heavy. I tried the ankle strap and I’M STOKED! My glutes are burning and I’ve discovered so many other workouts I can do with them! They are very versatile and easy to use! I screwed in a few eyelet screws at different heights on the entryway to my hallway (so I can watch tv at a better angle) and BOOM, home gym, lol! Great buy for the price and my 8 year old is even using them, it’s beach season, lol!These are very durable and well made. After 2 months of weekly use they still look new. The ankle straps work, but if you’re really wanting to get some good glutes exercise in, I would buy a better cuff but that’s just my opinion. The bag it comes with is very handy and easy for travel. Seeing them hanging my hallway encourages me to use them more, when binge watching tv too! Glad I got these!

Salomon Speed Assault. This review is in reference the Salomon Speed Assault boot in case you were wondering if these fit. They don’t initially but you can make it work with a minor adjustment. You’ll have to take out the plastic inlet (photo) where the shoe strings go through because these shoe strings are thicker than the original ones. Other than that I feel these will last longer than the ones the boots came with.
Nice weighted cords for workouts. These are great, they come in several different weights and you can combine them to increase the weight for your work out. They’ve been very sturdy and putting an anchor on the wall is extremely helpful to use them.
Excellent substitute for weights. You can duplicate any weight lifting exercise using these resistance bands. Great for light or heavy resistance workouts. Excellent for traveling and saving space. Also you can do full body exercises.
Recommended – Portable. Bought for work. Gives me a break from sitting all day, takes less than a minute to do a workout next to my desk. Easily fits in my backpack and in my desk’s file drawer.
Always keep you feet on the bands. Product works great, the muscle area your working really gets gets the focused attention. I was surprised at how great of a workout I can actually get with these bands. I love the door hook and the added workout positions it allows you to have.. I’ve changed my workout routine.. 3 gym days and 2 at home band days. Great product!
Exactly what I needed. I have fibromyalgia and working out has been difficult lately. These bands make it easy to get my workouts in with little trouble. Easy to use as well.
Bands are resistance numbered. Just what my physical therapist recommended for continuing working at home
VEICK Resistance Bands. Purchased these to replace some others, they are going to be a good fit for my needs.
Grammatical correction to original review. Firstly, I wish to say that this is an excellent product that appears to be well-made and manufactured with high quality materials. For many individuals, the kit includes the necessary components to perform all 19 exercises depicted in the included manual. However, 14 of the exercises (74%) require use if the included door anchor to which one end of the exercise band is is then secured. I do not have an interior door positioned in a location where I can exercise safely, so consequently I cannot perform 74% of the suggested exercises. Although the kit does includes two ankle bands secured with Velcro, one of which could be secured around a stationary object like a post or column, etc. to which the other end of the band could be attached, the manufacturer specifically cautions against using the ankle bands citing that it is dangerous. It is for this reason only that I cannot give this product a 5 star rating. I contacted the manufacturer inquiring whether they could provide a separate strap with two D-rings that could then safely secure the end of the band to the included caribiner and suggested that if not, perhaps they would consider including one in a future product upgrade, which would greatly increase their product’s versatility and even allow their product to be used outdoors using any applicable stationary object to secure the band. The manufacturer got back to me very quickly, demonstrated their understanding, but also indicated that they did not have such a strap, but said that they would pass my recommendations on to their product design team and very courteously and thoughtfully thanked me for my input. If I could give this company higher than a five star rating for their professionalism and customer service I would readily do so. As mentioned, for some individuals the lack of a separate strap to secure the band is not a problem, but for me it limited using the product’s full range of capabilities. I subsequently purchased a very affordable, double D-ring band as noted that now permits me to perform the full compliment of exercises virtually anywhere I can wrap the strap around that will ensure a secure point to attach the exercise band.
Very Convenient and Effective. The resistance bands are much easier on the joints than dumbbells and offer a greater range of motion. By combining bands it’s easy to add resistance if you need to go above the highest resistance of the single bands. They are also much easier for travel than hauling around two twenty-pound dumbbells. I’ve used them for about two weeks with nice results, but I don’t know about durability yet. I do enjoy the workout more than with just the dumbbells.
This is a low cost way to improve your fitness.at home easier. The cables are marked for tension values and have nice connectors for attaching the grips. The pieces work as advertised. The instruction sheet provides instructions on the different ways the pieces can be used. Not sure about durability. I just got the set time will tell.
Great Way to Exercise at Home. I thought I already wrote a review, but, here it goes again.Instead of going to a gym, why not work out at home. I owned a 50 lb band but wanted to do other exercises with leg work and decided something lighter was needed.I found these at an affordable price, received them in a timely fashion, and tested each out. They are the perfect combination, are easy to use, and are well made. When it’s raining, I do my indoor workouts with these bands, and my ProWalk 4.0 treadmill.
