Simple and easy. While the product and premise is a simple as you can get, the bands that come with it are ridiculously easy. Even trying to wrap them around and instead they felt like they’re going to break on me. Pros: Sturdy, easy to use, great for small places and easy pack away. Cons: cheap bands, color coding body parts aren’t exactly accurate.
Great. It was a gift for my fiancé, it’s awesome and he loves it. 4 stars because one set of straps broke soon after use
Could change your life. Very impressed with this exercise set – now I can get a quick workout done in 5 min and has changed my life. Included a picture of all that it comes with because I didn’t even realize it came with the “door jam” attachment so the bands can even be used without the board. Not included in the picture is the exercise booklet/manual that also comes with. This board and resistance band combo is incredible. I’ve used others and this is just as good of quality as the others, but at a fraction of the price. Really easy to setup (basically just unfolding and putting in some rubber feet at the bottom of the board) and the push up handles are sturdy and stay snug in the board, but also can be easily moved to new spots. If you are trying to workout at home this product is a must!

Board is not great, bands are more than decent. The board is not constructed very well. Handle snapped within a few days. However, the bands and accessories are great and anchor well.

Wrist and ankle straps too big and they keep breaking loose. I like everything else except for the wrist and ankle straps. No matter how high i put it, it falls to my ankle or wrist and it don’t get tight enough to where it don’t break apart but everything else a 10/10.
Great way to target specific muscles. Love this board! Easy to change the handles to target specific muscle groups and you can definitely feel it working.
Missing parts. So I ordered this item and it was missing parts. They took care of it and now I can say this is an amazing product. Works the whole body and it is very easy to pack up and take where ever you like. Thank you
