Surprisingly Great. I’m pretty skeptical when it comes to gummy supplements, but I’ve had issues swallowing, have slow digestion, and take enough pills as it is so I thought I’d give these a try. Let’s be honest- In order to get a real, good, healthy dose of probiotics you need to have live cultures, but for what it is, I was very pleasantly pleased! These are a nice, soft gummy. You can chew, melt or dissolve in your mouth. I have issues with digestion, IBS-c, and acid reflux. I’ve found these to personally be helpful with all of them. They say twice a day but I’ll admit, I’ve taken an extra here and there if I ate something heavy after I had already taken it earlier. They seem to be most effective in the morning and at night or after meals. My only complaints are the cultured smell and moisture as you get to the end of the jar and the fact that these taste so good, it’s hard not to eat just one!

I often felt bloated and sick after a meal, and just felt gross knowing I was keeping all the waste in my system. I even went to get an endoscopy because my stomach would cramp and hurt for days at a time. Thankfully everything came back normal. So I started searching up on probiotics/prebiotic supplements and found this little magic in a bottle. The taste is great and the ratio seems to be what I need. I’ve been taking 2 gummies every morning for about 2 months. I wash it down with a warm glass of water (not sure if this helps). AND OH BOY OH BOY! It’s go time every morning. I hit the restroom 30-40 minutes after taking it and it’s easy and satisfying. No pain, no discomfort. A great way to start my day. I’ve subscribed! I’m on my second bottle now and enjoying every bit of it. I’ve never tried any other brands, but this one seems to work for me, so I am going to stick to it. Great product!

Non-Sugar Coated Probiotic Gummy. We like these gummies because they are not sugar coated sugar. While he’s they are gummies, it’s more like a fruit snack. Makes it easy enough for my kids to chew and swallow.We used other brands and they were gunnies coated with extra sugar to make them sweet. These are sweet enough on their own and they are not huge. Just a slight but bigger than a fruit snack. Definitely would recommend.
coagulans is the key. my country doc told me years ago to look for the ingredient coagulans in probiotics. can’t remember why, but sure helps me make a decision when buying them (omigosh probiotic ingredients are so confusing)! I love this brand. don’t have to refrigerate, they have coagulans, and they are such a yummy way to take probiotics!
They Stick Together. I got these a few days ago and started taking that same day. Haven’t notice any difference in my gut yet, but it’s just been a few days and will update in a couple weeks, which should be sufficient time for it to do what it’s suppose to do. The reason I’m writing this review now is like other reviewers, I noticed the expiration date is a month after purchasing, not sure if it’s because the product is not meant to have a long shelf life or if the company is trying to get rid of soon to expire stock. The second reason for the early review is that the gummies are stuck together and no matter how you shake the bottle, they stay stuck. I have to use a fork to get them out. So with the expiration date and the stickiness, this product is a 3-star for me.Update 05/30/2023My stomach seems more settled after meals since I started taking these regularly, so I added a star for that. I still don’t like how they stick together and that the expiration date is within a month of the purchase date. Up4. I ordered 4 bottles because it was a great price. Description did not say expiration date was 6/23. My order was delivered 5/15/23. Otherwise product is good. Great taste .
Equilibrium for my belly. These taste great and have been a perfect factor for getting my gut back to equilibrium. I take two every night before brushing my teeth (they do contain sugar) and then let them do their work all night. After first moving to Ethiopia, my gut was all over the place what with a case of food poisoning and their extra spicy food. But this has been a game changer. I’m really happy. I always stock up while I’m in the States.
Its amazing. I have 2 children that always have tummy aches. Both sit on the potty forever. After starting these the tummy aches stopped completely, we were also able to figure out a milk allergy because this took away all the other issues she was having and made it clear. I also now buy this in the adult form for my husband and myself.

My son loves these. Easy to chew gummies and my son asks for them daily so that’s a huge win! As the parent I loved the content of them and the low sugar content was a win considering they are a gummy.

Taste. Have been buying these for my kids for a long time now and they say the taste is great. It’s been hard for me to convince my kids to take anything beneficial for their health, however with these it’s not even a fight to get them to take them. They are easy to chew and even smell good.

Sometimes arrives hard. Not always fresh, soft and chewy. But my kids like the flavor.

I’ve eaten these over the past 6 months, and although i don’t know if they’re actually working, i will say they taste great! i have a hard time eating only 2 per day haha.
