Good textbook. It’s still early in the semester, but so far so good. Lots of good, easy to understand info. Lots of info on myplate.gov, which I don’t totally agree with, but they do mention Harvard’s Healthy Eating Plate, so I’ll forgive them.

Rental. Will be perfect for what I need, great price. Obviously used before as it is a rental. Slight damage to spine area when received. And stickers from previous rentals.

Lots of detailed info. Had to get this book for college, but I’m going to keep it afterwards! Lots of great information and very detailed. Photos and diagrams are helpful and its easy to understand.
