  2. Big boi runners. I’m a fat guy who hasn’t run since 2010. I decided to live a while back and am easing back into a healthy life style so I am taking up running. My biggest concern was that I would slip on a run and damage my knees or ankles, but these grip exceptionally well when you push into the tread and make me feel very stable and planted with each step. They’re also extremely light and breathable, which is fantastic for me because my feet turn most shoes into the everglades pretty quickly and I’m already packing around enough weight.I can’t speak to the durability because I’ve only run 10 miles in them, but the build quality seems good so fat.If you’re a 280 lb guy under 6 foot and want good shoes for running, these are a good buy.

  3. Great company. Let me start off by saying the shoe was perfect great quality arrived on time, unfortunately I needed a size and a 1/2 bigger the return process was so smooth I literally asked for a return 5 minutes after receiving them because they were too small for my son, they sent me a email/QR Code literally took the shoes up to Whole Foods they scanned it within a day I got my credit and repurchased another pair of shoes. Would totally recommend going through this company. The support was amazing. Also, the color of the shoe was the exact same, the shoe was exactly as advertised.

  4. If you have high arches, and wide get these shoes. I’m 45, I’ve gone to stores, I even tracked down one of those stupid machines that measure how you stand. These are the first shoes I’ve ever worn that fit perfect besides a few slip on brands. Target had a brand for a while that actual rich people who were fashionable ask me where I got them lol. ‘Targèt’ was my reply. Oh, and those I needed inserts for better arch support which made them snug on the tops of my arches, these don’t.I’ve genuinely never bought lace up shoes where the laces are so loose the tongue of the shoe is either fully exposed or you can outright see sock on either side.Legitimately might order 4 more pairs in case they get discounted. Going to give them a week of wearing before I decide.

  5. Amazing shoe. These shoes are amazing! I have always worn nikes. But needed to switch from them, they tore to quickly. Then I came from the brooks brand. At 150 bucks a pop I hated having to buy those shoes. This price range is perfect and they last just as long as the other big brands at a way better price! They are also way more comfy than Nike and brooks

  6. Best for your buck. Honestly one of the best shoes on the market for wide foot people, if your looking to snag a simple set of running sneakers, in my opinion. Here’s some in-depth info along with pro’s and con’s:TLDR: Great quality shoes for the price, and easy to clean. Recommend to beginner and intermediate runners/hikers, experts may be willing to pay more money for increase of quality.PROs:- Perfect Fit. I usually wear 9.0 wide (USA), so that is what I ordered and it fit perfectly.- Comfort and Ease. I like how comfortable they are and they are easy to slip on and off (if you wish) by the use of the heel pull tab. The tab also prevents the heel from getting bunched in or broken when putting on the shoes, which was a frequent problem with some other brands I have owned in the past.- Easy to Clean, Quality Mesh. I have seen some reviews saying these shoes wear out easily or the mesh is easier to damage. YMMV but I didn’t seem to have this issue and I’ve had these shoes for about a year. IMO I find the mesh to be much more durable than the cloth mesh most sports shoes have these days and much easier to clean, which is essential for anyone like myself, who often hikes or runs in forestry/mud.- Above Average Quality. As for the year timeframe, the 1st set was about 8 months of extreme use, then I purchased a 2nd pair which I’ve had for about 3 months now. This may seem like a short timeframe to some but for me, I usually have to change shoes every 6 months or less if they are lower quality because they get a lot of mileage and use. I still have the 1st set which I use as “lawn mowing shoes”, as they are still usable but the tread does not get much grip/traction anymore for running. I liked them enough to buy that 2nd pair instead of some other brand/model.- Decent Arch Support and Sole Tread. You will find other shoes with the same or better, but I didn’t see many that were this cheap in price.- Part of Amazon’s “Try Before You Buy”. Free try-ons. You can take up to 6 days to decide whether to keep/return if you wish, and only be charged if not returned by the 7th day. Day 1 is the day they are delivered.- Uniform in Color. The shoe currently comes in all-black or all-white, including the logo. YMMV but this is a pro for me due to work restrictions requiring all-black shoes, so I can also wear them leisurely at work if I choose (I’m a mechanic). Great for anyone with the same issue, or military, etc.CONs:- Not the most expert/elite quality shoe out there, but will definitely check most people’s boxes for average needs, imo.- Cost is higher than one might desire for just simple leisure shoes. But as an avid runner, the price is about average. However, they are usually on sale. My 1st set was around 40% off which dropped it from $70-something to $43, which was worth it for me. 2nd set was about 20% off. Winter holiday seems to be the best time for sales price.- Tread pattern is smooth and circular, instead of rigid and square/triangle, in case that matters to you (in regards to rock climbing etc)Overall I was surprisingly satisfied with this shoe model personally, but your mileage may vary.

  8. Decent for the price. When I bought these shoes originally, they were $40. I don’t know how much they are now but the reason it’s a four star instead of five is that honestly the shoes are really good. when you run they feel good on your feet but I have had this issue now Multiple times on each shoe I’ve bought Is that the back end of your shoe, Maybe if you use them too often, it starts to dig in a little bit and you can feel it on the back of your foot. I’ve been fortunate enough on the second purchase that I push it back out and I don’t feel anymore, but I feel like as time goes on it’s gonna come back in and I won’t be able to push it back out. It’s just gonna be digging into the back of my heel and I’ll have to get a different pair of shoes.

  9. Affordable comfort that can take a beating. Excellent, supportive shoe! These ran a bit narrow, so I went for a slightly larger fit.Took these bad boys straight to Disneyland without breaking them in, and had absolutely no discomfort or blisters!!! Would highly recommend!

  10. Comfortable running shoes. Most comfortable running shoes I’ve bought. They fit well are durable and support my arch as well. Good deal indeed.

  11. Under Armour is a name that says it all. These shoes are fantastic, the price was amazing for such a good product and brand name. I was happy to purchase these, they are very comfortable, good support for my feet, come in wide and seem very well made. A good looking shoe that should wear well.

  12. Comfort, Style, and Performance All in One. The Under Armour Men’s Charged Assert 9 Running Shoes have quickly become my go-to pair for everything from running errands to hitting the pavement for a serious jog.First off, the comfort is unmatched. The Charged Cushioning midsole provides just the right amount of bounce and support, making every step feel light and effortless. Whether I’m pounding out a 5K or just on my feet all day, my feet feel great, with zero soreness or fatigue. The fit is spot on, too. The mesh upper is breathable, keeping my feet cool even during intense runs, and the overlays provide excellent support without feeling restrictive. The shoes feel snug where they should but never tight or uncomfortable. The durable rubber outsole has fantastic traction, so I feel confident running on wet sidewalks, gravel paths, or even uneven terrain. These shoes truly feel built for versatility and performance. On top of all that, they look great! The sleek design and variety of color options make them perfect for both workouts and casual wear.Overall, the Under Armour Charged Assert 9 Running Shoes deliver on every level—comfort, performance, durability, and style. They’re an incredible value, and I can’t recommend them enough to runners and anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable pair of sneakers!

  13. Best bargain for a durable super comfortable breathable shoe. Just wow I had UA shoes before looooong time ago and wasn’t impressed but these babies I put on and went for a walk stopped by a pickleball court and ran dashed hopped all over it and while not labeled a Pball shoe or tennis it was very grippy extremely comfortable soft but not too soft where you risk pushing off wrong (like that runon?). As a walking shoe it is right below a pair of Brooks which is supersoft and firm too. This is breathable lightweight super stylish in the dark camo (understated) and over all a great shoe for such a reasonable price you cannot go wrong with a pair of these.

Reliable, Comfortable, and cost effective. I previously purchased and older version of these shoes and wore them until they literally started falling apart even after some super glue patches and years of wearing down I still have those pair for painting. Naturally I needed a new pair for running and daily wear so I got these ones. Pretty much the same as the older version just slight changes more so to aesthetics than anything else. For their price I think they maximize their value and usage. If they were more expensive I wouldn’t get them – but considering other shoes are like $80-200 dollars with most them around the same quality as these it’s a no brainer. I plan on wearing these ones downs over the next couple years as well. I like the fit, color, comfort, and style. The shoes are multi-functional so I’m comfortable playing any type of sport, exercise activity, or just walking around in them.

  15. comfortable shoes for running and work. The Under Armour Men’s UA Charged Assert 9 Running Shoes are a great choice for any runner. They offer a great combination of lightness and support, making running very comfortable. The breathable materials ensure your feet stay cool and dry. I’m very satisfied with these running shoes. They’re comfortable, lightweight, and provide the support you need for running or walking. I’m sure I would buy them again.
