Good value. These pedals went on very easy and work very well. They adjust to your foot and seem very durable. Good product for the money.

For Adults, get the dark Black. I ordered the black and when I got it, it was way too small. Meant for children . I wear a size 10 shoe and I couldn’t get the balls of my feet on the pedals. Then I ordered the dark black and it was perfect. I will say that they package one pedal inside the other and that makes the inside pedal shorter in height. You have to take a heat gun to stretch it out. Luckily, it’s the right side that’s short and since I’m right handed, I put my right shoe in first. I don’t know how long they will last but they are comfortable and allows me to use my tennis shoes to bike, instead of using my clip-ons. Which is always dicey on the local roads. And I like to bike to the tennis courts to play.

These toe cages arrived squished in a box, and one of the toe cages was warped. The front of my feet didn’t really fit well into the cages which were small, and I even tried to expand them using a heat gun, which helped, but the cages simply keep my tippy toes on the pedal which made for uncomfortable pedaling. Price was cheap so I kept them, but I’d recommend spending a bit more to buy a better quality product.

Use without the buckles or you may seriously insure yourself. I had to remove the buckles because unless they are super-loose (which defects their purpose) you will not be able to get your feet out of them fast enough if you need to come to a quick stop. However, these work great without the buckles anyway. The heavy-duty toe guards are at the right tension to hold your feet in place, yet you can easily pull out your feet if coming to a sudden stop.

Great for beginner road biking. I’m not comfortable with use of clips, so this has been great introduction to proper foot placement on pedal and getting extra benefit of pedaling upstroke. Only issue was need to place a tennis ball in there to expand opening for easier foot placement while riding (likely due to packing compression).

I bought these for my outdoor bike and they were great the get the pull up but the problem I had is that with the cage my foot would get stuck when I tried to pull out my foot to stop. Because of this I took 2 really Nasty falls and hit my head pretty hard both times. Will be fine for an indoor bike and easy enough to put on and take off. I don’t recommend for and outdoor bike.

Very well made. Comes with the straps already threaded. These were easy to install and I liked the fact that the straps are already threaded as they can be tricky to figure out the right way to thread them so you can pull on the straps to tighten them. I won’t use clipless because falling over is a right of passage with those things. Toe clips are only about 10-15% less efficient than clipless and I have never fallen in 45 years of use.
