Retro trapper keeper. I bought this as a gift for someone as old as me who I thought would appreciate this original design. It was a great price on a Lightning deal. The trapper keeper was a hit, they loved the gift. Also, Amazon delivered this really quickly. It might have been less than 24 hours after I ordered it that my person had this in their hands.

It looks TUFF. I’ve been searching for YEARS to find a masculine enough TK! This is it my man. Super pumped about it. Still rocking my leopard w boombox TK tho, cuz that one’s pretty gnarly too. Gonna squeeze a few miles more outta that one. Would be 5* if the fastener was something not terrible like the little patch of velcro they use. It rips right off week 1.

Where did you get it?” Again, I feel really special with my Trapper Keeper.I ordered two and very happy with both of them.

Just as cheaply made like in the 80s. Ok, so this was definitely a nostalgic purchase. I mean I am no longer in school and I just use this for writing things down. But it is definitely a great replica. Because many may not remember this, but the 80s one where horribly cheaply made, and so are these. The Velcro will eventually fall apart and the plastic flip cover will eventually start to crack. But why not one star vs the five stars I am giving it, because like I said it is exactly how the original versions were like. I didn’t expect high quality from this because back in the days these didn’t hold up. Nothing like taking your trapper keeper out your book bag only for the thing to break in half and all your notes from class falling to the floor. I remember that clearly. So you see, if that happened then, I expect it to happen today. So five stars because it definitely brings back memories.
