An amazing product. I am a skeptical person….so before ordering this I did a lot of research. The claims they made seemed legitimate so I decided that it couldnt hurt to buy it once and try it.I am in my mid-20s and have started to see some thin areas in the front of my hair line, sort of above my temples. It started on one side in my early 20s, then on both as time went on. You could only really notice if my hair was short. I am an actor, so when I decided to start doing films after being mostly a theater actor for so many years, I grew out my hair and used to slick it up…sort of like a modern James Dean pompadour in the front. The rest of my head is fairly thick but very thin in the front. I didn’t notice how thin until I saw myself in one of the rough cuts of my first short film. I was so embarrassed. Luckily the film was never completed or released. I decided that before I do another film, I should find a product to help. Since I wasn’t thinning at a rapid rate, I figured a “hiding” solution could help for the meantime. I came across Toppik and (after research) ordered a bottle. I tried it out and instantly saw how it was covering my thinning areas. After two uses, I ordered the spray applicator. This was crucial!! If you want to have more control over where you apply, make a bottle last much longer, and avoid spilling it all over the place, buy the spray applicator. A bottle can last me months!! I’m serious. So I style my hair with some Axe paste, push up the front, and then spray Toppik to the thin areas in the front of my head and instantly my scalp is no longer visible through my hair! You also can’t even tell that I’m using any type of product. I would advice getting a shade darker than your natural hair as it tends to look lighter than you think. I’ve been using Toppik for over a year and have only ordered my second bottle. It holds all day long, unless you get your hair submerged in water. It will run on your fingers if you touch the areas immediately after applying it but it will not come off on your hands later in the day… if a female happens to run her hands through your hair, dont worry fellas. Even if you go to sleep and wake the next day, it’s still there! Only after you shower or wash your hair will it come out. It will rinse off easily with water too. It doesnt make your hair look or feel nasty. If you apply a lot and look really closely, you can see the little fibers attached to your hair fibers but only if you really look for it. I’ve never told anyone I know that I use a product and no one has ever commented on it, such as “what’s in your hair?” In fact, I’ve been told “you have great hair.” I simply smile and say “Thank you!”This product has truly made a huge impact on me. My hair looks great on camera…it looks thick and full. I’ve recently decided to try a monodoxil regime in order to reverse or slow-down the thinning process. Luckily for me it is thinning slow but I imagine but my mid-30s I may have more apparent baldness. I have leading man looks and can’t afford to be balding.Take it from me, buy this product! It works wonders. Buy the spray applicator too. I am a customer for life or at least until my thinning worsens.
Changed the way I feel about my hair. I’ve been waiting to write a review about Toppik until I’ve used a few bottles to see how the product holds up in different weather and conditions. I absolutely love it.I have Alopecia and (bad) thinning on my crown. I wore a partial hairpiece for years, which looked great and did the trick. But for any of you ladies out there in the same position, you know what a human hairpiece means. It’s expensive, so for me, I could only have two, and they were identical pieces. They were dyed to match my hair, which meant I had to color my hair exactly the same color for years. And the style never changed, short bob forever. Not to mention the maintenance, head forms in the bathroom, and having to replace the hairpieces when they wear out.I decided to give Toppik a try because I wanted to see if I could use it and feel comfortable with my own hair. To explain my level of thinning, I would never go out of the house without a hat or hairpiece. Ever.Once I started using Toppik, the hairpieces and head forms went into the closet and they haven’t come back out! I love love love this stuff. I started out using Toppik with the spray applicator, which worked well for a while. But then I noticed the spray applicator wasn’t working as well as it once had. I would pump once and have to wait forever for the air to refill the pumper and it would take a long time to cover my thinning areas using this method. So I finally popped the sprayer off and used the shake method. Works like a charm.Because I am thin all over my crown, I use the sharp end of a comb, start at one side of my head, slightly above my ear, and create a part to the back of my head. Shake on the Toppik from back to front (careful near your face! it can be messy). Repeat the process about half an inch apart all the way across my head. Once I’m done, I use a cotton ball to clean my face and hairline of any Toppik that has gotten out of control (especially check the nose and under your eyes). Quick check with a handheld mirror for coverage, and then I usually use some type of defrizz or smoother on my hair. When I put that on, I do end up with Toppik on my hands from rubbing my hair, no biggie. After that I use regular hairspray which seems to work well to lock the Toppik in place. I believe there is a product you can buy to do this, but I’ve never used it.Since I’ve started using Toppik I’ve grown my hair out. I haven’t had long hair in about 10 years because I had to conform to the hairpiece, but not anymore! I can wear my hair wavy or straight again, when before I always had to blow-dry it straight to match the hairpiece. I love my hair again, which isn’t something I thought I would ever be able to say.And there is a weird side effect of the Toppik for me. Normally if I wash my hair in the morning, and don’t use Toppik, by the next morning, my hair is starting to get a little greasy, not a problem if I’m wearing a hat, but even before my hair loss, I washed my hair every day. When I use the Toppik, my hair looks awesome the second day! It ends up super full from the roots down and not oily at all. I can sometimes go three days without washing it, which would have seemed crazy to me before using this product. The best I can surmise is that the Toppik absorbs the oil my scalp is secreting?? Anyway, I don’t really care, because it means I can get two, sometimes three great hair days out of one styling and application of the Toppik. So the downside? It is really messy. No matter how careful I am, I still end up with Toppik all over the sink and counter, and I use dark brown, so it really shows. As messy as it is, I really don’t care. It could be ten times messier and I would still use it. Because until you’ve gone through the difficulty of losing your hair, you will never understand how amazing it feels to get compliments on your own real hair again!!I have been out in the rain with no problem, and worked out. While working out, when my head gets sweaty and I wipe it with a towel, there is Toppik on the towel. I just make sure to be careful. Have not gone swimming in it, and probably won’t try.I’ve also used Great Hair Day powder and really liked it, but for the amount of coverage I now need, Toppik is the product for me. If you are on the fence, order the smallest size and try it. You can always send it back if it doesn’t work for you, and it could change the way you feel about your hair!
Not bad, Toppik, but let’s be clear about a few things. So, if you’re bothering to read reviews about anything like this in your ongoing battle with baldness, then let me be clear, right up front – the hair loss is winning the war. To terribly misquote Jim Morrison, “No hair gets out of here alive”…. So, you’re hoping against all odds that some miracle product will be a cheap, effective, undetectable cure-all in your fight against genetics or disease…well, the good news is THIS PRODUCT KIND OF WORKS. Let me be as transparent as the fine little hairs you’re hoping will grow on your head – if you have some hair, but it’s thinning pretty bad, this stuff will make it look fuller and hide some of the dreaded scalp showing through – however, if you plan on people getting really close to it, you can see the toppik on your scalp (at least, the dark colors show up if you’re Caucasian or light skinned) – but this should work well for a job interview, a date in a restaurant, an acting/theatre gig, maybe even a family gathering – but if you plan on getting lucky and he/she not noticing the smudges on the pillow in the morning, you are out of luck….If battling hair loss is what you’re up against, then Toppik is, metaphorically, another tool in the tool box. Use it with along with everything else – but use it in moderation. Too much and you’re a powdered, bald donut. Finally, don’t blindly listen to the claims by some of these Amazon reviewers saying it’s “amazing” and “no one noticed” – because, if anyone looked close enough, they probably could tell you’ve got cornstarch type colored powder layering your nearly hairless scalp. On the other hand, don’t listen to all these complainers saying it doesn’t work at all or that it’s garbage – they’re just angry, balding trolls with sweaty scalps who were just hoping to find a dirt cheap solution to a problem that has plagued men and women forever. If you have little or no hair, this product really won’t work – but if you’re in the middle of your hair-less fight, you’ll have some pretty good luck with this. I hope this review helps – as I’m someone who’s done Bosley, Propecia, Rogaine, Toppik, Tocotrienols and have had some luck with all of them. If, after my long winded review you’re still unsure (and you should be) then buy the tiny cheap bottle of Toppik (it will set you back around $10 with shipping) – it’s a small price to pay to see if a product works for you. Thanks, and God bless you, tiny little hairs, God bless you, every one.

Works great like rainbow sprinkles. Works exactly like I imagined. I have some patchy areas towards the top of my scalp that have been there for a few years (it’s genetic). As a woman, I get very insecure about visible hair loss and try to part my hair in different ways. Finally, I decided to try this out.I have very dark brown Asian hair and I got the color dark brown. I took people’s advice on here saying this stuff goes on darker than you expect so order a shade lighter, and they were right. Maybe black would work too but I imagine it’s for people who dye their hair jet black. Before this I tried purchasing Joan Rivers Great Hair Day. The color was alright but it wasn’t what I was looking for. It comes with a brush to apply the powder to your scalp like eyeshadow, and the powder’s flat, so it’s literally eyeshadow on your scalp. The brush application didn’t work all that well and it felt like it was just brushing the product on my hair. It didn’t stay on that great either. In comparison, Toppik uses fibers that fluff up a bit and give the product more dimension on the scalp, so it looks more realistic. I would like to add that I don’t have complete bald spots, just thinned out areas. This stuff works very well as long as you have some sort of hairs to blend into. I don’t wash my hair every day and this product stays on my hair until I wash it again. Sometimes I go back in and touch up if I need to but for the most part it stays put pretty well. It at least stays on for an entire day. I will say that this stuff doesn’t completely wash out every time you wash your hair, but after a while the powder balls up on your scalp, making it look funky. You can rub the balled up spots and it’ll disperse on your scalp, but it’s best to scrub your scalp when you wash your hair. This is kind of gross but when this stuff is on your scalp for too long, it itches, and when I scratch it, the dark product gets under my nails and it’s not pretty.I don’t have the special applicator they sell to put this stuff on. Don’t need it. Since my spots are at the top of my scalp, I simply sprinkle this stuff on and pat it down and that’s it. I’ve used it several times and there’s still a bunch left in the container. I imagine this stuff to last a very long time. At first I thought this was a bit pricey, but it’s a solid investment and an easy fix to my hair. Nobody can tell I have product on my scalp, and it doesn’t look fake in photos. Recommend (at least for people who aren’t completely bald)!
This product WORKS. Before I give my review, I need to give you all some context. I’m 29 Years old and been balding since I was 23. My hair only grows on the sides and back of my head but the top won’t grow at all. I’ve considered Hair Restoration like Bosley and Hair club, each absolutely ridiculous in pricing. I heard of Toppik for about 2 years now but never given it a try. Until now.I want to add that this is definitely best used with the applicator, just pouring it on your head; you won’t get it evened out and it’ll most likely waste some of the product.2.) Combine this with a really solid hair spray to keep the fibers in place. They don’t stick well by themselves. I’m serious. You sneeze and a black dust cloud will form and BAM! No more hair. I found it worked best by applying the fibers in portions, hair spray it, let it dry, and then apply more fibers and repeat until you get your desired look. If you keep applying it, the applicator will eventually just start blowing off the fiber you already placed.Be patient with it, once you got the rhythm down to apply it, you’re golden. I’m not sure how this will do on longer hairstyles but I personally went with something more realistic and kept it short, at about a 2 or 3 on top. Used my clippers to fade out my sides and the magic came about. I have hair now. This product seriously helped me out with my balding. And I mean I was straight bald on top, with the whole horseshoe thing going on. Hated it. Couldn’t get used to the full bald head thing either. Now matter how many times I’ve tried over the years. I even purchased myself a 2nd, bigger bottle to have as a back up.To my surprise; despite how much I thought I used with the applicator, wasting some product trying to get the right way in applying it without the applicator blowing off my hard work, but I only used about 15% of the bottle. Now that I know how to put it on, I’d imagine I’d use alot less of the fibers than I did on my first use.Overall; this product is a great alternative if you don’t want to spent thousands on hair restoration surgery. You’ll get a nice, clean, full head of hair that looks real too.Trust in the process.
The Solution for Thinning Hair. I have to say, I was extremely skeptical when I first heard about Toppik Hair Building Fibers. I mean, the name alone sounds like something straight out of a science fiction movie. But as someone who has been dealing with thinning hair for years, I was willing to give it a shot. And let me tell you, I’m so glad I did!First of all, the application process couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is shake the bottle onto your thinning areas, and voila! Instantly thicker and fuller-looking hair. I was honestly amazed at how well it blended in with my natural hair color (I went with the white shade). And the best part? It stayed put all day, even through sweat and humidity. Now, I have to admit, I was a little worried about what would happen if it rained. I mean, would I end up looking like a Dalmatian with white spots all over my head? But I put it to the test during a recent downpour, and I’m happy to report that my hair stayed looking great. No embarrassing white streaks in sight! And let’s talk about the humor factor here. I mean, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve caught someone staring at my head, trying to figure out if I’m balding or just have a weird hairline. But with Toppik, I’m pretty sure people are just looking at me because they’re jealous of my luscious locks! Okay, maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but it does feel pretty great to have a full head of hair again.Overall, I’d give Toppik Hair Building Fibers four out of five stars. It’s not a miracle cure for baldness, but it definitely does the trick in making thinning hair look fuller and more voluminous. And hey, if nothing else, it’s a great conversation starter. Just be prepared to explain what “hair fibers” are to all your curious friends!Toppik Hair Building Fibers are a popular solution for thinning hair and hair loss. Here are some dos and don’ts to consider when using Toppik Hair Building Fibers:Dos:1. Do apply Toppik Hair Building Fibers to clean, dry hair. Use a dry towel to remove any excess oil or moisture from your hair before applying the fibers.2. Do use the Toppik Hairline Optimizer tool to achieve a natural-looking hairline. This tool helps to distribute the fibers evenly and avoid clumping.3. Do shake the Toppik Hair Building Fibers onto your hair gently and evenly. Start at the back of your head and work your way forward. Use a light touch to avoid clumping.4. Do use the Toppik FiberHold Spray to help lock in the fibers and create a longer-lasting hold. Spray the FiberHold Spray over the fibers and wait for it to dry before touching your hair.5. Do use a hairbrush or comb to style your hair after applying Toppik Hair Building Fibers. This will help to distribute the fibers and create a natural-looking style.Don’ts:1. Don’t apply Toppik Hair Building Fibers to wet or damp hair. This can cause the fibers to clump together and create an unnatural appearance.2. Don’t use too much Toppik Hair Building Fibers at once. A little goes a long way, and using too much can create a heavy or unnatural look.3. Don’t touch your hair too much after applying Toppik Hair Building Fibers. This can cause the fibers to come loose or clump together, creating an unnatural appearance.4. Don’t apply Toppik Hair Building Fibers to bald spots or areas with no hair. These fibers are designed to attach to existing hair, and applying them to bald spots can create an uneven or unnatural appearance.5. Don’t apply Toppik Hair Building Fibers to areas of your scalp that are irritated or have open wounds. This can cause further irritation and potentially make the problem worse.
You need to get this if you’re hair’s thinning. I’m 45 and have thinning hair around my forehead. I learned about this product from a professional hairdresser. And let me tell you it lives up to the hype. Yet I’ve never heard of it before, so it’s possible the ‘ Hype’ is coming! It has a tool to help with application, by the product arrived first. I tried it and without the blender tool. A little sprinkle at the roots and I was amazed! If it gets on your forehead a little it’s easy to wipe away. To set the fibers that where just applied to your hairline, add a little hairspray! After using this, you won’t want to buy any other products out there.
Product is superior. I have thinning hair and it’s in the front. Just a quick sprinkle and I look normal again. I don’t know if it’s waterproof though. It glunks up like tiny beads that are noticeable with tiny bald patches in between if I sweat. I think if it was not waterproof, it might run down my face which it does not. But I wish it didn’t separate and stayed as smooth as when I first sprinkle it on. It needs to look completely natural.
Color is perfect. Color was perfect for my hair color. I had already purchased dark blonde and medium brown because they were the only colors available in stores. They didn’t look that good.
Item was exactly as ordered.

IT WORKS. I’m not one to write product reviews but I had to on this stuff because it actually works. I have a full head of hair, basically an afro, but I have one spot in the back thats thinning and it was starting to make me super self conscious because its very visible to the point where my friends & family were pointing out the balding spot. After researching some products like this, this one was the most highly rated so I went for it. It IMMEDIATELY filled in and covered up my thinning spot and it didn’t take much at all. If you have a full balding head I wouldn’t recommend this, so I can see where some of the negative reviews are probably coming from. But if you’re just trying to fill in a thinning spot like me, this is the PERFECT solution!
Bought for my mom. My mom’s hair is thinning and she asked for help to find ways to make her hair look more full . This product is magic. She has some more balder spots toward the back and once I applied the product it’s like they never existed. Highly recommend for anyone with thinning hair!
Works great. I can’t say enough about this product. It not only covers my thinning areas (right in front on the top of my head!) but it also adds some thickness/fiber type feeling that helps my hair feel and look thicker also. I’m on my third bottle of this LOL
Never expected this result. It actually works. I had a huge hair loss and people started seeing me as a bald guy, but some people really got shocked, saying that I have covered all the skinny area but I’m sad. It is a little bit expensive. I don’t know. I can afford to buy it once in three months.
Amazing product. I have no words to describe how grateful i am that these hair fibers exist! I have been shedding hair at a traumatizing rate, and have a balding spot at the top of my short bangs that has made me so self concious i havent wanted to leave my house. Somebody in a female hair loss social media group recommended Toppik hair fibers to fill it in. I had VERY low expectations that it would work or even be a match for my dyed auburn hair. To say i am pleasantly surprised is a HUGE understatement!! These hair fibers have given me the confidence to feel comfortable leaving the house again while i begin what i imagine will be a long road to gaining back my hair (tackling nutritional deficiencies and regulating my stress/hormones)
WOW! Impressed and blown away. These are amazing! I really had no idea these could work this well. I don’t have balding or even noticeably thin hair, but it is not as dense as I would like and these fibers do an amazing job of sticking to the hair and really increasing density. They also really help fill in any bald spots. Easy to apply. Can look a little fake if you use too much due to how black they make the hair but otherwise are a great purchase.
Must have for thinning hair. I didn’t know that I needed this product so badly!! I have been using it for several months now and it is worth every penny! After I put it on, I spray it lightly with a light hairspray and it last for several days until my next wash. I will never be without this product again!
Life Saver. I’m a guy with long hair. That’s kind of always been my look and I was really upset when I started to get a bald spot on the back of my head. Minoxidil has filled in the thinning spot and this product has worked FLAWLESSLY in the meantime. My hair looks better than it has in 10 years. A few shakes of a can and I have my confidence back. For minor thinning/bald spots like mine this is a miracle product. It truly seems to work like magic.
Magic in a Bottle – A Must-Have for Thinning Hair. This product is truly amazing. I started experiencing some temporary hair loss due to stress, particularly around my hairline, and at my crown and a friend recommended Toppik. I was skeptical at first, but after trying it—wow. It’s like magic in a bottle! It has become a must-have in my beauty toolkit. Although my hairline has started to recover, I still use it when I need a little extra volume. It’s subtle, effective, and gives instant results, that generally lasts until it’s washed out. I can’t recommend it enough!Pros:Undetectable Coverage: The fibers blend seamlessly with my natural hair and are completely undetectable. It instantly gives the appearance of fuller, thicker hair.Confidence Booster: It’s become a staple in my routine, especially when I need a polished look or just want to feel more confident.Easy to Use: Simple to apply, especially once you get the hang of it. I use it specifically on my hairline and it makes a noticeable difference.Con:Dispenser Sold Separately: For best results, I highly recommend buying the dispenser, which unfortunately is not included. It makes application much more precise and less messy.

Amazing results! Look years younger because of my hair appearance of a thicker density. Its awesome. Works well for me. Combs on your scalp and hair and people just can not notice it other than I look good, but they do not know why. Great product! My color is Dark Brown.
Best brand. I am a cosmologist and this is by far my favorite brand of hair fibers. It’s easy to use and comes in a little shake bottle. The fibers come out easily and don’t clump together, plus it comes in a lot of different colors. It helps so much with making hair look thicker and hiding bald/thinning spots.
Works perfectly & Easy to apply. My hair over the years has been thinning and after finding out this product existed I have been using it almost every day. Sometimes it will even stay on after a shower if you don’t wash your hair every single day. I provided a before and after to show you how much of a difference a few sprays can do for your hairline & thinning areas. Amazing product and would recommend to anyone
A miracle. This stuff really works! I was very skeptical at first but after using it now for a week I can say it works like magic! I have thinning in my crown and one on side of my frontal hair line and extending into a little bit of the middle, a couple of shakes of this stuff and bam the visible appearance of my thinning was none existing! My hair looked fuller than ever, and it definitely gave me the confidence boost that I’ve been lacking ever since my hair began to thin somewhat about 3 years ago. For the first time in a while I actually felt good about myself and didn’t hate looking in the mirror. This stuff lasts long too! I didn’t need to reapply it the next morning at all, not until I washed my hair maybe 2-3 days after using, unless you’re a daily hair washer which I am not, I don’t need to be I have 3B natural curly hair this product will last a while! Which is a good thing because it was kind of pricey, however how it has made me feel about myself and my appearance is well worth the money to me. And it’s much cheaper and zero pain compared to some of the more permanent options out there. My only issue with the product is you have to use it on dry hair, and as I said I have 3B curly hair I can’t really go a day without some type of light product especially in the morning after waking up. So I usually will do my hair and add product when I get dressed for the day then wait an hour or so after and apply this, however if you are tight on time that’s not really feasible, and trust me you do want to apply it to dry hair or risk your hands being covered in black speckles if you apply it to wet or damp hair. The product says style as usual after applying and not sure exactly how one does that unless they mean add hairspray or maybe a paste or puddy something on the dryer and thicker side but I don’t use those products as they would weigh down my hair instantly .
