Very strong. Some graded resistance band sets have mostly thin bands with low resistance. This set has very robust bands, which serve my needs better.
Good Quality Product. This product is an excellent addition to any regular workout routine. Good quality with numerous strength levels. Includes storage bag.
Smooth to the touch. Unlike other bands, these do not pull on your leg hair.
A Must for Leg and Arm Workouts. My physical therapist recommended this particular collection of resistence bands. They add a significant benefit to leg and lower body workouts!

Bands are Great, Bag is Junk. Love the bands. They are high quality and work well. However, the bag unraveled as soon as I started using. Why include a bag if it isn’t going to last?
I liked the thickness. I bought these so I could do Physical Therapy at home. The PT people gave me some thinner wider band material to take home from PT, but that stuff was a problem to use – always curling up and digging into my skin. There are nice and smooth and no digging – several times thinker than the stuff the PT gave me. I am going to get a lot of good out of these.
Very Happy…. Just what I needed. I was diagnosed with a shoulder impingement and needed to do some at home exercises. I’m starting off with the ‘light’ and the resistance is helping me with the workouts. I didn’t have any issues with the black pouch they came in.
TechStone Resistance Bands Set. This is a set of five latex resistance bands/loops. I mostly use them for lower-body exercises but you can certainly do some upper-body exercises with them. Each band has a different resistance level ranging from extra light (the green band) which provides up to 10 lbs of resistance to extra heavy (the block band) which provides over 100 lbs of resistance.One thing I like about these loops as opposed to other similar sets is that the bands are longer, which makes them easier to get on and off, and they seem more durable. The extra light band is not flimsy and does not feel like it will snap apart when you use it. You get a lot for the price and I absolutely recommend this set if you incorporate the loops into your workouts.
Like having 5 sizes. Likes being able to start with extra light band, but moved to light quickly on most exercises. Then moved to medium on a few.
Great for Jazzercise. I have been using these for about a month at my Jazzercise classes. They appear to be well made and I don’t have any issues with them tearing, and I have been stretching them pretty hard.

Excellent quality bands. These are wonderful to use, and they will help you to strengthen your body. The loop size is perfect for legs and arms to give proper resistance. Definitely worth the investment for your health.
