Superhero Nutrition,easy download,great read. First of all if you are having an issue downloading this book you need to go directly to amazon.com to buy it. Even though it says you can buy the book in the kindle app you need to go directly to Amazon. Although you might need to take one extra step to download if you are an apple user, it is worth it. This book caught my attention because Steve Zim has had several videos go beyond viral with one hitting over 20 million views. Anything with that many views has to be worth it. The videos shows REAL people and real results, so I wanted to get the book to see what was trick. Like most things, Steve tells you straight out there is no trick only good choices and this book is so easy to read and makes sense. Highly recommend this book. Now I am going to read the other books he wrote.
Confusing for vegetarians… probably worse for vegans. Overall, this book is an easy, quick read. If you stick to the program, you will definitely see results. It provides clear-cut instructions on when you should be eating & portion sizes with science to back it up. It also provides a workout schedule with suggested weightlifting exercises. It also includes 30 days of meal suggestions, and 3 chapters of easy ( & yummy) recipes.My only complaint is that as a vegetarian, I found the portions to be very confusing. Steve emphasizes portioning your carbs in relation to your protein intake. However, many carbs listed are also classified as vegan/vegetarian protein options. There is no explanation in the book on how to measure your carbs if you are vegetarian. I am able to follow the diet with some trial and error, but I am carefully tracking my macros to ensure that I am getting enough calories. It is definitely do-able as a vegetarian, but I can imagine it would be VERY confusing/difficult if you are vegan and cannot include proteins like eggs and egg whites.

Super informative and easy to understand. A big emphasis in this book is on how timing can affect how well your body burns fat without causing feelings of guilt and shame. Steve encourages cheat days as a way to strengthen and speed up your metabolism! As someone who likes to take a lot of notes and has been struggling with a sugar addiction for a while now, the complexities that once made nutrition feel daunting were explained beautifully with clear descriptors and visuals. He goes in depth on how our bodies use and process insulin as well as portion control and the importance of GL when considering what foods to eat. I can’t wait to try the recipes in the back! I think this is a really good place to start for anyone who feels overwhelmed and confused by the sheer amount of information out there about health and nutrition!

accurate info easy to follow. if you seriously want to look like a superhero this book has all the info you need .All you have to do is the work .
Understanding my body and how it processes food. I learned so many things about my own body and how it functions reading Steve’s book. I started his A Tighter U online program 12 days ago and have felt and seen the difference. In regards to my learnings:- Muscles need to be warmed up, you can’t just stretch it like I’ve been doing as it can lead to injury (which when I used to do that, yes it did)- Glycemic load is important and just downloaded an app to help me figure out my food intake- Easy way of portion sizing- Clear understanding of the science behind insulin production and how we can use it to our advantageHighly recommend and looking forward to implementing the 30-day recipes to see its full effect.
Interesting To read. I just got the book. 50 pages in and can’t stop reading. Everything is explained in detail that makes sense. I will be updating my review in couple of the month as I am Also looking into getting his atuomobile
worth a read. Easy to comprehend, good diagrams to look at, and the man seems like he knows what he’s talking about. I’ve watched several of his non-sponsored videos on you tube (from other influencers) and they rave about his nutrition and workout program. Book didn’t take long to read. Love the availability to read off my phone as I can flip through some pages need be when I’m out eating with friends, grocery shopping, and more.
Book Explains Easily. I never really knew about nutrition in general. Reading the book really helped me understand how nutrition works and how the body reacts. Thinking of my health now and the coming future.
