  1. This is a great mental stimulation toy. Purchased this for our GSD puppy and it’s been really great so far. She’s a typical 9 week old puppy-huge amounts of energy, chews A LOT, and this really engages her.I originally wanted to order the large but only the small was in stock. I’m glad it was because the size is better than I was expecting and it’s a lower price point. It doesn’t seem small at all, more a medium. Check measurements if you’re concerned. The small size is perfect IMO.I like how you can adjust the opening to increase/decrease the difficulty. I have given it to our pup to play with while she’s out of her crate and I’m working on something, that way I can adjust/help her if she gets frustrated. I haven’t put an entire meal in it, so she usually has it completed it about 10 minutes. It doesn’t keep her busy for a really lengthy time but for her age, the amount of stimulation in one setting is great. As she gets older, I’m hoping I can gradually increase the difficulty and she can play with it longer, but we will have to wait and see. It’s a really tough plastic and surprising heavy for a toy, but it needs to be weighted in the bottom to achieve the bobble function. It’s louder than other toys and if you’ve got a rough pup, it might do some damage if it were tossed.I cannot speak to it use in a crate because I haven’t tried it for that. To be honest, I probably won’t because I want our puppy to view her crate as a relaxing place and this toy gets her stimulated and as mentioned, she can get frustrated if it gets too hard.I saw some reviewers say their dogs chewed it apart. I think that depends a lot on age and when you’re allowing it to be used (supervised vs unsupervised). Our pup gets really frustrated when it’s empty, so I make sure I’m around and can hear that she’s gotten all the kibble out. Then I remove it and give her something else to do. If she were allowed to have the toy once it was empty, I could see her maybe trying to chew it out of frustration. It’s big enough that at her age, I doubt she would be able to chew the tough plastic. Give her another few weeks and that might change, but I won’t allow her to have access to it without supervision to avoid her getting frustrated.Overall I think if you are looking for something to keep your pup busy and content for a long time, I would look for something else. I feel like interactive feeders like this are great for what they do but once it’s done giving treats or kibble, a dog could become frustrated and chew on it. If you’re looking for something engaging that can be used periodically to stimulate and challenge your pup, I would highly recommend this one!

Excellent Product. I am so happy that I bought this feeder/toy for my one-year-old Aussie! Before I purchased it, my girl would eat well one day, then ignore her food the next day or two, and so on. However, because she is an Aussie, or a working dog by both nature and genetics, she loves having a job to do.So, now, she happily “works” for her food twice a day–every day–and loves it! And I love it, too. Not only is the item easy to fill, but I enjoy watching her bopping it with her nose or foot, and figuring out creative solutions to getting it out from under furniture or tight corners, etc. And, regardless of how often it gets bopped into furniture, it has done no damage whatsoever to anything. And, given that we have a few pieces of gorgeous Victorian furniture in our living room, this matters to us a great deal!Best of all, our dog is eating every day, twice a day, at a relaxed pace, and enjoying it thoroughly. In fact, although I still put a little dry food in her bowl, in case she gets hungry before I have the chance to fill her toy, she rarely, if ever, touches the food in her bowl. In fact, even though she sits beside me on the couch while I fill it, she doesn’t even touch the wide-open container in which I have the food, despite having it right beside her. Instead, she waits patiently for me to put the toy down on the floor for her. After all, the toy is like a giant weeble (remember those?) that dispenses food, and how much would our kids have loved that, back in the day?So, I can, quite sincerely, highly recommend this toy! It is well designed, extremely sturdy, and easy to fill. Best of all, my dog loves it! She has several puzzle toys/feeders, but this is the one that she wants to use–exclusively now–because she has not grown tired of it or bored with it. Excellent design, excellent product, happy dog, and delighted doggy mom! Thank you!(Note: I was NOT given a free toy or asked to write a review. The opinions offered here were not influenced in any way by either the toy’s manufacturer or its seller.)

  3. Very interactive, Puppy LOVES. I ordered this for my puppy as I have noticed the toys where he has to work for something he likes the best, he needs that mental stimulation. Items that are suppose to be chew proof or long lasting do not last with him. My recommendation is to keep the yellow cap on when you give to dog to play. I let it off once and he started to chew the top, luckily not to the point I couldn’t put the top back on. At first he wasn’t sure about it, so we would tap it with our fingers until a treat came out then of course he ate the treat but still wasn’t sure what to do. He knows the command paw, so I had my hand close to the toy that when I said paw he ended up hitting it and it was on from there. Now he picks it up and throws it and slides it with his paw

  4. One of the best purchases of 2023. I absolutely LOVE this thing!Whoever invented this toy truly deserves some outstanding awards. My dog is notorious for eating too quickly but not only that. He’s also extremely high energy, so he gets bored quickly. I load the bob-a-lot with his dinner/breakfast, and I let him go at it. He stays busy for minimum 20 minutes!Initially, you may notice a little bit of a learning curve. My dog knew what to do, but he was scared of the bobbing itself, and that the toy would somehow hit his snout. He’d keep dodging it instead of trying to get the food. I was a little worried at first. Nonetheless, I kept giving it to him every day, and eventually he good so into it, that the came up with some really cool techniques on how to work this thing. He hits it with his snout in such a way that it twirls, making it easier for the treats to come out. It truly works their intelligence! Don’t think about it. Just get it!

  5. Had to order another one – Latte & Mocha LOVE it. Both were definitely curious about the toy upon receipt. Latte and Mocha are labrador retrievers and bigger dogs and definitely chewers on their toys. Latte is my older dog (8 years old) and he hasn’t been this excited or “protective” over a toy in a long time! Mocha normally gets “bored” if there’s too much of a challenge in trying to retrieve a treat but this one kept his attention but he did still get frustrated when I increased the difficulty level and started to bite harder on the yellow twist top portion and left a few chew marks – the the rating of “4” for durability. No toy is ever indestructible so one has to keep that in mind. This hard plastic however will last, or should last a while. So until the next one arrives, we’ll have to keep this one for play one doggie at a time….they just don’t want to share it – they love it that much!

  6. I really love the design except…. I really do love the design and durability of the main wobble toy. But my dog was able to completely break off the little adjustable sliding door where the kibbles fall out for a treat. Now, even though I don’t put much kibble treats in it anymore, she still loves to play with it and loves the wobble and knocking it around. I just can’t use it the way I want to… the kibbles fall out too fast anymore. However, I can still put kibbles in the upper most chamber for the sound of kibbles in the toy, so it’s not a complete loss. I really love the design, the sturdiness of everything else on the toy, the color, the size and weight. Also, I haven’t contacted the company to see if they’d find a resolution for me so I can’t speak to any customer service they might offer.

  7. My dog never play, except with this. 12.5 yr old golden has always slept a true 22-23 hours a day. Super loving and plays for a minute but gets bored. He will scoot this “Bopple” as the kids call it around for 45 minutes until he cleans it out. Then sit smiling and panting at us. It gets him moving more and engaged with something so he’s not sleeping to an unhealthy level. He’s finally active after over a decade of refusing to play and wanting only to be petted. It’s super durable. Got one for our friend’s x large dog (last year) who chews hard bones easily and she hasn’t damaged hers yet.Easy to add some dry food. Hole sizes are adjustable.

My sister-in-law lent us hers for a couple months, it was great so we had to buy our own. Kong has one a little smaller, but it’s single port and it’s not adjustable. This one has two fully adjustable ports. It’s a lot heavier and larger than the Kong, it actually bangs around enough to turn on the “knock” oven light in our LG stove – but I don’t really see this as a problem. You can put any size kibble in there and adjust the ports to whatever difficulty level you choose which is awesome. If the dog is being particularly annoying, we close the port to absolute minimum size so it takes him a while to get it all out as a sort of gentle punishment. If we want to reward, we open the port wider so food comes out easier. It’s made up of a very soft plastic, so it gouges really easily when the dog bites it or carries it around in his mouth unfortunately. Ours has become a bit raggedy looking already a few days later. Does not affect performance or pet satisfaction at all so we can live with it. Structurally it’s very strong and solid, it may get marred up but I cannot see it ever breaking. One of our best dog toy investments.

Milo’s tail is wagging and yours should too. The media could not be loaded. Dogs love puzzles! I first introduced Milo to puzzles just one year ago and he’s been having a blast and staying out of trouble since! I purchased this because I was looking for a level 2 toy. This puzzle is super easy to prepare and Milo’s entire meal (3/4 cup) can fit without issue! Milo sits like a good boy until momma says ok and then he puts his nose to work. His tail wags the entire time because he’s having so much fun! Milo was a little frightened at first with the wobbling action when we first purchased this puzzle but with words of encouragement and practice, he got really good at doing this puzzle! It’s my favorite out of all the puzzles we own! This puzzle forces Milo to slow down his eating consumption, which is a MUST for labs because they are known for inhaling their food before you can even blink! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it’s not as tough against chewing. Milo normally is not a chewer, but before he got the hang of the wobbling action, he tried a method of chewing the top yellow piece to get at the food. It didn’t work, obviously because the top was well secured but it did leave the top piece to have very sharp and jagged edges. I contemplated purchasing a new one vs sanding it down myself and ultimately decided to sand it. It sanded well and there are no sharp edges any more! Other than that though, this puzzle is super fun to watch your dog interact with and they have so much fun!

  10. The best invention ever. I have 5 different dog puzzles that we used and rotate for her meals, that slide and open flaps, but this is the most unique and effective/time consuming design, great exercise as they gave to hit it with there paws to get a few pieces. My dog was scared of the bobbing at first but after a few patient sessions shes learned how to hit it and its fun for us both now! Best slowest funnest feeder! I like to put her reg food and some fun treat surprises in there, its like a dog food roulette/piñata! 🥳 also very nice sturdy design.

  11. Great treat dispensing toy. My wife works from home and our two large dogs occasionally get bored and want her attention. This sometimes occurs during conference calls or new client meetings, not ideal!! So I picked up a couple interactive dog toys and this was by far the best. You fill the top with kibble or treats, there are two adjustable openings for various sized treats, and they knock it around and eat the treats!! The plastic is thick and durable. The dogs love trying to get the kibble out and keeps them entertained. My biggest complaint is the internal adjustment will sometimes slide open or closed while the dogs are playing. If it closes, it cuts off their supply! Additionally, I couldn’t find the larger size so I think this is a medium?? I was concerned about the size because my dogs are big… Italian mastiff mix and Great Dane/Great Pyrenees mix. This one is fine and is holding up great so long as I don’t allow them to use it as a chew toy.

  12. Durable, interactive. This is the second time we purchased the wobble ball. Quality is great, it’s easy to fill with 2 levels the kibble goes into before coming out for the pups to eat which makes it very interactive. We first purchased it for our rescue golden retriever who has food insecurity issues and needs a lot of play time. This keeps him busy for 15-30 minutes depending on how open we leave the dispensing levers. Of course, with 2 pups we had to have 2 toys. Or other dog is a staffy mix who is a quick learner and aggressive chewer. It’s great having toys that both dogs can use for an extended time. I highly recommend this toy.

  13. Keeps My Dogs Entertained and Happy. The media could not be loaded. I’ve tried several puzzle toys for my dogs, but this toy is by far the best. My dogs absolutely love it! It’s incredibly durable, which is perfect since they’re quite the chewers. The best part? It keeps them busy for at least an hour each time. This toy not only provides mental stimulation but also helps in slowing down their eating pace when I load it with treats. The adjustable difficulty levels are a fantastic feature, allowing me to match the challenge to their skill level. If you’re looking for a toy that will both entertain your pet and promote healthy habits, this is the one to get! Highly recommend.

  14. Worth the wait. I got this when my puppy was about 3 months and it was a disaster. He LOVED it but he expressed his love through barking at it in an attempt to? I don’t know- get it to release the kibble faster? No ide but it was LOUD and not my favorite. That said, reviews were great and build quality was solid so instead of returning or leaving a 2 start review I shelved it for a few months. Our puppy is now 8 months (and rarely barks). I pulled this out again for a round 2 and it was a MUCH better experience. He’s still super excited but isn’t barking at it. You can fit about a 1/4 a cup of kibble in the top section so it’s usefull as a slow feeder and keeps him entertained for about 10 minutes.Only thing I’d mention is that this thing weighs like 3 pounds so it makes a LOT of noise rolling around on a hard surface. Definitely recommend using it in a carpeted room. We have wood floors and throw rugs and the dog doesn’t understand the concept of keeping it on the rug…. so it is pretty noisy. Sorry downstairs neighbors!!

  15. Awesome toy for dogs. This toy keeps my small dog mentally stimulated for hours. I cut the treats in 1/2’s or 1/4s to minimize weight gain. It is very sturdy and will never wear out. She absolutely loves this toy,
