The lower-strength ones can break. Good overall. They look good, and they do not have the toxic-like plastic smell that many of the other have. The red one did not last long howerver; in snapped in half shortly after I started using it.
Good Value and works. I am only using the Green and Blue bands at this time but they are holding up well and meet my needs. It was less expensive to buy the set than individual bands.
Latex free and really hold up. These have been great. They keep their shape and strength. I have used every day for 4 months and they are still holding up very well.

The bands are exactly as described. They are sturdy and labeled with resistance weight which is healthy. It also comes with little sheets of exercises to practice when you are not in a class. They are exactly what I needed for a class I take.
What My Physical Therapist Uses. These are the same bands used by my physical therapist, so when my old ones got so old they were ready to snap, I purchased this brand. I got the selection of strengths, hoping to work my way up. Other than they may be slightly narrower in width than the better-known brand, I don’t think I could tell the difference. The red and yellow have worked well. Onward.
