Knee sleeve. As a knee sleeve, I find it does seem to support the knee pretty well. I’m not sure I’m positioning the sleeve over the kneecap appropriately and because the direction state that the sleeve should be put on with the knee bent, when straightening my leg, there is a gap around the kneecap that is a little bothersome. One more thing, I was not wild about the brace only being available in white. I would like to have seen a couple other choices – like black, neutral color, something other than just white.
Easy to use, hard to get the individual weights in and out of the pockets. I agree with the other reviews that talked about the difficulty with putting the weights in taking them out of teh pockets. I would think this would be an easy design fix. I use these during workouts, not for walking around, but I would think they may be too bulky for comfortable walking.
Nice. Use these while working out, they do start slipping after a while.
High Quality and durable. It is easy to adjust the weights by removing the induvial packs. I did think that it was going to be only one ankle weight but it is actually two separate ankle weights that each total 5lbs. But they can both be easily put on one leg to make it the full 10lbs. Also very comfortable and does not hurt.
Love the removable weights. I like that you can remove the weeds to make them lighter or heavier, and I had to really tie them super tight for whenever I would go walking but I didn’t have a really skinny ankles. Haha but they are super comfortable. The material is off so you’re not getting uncomfortable trying to work out.
Ok for price feels like the come apart too easy. While the Velcro is super durable. I feel like the actual surface area is not every time. My legs rub together down. They tend to look like they’re gonna lyft off some of the cover of the weights. There’s no bad smell to them, even when I wear them all day. But I do feel like the comfort could be better.
Good for exercising. They delivered quickly. One pound weights can be removed to adjust weight as desired. Also can use the one pound weights as hand held weight for arm exercises if needing a lower weight than hand weight bars
works well. Pros: nice weights that can be lightened or increased.Cons: after a few uses strings start coming off the Velcro straps
Nice product. Very nice set of adjustable legs weights. One, removal of bags is pretty easy. On the other hand, putting them back in the slots can be tedious. I had a couple of bags that weren’t sewn properly so you can physically pull the weight bag out of the sleeve. It’s an easy fix, but it shows sloppy workmanship. One issue I have is that they rub vigorously again the skin on my ankles, leaving the skin raw causing scabs. When using them over and over again it’s quite painful. The price of the product is great for people looking for adjustable leg/arm weights. Unfortunately, raw skin is not something I want to endure all the time. I may switch to a weighted vest or belt instead🤷🏻♀️.
Exactly as advertised. The only thing I dislike about these is how difficult it can be to reinsert the weight pouches. The Velcro strap seems sturdy and the fabric that wraps around my ankle is very comfortable! I bought these for physical therapy exercises and I am more than pleased!
Great weights. Got these to add a little bit extra to our walks and they do a great job. It’s really nice that they come with multiple weights to insert in the straps to customize the intensity of your work out. The quality of the straps seems good enough. They aren’t super premium but not trash quality either…just sorta meh but they get the job done. The weights themselves appear to be accurate with their weight as well.Nothing really bad to say about them. The price is decent for what you get and it’s a great piece of equipment to add to your workouts. Just a suggestion for your…..start small and work your way up. I first thought that the 2 pounds would be super easy to wear on a jog, so I did the 6 pounds. While it doesn’t seem like that much additional weight you do start to feel it very quickly.Overall really happy with them and would recommend.
Sturdy Construction. Very well constructed weight adjustable ankle weights. Good value for the money. Fit well and for most exercises should not slip. Strong Velcro and easy removal.
Great quality and value – and love they are adjustable. These are high-quality, definitely will last a long time. I like that you can modify the weight. It’s a little bit difficult to get the bags out or back in, but probably breaks in overtime. I would love if the straps were a little bit longer so I could wear on thighs 🙂 but overall, this is a high-quality product. Love the green as well. It is as shown. Great value as well and as comfortable as weights can be.

They are fairly easy to take out of the holding pockets but you feel like you had a work out trying to get them in. If you’re going set them for just one weight that’s fine, but if need to change weights often (different exercises or different users) then these are not recommended. [EDIT 12/29] I’ve upgraded my review because the manufacture has contacted me offering a full refund. I’m not unhappy with them, and they will do fine for my workouts, now that I have the weight where I need it. So thank you for the offer, Sportneer, but I’ll stick with them.

Vibrant color. Love the color! They will be very useful and we like that the weight is adjustable. I wish it was easier to get the weights in and out to adjust the overall weight.
Good product. Fits and stays very good, weight is just perfect for a girl, (you can also take some off if it’s too much) helps me to grow these glutes 🍑 pretty durable as well
Comfortable and durable. Pros: I like the fact that the Velcro sticks almost like super glue. I like that the weight can be increased or decreased. I like the comfortable way they fit.Con: I wish there wasn’t a gap between the weighted ends touching, but a comfy sock and good footwear ensure comfort just the same.Overall, very satisfied with these and the price is affordable and worth it.
Works Exactly as Advertised. Very well made product, easy to use and adjust the weight and comfortable to wear.
Good Quality and Works Wells. Size around the ankle is adjustable and it’s comfortable on the ankles. Weight distribution is even all the way around. Also the fabric quality is very good and nice color (I got green). I haven’t needed to change the weights since I need the highest weight for my PR exercises. It seems easy to change the weight if I ever need to.
