Great Product; Lousy Shipping. Love the furniture; assembled in less time than recommended. The powder-coated aluminum frame is so much better than fake wicker and it is comfortable. And the price was significantly less than what my kids paid for similar outdoor furniture. That’s the good part!Comes in three boxes (from China); the first were the two chairs – great; the second, a couple days later was the loveseat – missing one arm; the third, a week later was the table – great. The problem: when I notified them that I was missing an arm and a table, they said they were now shipping the table now with a different carrier and that they wouldn’t ship the missing arm until I had received the table and inspected (assembled) it (? right ?). So I did that and then received the missing arm ( and another arm and two cushion stuffings) about five days later. So I guess I am finished (with assembly) and only awaiting a small compensation for my troubles. The real problem: I am at 39 days and counting until check arrives. I ordered Dec 7th hoping to have for Christmas and it is now January 14th. But for the shipping problems and my inability to speak or write Chinese, I would have given it 5 stars.Follow up on January 25th: updating my rating to 5 stars because the seller made an additional effort after my initial writing to ensure my satisfaction. Firstly, seller made an adjustment to selling price to accommodate problems with timing and shipping. Secondly, seller helped arrange the purchase of an additional loveseat at the price that existed when I first placed my order on December 7th (prices have increased significantly since then) and without shipping costs. And lastly, the purchase of the loveseat took only 4 days from order to arrival – much different from the Holyday fiasco.

Quality All the Way. The media could not be loaded. We purchased the Solaste couch, loveseat and two chairs after looking all over for a quality, modern and affordable outdoor conversation set. It was so easy to assemble and it is so sturdy and yet lightweight enough to move easily when needed. The structure is very sturdy and the bottom of each piece has aluminum struts that provide real structural support. The frames are precision made and fit together perfectly. The finish is beautiful and looks like it will last for many years.The cushions are cozy and the covers are zippered so they can be easily cleaned. The fabric appears strong but I would cover them when not in use. Grey was not a choice I would have made but it turns out that it is the perfect backdrop for any color accessory so I just love the color.We had a chair arm damaged in shipping, contacted the company and texted with Vivian who sent a new chair arm out to us right away, so important to buy from a company that stands behind their products.Perfect in every way!!

This is a great item.I bought this for around $1,000 when comparing similar sets at other (big box & discount) retailers, often found for twice the price. On this set: the price, the style, the comfort, the quality is all fairly decent. Be patient, the shipping can be a little weird.If this set’s features and price are in your realm, then you should definitely buy this. Is it the best outdoor set on the market? No, but at this price point, the quality is very appropriate and very sufficient.It’s lightweight metal (aluminum (probably alloy) I believe), which makes it easy to move around and should perform well resisting rust. The cushions are fairly comfortable and acceptable for style. The fabric is not waterproof, so I plan to scotchgard them and buy patio cushion bags and bring them inside when not in-use.The instructions are “ok” and not terrible. They give you some extra pieces. There is a little design/execution flaw on one of the sofas (screwing it tight would cause the sofa to bow) To help: Basically, just don’t screw the bolts all the way in until you have all the pieces and bolts at least partially in. Then go back and tighten everything.Downsides: the cushions could be a better material to resist water.the metal furniture pieces somehow attracts and hold water inside their hollow cavities (hollow metal pieces IS expected and normal). I think this may only be an issue with freezing temps after rain, which could cause a piece to bulge/bust.One of my pieces had damage, but I’ll be contacting the manufacturer for help soon.Overall, I don’t have any buyers remorse and I’m happy with the set. If I got a similar set anywhere else, it would be double the cost.Bonus: the metal won’t fall apart in the sun like wicker or rattan will.I’m looking forward to this lasting 5-10 years.

Great patio chairs for a good value. The chairs are very easy to put together and the cushions are comfortable to sit on. The color of the cushion was a little lighter than the picture but still think it looks great! I like that it is an aluminum frame and hope it will stand up to the outdoor weather conditions. Great customer service as well! Will add on to my review after using them for a few weeks.
Nice deck furniture. Really easy to assemble, very comfortable and sturdier than described. I was worried because I had some large people at my house and I’m sure the weight limit was exceeded but the chairs and loveseat held up great and show no sign of stress. Thinking I will get another set
Nice set overall. We had previously ordered a couple patio sets that were so cheaply made with missing parts and misaligned holes that I was skeptical about ordering this set, but it turned out fine. Everything went together easily and it appears to be a good quality set. It’s a nice looking set, but I wish the seats were a little deeper.
I love my patio set. I thank Solaste for my patio set. It was easy to put together, it was sturdy, it had deep seating. I chose white metal with light gray cushions; this combination will allow me to accessorize with different colors. I have not entertained others using my patio set but I will in the near future. Thank you

The cushions are thick and offer a nice amount of support, but are also comfortable for sitting for extended periods.The fit and finish of the powdered coated aluminum frame is very good and assembly was fairly easy and took maybe a couple of hours, but I wasn’t rushing to get it together.As other reviewers have mentioned, do not tighten every screw as you assemble. Leave them a little lose until you have everything assembled, then go back and tighten them down. It will save you from having to go back and loosen some parts to complete the assembly of each piece.Once complete, it looks very nice and we expect it to hold up well as the patio is enclosed and not exposed to the elements.

Excellent product. Quick delivery, very easy to assemble. The fire pit is beautiful as well. There was a little damage on the tabletop during the transportation, but the customer service was great! I recommend it!

Product is very lightweight but very sturdy. The fit and finish of the powdered coated aluminum frame is very goodCon: The only con I noticed about this product, is that during installation, coated aluminum frame is easily susceptible to scratches. Over period of time I believe it may look scratchy, but hopefully, it can be repainted over.Tips and Tricks: Do not tighten the screws as you install.
Great quality furniture for our sunroom. This is a great furniture set, as everything, nothing is cheap anymore, however for what you get, feels like good value. All the pieces came in 4 boxes in total, everything was wrapped and packaged nicely. Unlike some of the reviews I read, my set has zero scratches and no paint peeling. I would highly recommend this set. Looks great, sturdy, thick cushions, waterproof (easy to clean) and larger than expected (which is good).

Sturdy and easy to put together. Shipped insanely fast, recieved it in 2 days. Put it together by myself in like an hour and a half. Very easy.It’s sturdy, big enough and very comfortable, and we are 6 foot and it is tall enough.Dogs also approve. (Full sized boxer in chair).Definitely worth the money!
