Sturdy and Safe. We bought two of these 9 X 12 Scribbledo magnetic dry-erase whiteboards, one for each of our 3 1/2 y.o. twin grand daughters. We’ve had them for a few weeks and they are already part of the girls’ favorite and most-requested toys. The blank boards combined with free-form letters, numbers and and illustrative figures (bought separately) encourage imagination and creativity. The boards are well made with rounded corners and relatively flat, non-injurious joints for the edge and corner pieces. The backs of the boards are smooth and secure with no stray materials or sharp or unfinished edges. The light weight materials and rounded corners prevent any painful results form the inevitable drops on feet, toes and fingers. The boards are easy to clean. The combination of the dry-erase white board and magnetic feature is convenient. The smooth, flat construction allows for compact and flexible storage by stacking or standing on a shelf. The measurements are exactly as advertised, 9″ X 12″ measured from outside edge to outside edge in both length and width. The available writing surface is 8 1/4″ X 11 1/8″. the boards are just the right size for use with 1 1/2″ to 2 1/8″ letters and numbers. 2 1/4″ or larger letters/numbers would be too large to fit on the boards in sufficient numbers to spell more than 5- or 6-letter words or more than one word per line or to show math work. (See photos using 1 1/2″ to 2 1/8″ numbers) Placing the boards adjacent to each other, however, can expand either the vertical or horizontal available space if you have more than one board. The edge borders are not wide enough to interfere much with the flow of letters of numbers. This is a high-quality, very reasonably priced, durable and fit-for-intended-use product I recommend highly. It’s perfect for individual student home-schooling use and fits nicely into a student-size book bag. Two of them stacked together measure 15/16″. The only improvement I could suggest is to make the boards double-sided, primarily to avoid the back side getting damaged by water. The front writing surface is whiteboard and can be wet, or at least damp. The back surface, while sturdy, does not appear to be a material that could stand to be wet. For the cost, though, replacement in the event of a liquid accident would be relatively painless.
So Far, So Perfect is This Writing Tablet/Whiteboard. What appears to be a MORE than adequate little whiteboard will be tested in this art/homeschool/hyperactive house. When that day comes, I’ll return (a couple of months) to report. So far it looks like it is of good quality (BETTER THAN DOLLAR STORE VERSIONS—it’s heavier and has solid feel) and it has WB on both sides! Thank you! It comes with a package of magnets for the option of magnetizing for a fridge/metal home. Package and presentation is full of care. They seem to care and so do we! We’ll be back with constructive critiques when such arise. It’s worth the modest price in our opinion, subject to change. Thx!
A Breakthrough Teaching Tool. I am a Behavioral Therapist and I have to try many things to get a breakthrough with a young, non-verbal kiddo. I got this magnetic, double sided, white board to help make a connection. When it came with the blank magnets I thought of how with some cute stickers they could be the key! I Velcro’ed a dry erase pen with an eraser top to the board. I never know how a kiddo will respond, but I love this board already! It is sturdy and well made to be used again and again.

Awesome for homeschooling. This magnetic white board is great for my child’s live lessons. It doesn’t take too much of his desk space and it is conveniently seen by his teacher in his virtual classes. It is easy to clean with a plain dry paper towel and the obtain and maintain stains from any dry erase marker. It is a great size to write on as well as attach magnetic count cubes on. Yes… it is magnetic and it works.No complaints!!!
VERY nice for the price. I am working full-time from home and find myself taking many one-time notes. The paper drives me crazy so I looked into various dry erase options. I purchased some name-brand dry-erase ultra fine tip markers, this little board, and another board that has lines like a sheet of paper, which was the same size but about twice the cost of this one.The other board surface is leaving imprints from the markers and I am not pressing hard at all. This one is not doing that so I’m sure it will be my Go-To. Does it look child-like because of the primary colored border – of course it does. Do I care – no because the quality is far better than expected. It cleans completely with the eraser that I got with the markers (separately from this).I would definitely recommend this and would purchase it again if I need to.
Exactly What I Was Looking For At A Great Price. I am thrilled with this 9×12 white board. My 9 year old granddaughter is a budding artist and is always leaving me drawings on the small board that I had on my refrigerator. I decided she needed more space. This board has 2 magnets that you can place as you wish on the back of the board and then stick to your refrigerator. She can easily remove it from the magnets if she wants to draw somewhere else. The magnets will stay on the frig so she can easily put it back when she done. This is not some cheapo board. Marker colors are vivid on this board and wipe off cleanly. Encourage your artist, make learning fun or let them just use their imagination. It is also 2 sided, so you can use it for your notes and reminders. Great Value.
Love it 👍🏼. I’m 67 years old and I love doing Counter Cross Stitch so I started looking for a board he’s healthy that I could put my pattern and use my magnets to hold it up and this one works perfect 👍🏼 . And the reason this caught my eye because of the colors around the board I loved that . So this board isn’t just for little kids it also works for older people too. these are great. they wash off skin easily (2 year old colored his hand and arm)and got red marker off my cloth chair also…we bought 2 and each child loves their board. it is double sided, comes with 2 magnets (they display their art, all by themselves, on the bottom area of the refrigerator) wipes off easily with a tissue and does not leave color on the board (have only used the 4 markers that came with the board)love this product and do recommend it!
Good quality. I bought a 5 pack of boards. They all came with their own eraser. The border colors are vivid and fun. They are reversible which is great since kids don’t always want to erase their art work right away. We’ve also used one side for a list of chores and the other side is free to be drawn on. Good solid product and definitely worth the money.
Great price, good quality. This magnetic board was exactly what I was looking for. My 3 year old granddaughter is very interested in working with letters and their sounds. Quality product from a small family owned business. Perfect board for homeschool lap size and has multiple uses. We bought magnetic alphabet letters to do sight words my son spells the word with magnet letters and practices writing them underneath. The board comes with two really nice magnets if you want to hang it on a fridge which I plan to do at the cabin for summer. Great product at a reasonable price. This magnetic whiteboard is perfect in several ways. It is perfect to take with you to keep a child entertained – small enough to easily carry in a bag, sturdy, eye catching for children with its colorful frame, and has multiple uses. It’s also great because it can be used in any room in the house and light enough that children can carry it with them. I would highly recommend this product!
