Amazing Solution for Keeping Hair in Place. I absolutely hate feeling loose hair scratching up my neck or back, so I usually wear my hair up. Hairbands are great but they pull on my scalp too much cause loose ponytails make me thing it’s about to fall apart, so it has to be tight (which is also bad for your hair). Clips and pins tend to be not as secure especially when you got a lot of hair to pin. These are a perfect blend of both!!!I was able to twist my hair into a little bun and then squeeze itinto place with this clip. It’s perfectly secure after an hour at the gym, no stray or loose hairs anywhere and no pulling at my scalp either!!!Absolutely LOVE it.
A good option for less hair damage. I bought these to use in lieu of regular hair ties. I hated taking my hair out of a bun and seeing all the hair that it pulled out while it was in the bun with the tight hair tie.I used one if these to put my hair in a high ponytail and then wrapped hair around it for a high bun look & it works perfectly! It kept the hair up out of my face and it did not move at all, it stayed tight all day & I didn’t have to fix it once. I give it a 10/10! The only thing that would make it better is if they made it in natural hair colors 😁
Quick way for an up-do. Holds hair in place and off the neck. Easy and quick to use. I have now ordered 6 sets of these. I have a daughter with 6 girls and they all have long hair. When they saw the one I have in my hair, they each wanted a set for their own hair. They are really easy to use and the only issue we have had are with the girls whose hair is thick or very long. And they still may have to use a hair tie with it. But it still looks better over the tie.
Little tricky but solid. I’m sure once I use this more I won’t have the same issues, but the few I have used were pretty stiff for opening and closing and I struggled with the dexterity to both have my hair held how I wanted it and to get the nest opened enough to secure around the hair. However, once you do finagle it around your hair and close it, it is a solid and secure hold and did add height to ponytails.
Still learning how to style. I got these to try something new. I am still playing with ways to style them but so far I’ve managed a cute half up half down look. They are little fragile, they certainly have a “made in China” plastic quality to them but for the price I can’t complain. They are a fun way to experiment with your hair a bit.
A little tricky but a nice ponytail for a little while. I have to put a follow up to this review. I was starting to notice my ponytail going further & further down my head during the day. Just yesterday I had my hair in a normally placed ponytail and after 5 hours it was at the base of my head! Pretty disappointed.I was getting incredibly frustrated with this. My hair is thick and wavy and trying to pull my ponytail through was not easy. That being said, I found a way to simplify this and reduce my frustration. For me, I have to put my hair into a regular old elastic holder, pull my ponytail through this holder, slightly close and then remove my elastic band. My ponytail is full and looks beautiful. It also holds my hair in place all day.
Clever hair tool. It’s hard to find something different that also works, this does! Hairclips have stalled up hair accessories market. I have thin hair so a bun worked best but still slid a wee bit though stayed in place. It’s easy to take down and put up again to readjust. Will consider buying more colors than black.
My girls and I love them. They work wonders for us! 2 of us have curly hair and one has almost straight, finer hair. We’re all happy with the hold these have, my daughters have even tested them on the trampoline! Even jumping on the trampoline, it hardly moved in the finer hair. My basic ponytail looked wonky due to such little volume at the base with a regular hair tie, with these I can create more volume at the top so I can actually wear my hair in a high ponytail again! My other daughter has long and heavy curly hair, she is too only wear low ponytails so it didn’t hurt her head as the day went on, with these she much more comfortable and even plays volleyball in these with little slip and less pain from a heavy ponytail!Easy to use, beautiful outcomes, multiple looks, i don’t see a hair type you couldn’t use these with!I do have one immediate con.. We’ve lost 2 prongs already. We haven’t even used them for a month… Makes me wonder how long we’ll be able to use them with such outcome!
Very Stylish. I bought this to put my hair up for a funeral. My hair is too short for a ponytail, or traditional bun. This is very easy to use, and my hair stayed up all day. These are amazing! I will be getting more.
Very versatile! And neat. I have waist length hair and I’m continually looking for something to out my hair up that doesn’t pull tight like elastic hair bands. This is perfect. It holds my hair tightly, doesn’t hurt my head and really looks nice. Also love the color options.
Does not snag or pull. Makes a perfect bun without a headache. I wasn’t even looking for a ponytail holder, but I was looking at hair accessories when I saw this in my “people also bought this” feed. It is so quick and easy to use. I wear my hair up often, and I work 12-hour shifts so it is important for my hair to stay secure a long time. When I use these, I don’t have to “tighten” or adjust my ponytail or bun. It stays put all day! I love this and will be ordering more!
Love it. I really like this product I have hair that comes down to my thighs and it’s is supper thick as well with alot of waves .I have been looking for something to make me want to do my hair again cause typically it takes 1.5 hours to get dried and straight. With this product it took me 30 min all I had to use was this instead of a strainer and blow dryer that get exhausting after a while but anyways I absolutely love it it’s lightweight and works wonders with my crazy hair
Pretty but. Very pretty looking but they do not stay in place or hold my hair. I think it might be because my hair is straight and fine. No matter what style I’ve done, I have to keep squeezing the clip back together every minute or 2.
Pretty. I gave fine, thin hair so I have to use another ponytail with these to hold my hair or it will slide out.
These are GREAT. I bought these as a Christmas gift for my wife and she absolutely loves them. I thought they would snap open and shut and they don’t, it more like forcing it open and closed, but they still work exactly as expected.
Best thing invented. I am constantly amazed by this thing. First one I had, I was given for Christmas. My stepmom gave it to me and I wrote it off because she has thinner hair and I have an aggressive amount of thick hair. I get constant headaches from using hair ties, but this was the best present ever given to me! My dog unfortunately chewed up my first one, so I ended up buying a three pack. It’s so easy to open and close, it stays firm on your head without pulling your hair, doesn’t even give me a headache after a full day at work, and it doesn’t create a crease. Like how can you wish for more?! I definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed!
Was Skeptical—-Tried these—-Fabulous. These, by all means, exceeded my expectations. Mid back length hair that is fairly thick. I do not like hair hanging around my face so i pull it back in usually a small piece. I had to pull more back to fill the bigger hair clip, but if looks decent and these are so comfortable that I fell in love (sleep–no problem). I think these are great. Great for a bun and they hold in place for me. Nice product
Holds well. After seeing these on an IG influencer, I caved and made the purchase. These came as a three pack, so I gifted two and kept one. I’m considering buying again so I can have the other colors. I have long, thick hair and this holds well. Great buy!
Different type of ponytail holder. It’s a little tricky to put your hair into the expandable holder. If you have thin hair, you’ll likely have a problem. I was hoping for better results. It holds hair high on the back of your head, but needs adjustment when it slides down. If you have thick hair, you’ll likely enjoy it.
