Wish they were a bit smaller. These business card size lamination pouches work great.Among other things, I use them to laminate my family’s auto insurance and health insurance ID cards, which come on a flimsy uncoated paper stock that wears down and becomes unreadable during the course of the year.Seriously, with what we pay in health insurance premiums, they couldn’t give us better ID cards? But, I digress.My only wish is that these pouches were just a little smaller all around so the finished product was easier to fit in a standard wallet credit card slot.Instead, I have to trim off any excess border on the cards and offset them in the pouches before placing them in the laminater. Once laminated, I trim them with my paper cutter to the standard credit card size, being careful to ensure that there’s still enough of an edge around the cards so the lamination seal isn’t compromised. Then I do my best to round the sharp corners, otherwise they will catch on or poke into things and break, which would also compromise the seal over time.I haven’t found any brand that offers smaller lamination pouches, so I guess I’m stuck with this small yearly hassle for now. Definitely a first world problem, I know. But whenever a manufacturer comes up with a smaller lamination pouch, they will have my business!

Smaller than expected. This was smaller than the last batch I ordered. I blame me for not paying that close attention…that said, they do cover great for business cards, we printed off “business card sized labels” to have them laminated, this works great. The sizing difference from the last batch issue: these are a cleaner size and I wish the prior batch was this size as well, I don’t have to cut the edges off anymore. I’ll buy these again.
Works good. They work very well, just make sure you heat and run the closed end of the sheet through your machine first. Then flip card over and run card through your laminater that was the opening side second. Thus both sides are put through heating and each end is also sealed. Lay on flat surface to cool 😎This machine works great!!!!!

Kindergarten-proof. These 5 mm thick laminating pouches are kindergarten-proof and worth the expense! For years, I used the free laminating service offered by our PTA, but got fed up at how the kids managed to peel the laminate off their name tags, lunch cards and password cards, so I finally invested in my own laminator and pouches. What a difference! I used to have to run various sets of password cards, lunch cards and name tags each school year, but it’s January and they are still on their original set (knock on wood).

These pouches work well for nice lD cards. They DO. No dislike, have not used them myself for some time but when I did I did a lot of them! Ease of use matters.Try them out if you can and see how nice they are.
