Restocking fee. The phone battery wouldn’t hold a charge. I’m am very upset that when I return the phone I had to pay for shipping back to the company and to top it off I was charged a restocking fee of $127.87. I shouldn’t have to pay a fee especially when the phone wasn’t operating right. I’m so disappointed

Green lines. I purchased this device in July of 2023. We are now in September 2024 and the phone screen has gotten green lines running from top to bottom vertically on the screen. I did some research and it seem heat or trauma can cause this issue. The line appeared a short while after updating the phone. Phone technicians are charging $200 to replace the screen. This is just upsetting. Overall the phone is pretty good but having this type of issue just a little over a year of having the device is very disappointing. The image uploaded is from last week. There are more lines now.
