  1. The best overall 5G Galaxy phone. I’m not sure why people are complaining about texting, fingerprint reader with a thick screen protector, or carrier incompatibility issues. I popped in my T-Mobile SIM Card and everything worked instantly. No issues with texting. If you’ve applied a thick tempered glass screen protector, just hit the touch screen sensitivity increase switch in the settings and then set your fingerprint and it works perfectly. This phone is great, and I’m not sure why anyone would pay $150 bucks more to get it from the other seller as this one works in the U.S. This seller shipped it out to me fast and I verified that it was brand new in the box. I upgraded from my Galaxy S7 edge, and everything just works faster and smoother, the camera takes excellent pics and video in daylight and low light conditions. It works just like my edge so everything is very familiar which is what I wanted – nothing revolutionary but reliable and comfortable. No glitches or hiccups when using any app. Battery life is about the same as my edge, which means it lasts at least two days with normal use. I compared this against the S22 line, but with the things I read about the non-ultra versions skimping on features and having worse specs and dismal battery life, it wasn’t worth the extra $700 bucks. The only thing I really don’t like is that Samsung has eliminated the removal micro SD card slot, so managing storage on the cloud is a hassle. I used to love swapping out 256GB cards. I use this a lot to document all my family vacations, and I would hate to run out of battery while out on a long day tour. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up if you’re looking for a solid, non-gimmicky Galaxy phone that just works and doesn’t feel outdated compared to the new fancy lineup of smartphones coming out on the market (like the Fold 4).

Not factory unlocked. The phone I received was unlocked but not “factory unlocked”. It is a T-Mobile version of the phone that is “carrier unlocked”. The T-Mobile splash screen comes up on boot-up, meaning it has the T-Mobile version of the Android firmware. However, it does work with my cell phone service provider (AT&T, GSM) so not a deal breaker but it is annoying. The fingerprint reader in the front screen is pretty bad. It won’t let you scan your thumb diagonally positioned on the screen like when you hold the phone and place your thumb over the reader. It has to be perfectly vertical. That makes no sense. So to unlock I have to use two hand to position my thumb and hold the phone then move the phone back to one hand. Very odd.I used the iPhone 12 mini for several months and it has has pretty bad battery life compared to many smartphones (due to smaller battery size). This phone is horrible on battery life. If used during the day, it will not last until the end of the day. I must have a charger around. I have all apps optimized, screen set to 60Hz (not the high end 120Hz) and enabled all the other tips found on Youtube. Still barely lasts all day. And it has a 4000mAh battery! This should be an embarrassment for Samsung. My last Samsung Galaxy S8 was AWESOME but alas all the carriers went to Voice over LTG (VoLTE) and that phone did not support it (planned obsolescence in action). Now I have a phone that has worse battery life, worse fingerprint reader and just a marginally better camera. I’m not sure if that is progress.

  4. Worked for 7 months then cell service died. I was using this phone of xfinity network. It worked great for 7 months and then it ceased to be able to receive service on xfinity network. Might be a carrier issue. Was a pretty decent phone though. 5 stars if the cell service didn’t die.

  5. Good for a small phone. This phone is a good Samsung galaxy phone. Not as big as the S21 FE which I like better. Get the one with 256 meg memory because it comes with more system memory (8 vs 6 meg).

good deal. need a back-up phone fast.

  8. Phone is in good condition but. When I received the phone, everything looked great. There was minor scratches on the screen and one medium sized scratch on the back. Here’s the problem, the mic is busted on this thing. When you call people all they hear is static. Such a shame because it’s only one problem but this defeats the whole purpose of the phone (how am I going to talk to people with a busted up mic????). My guessing is someone stuck a sim tool into the wrong hole and destroyed the mic. Now I have to get it fixed because I have already went through with moving everything over and do not wish to go through that again. Save yourself a headache and just go with the new one.

  9. Battery Isn’t Up to the Task. Mine was advertised as a brand new phone (packaging, etc.) and came with a brand new price, but there was no stand included with the magnetic charger, even though the micropamphlet that came with it said there’s supposed to be.Even after setting it all up with apps, configuring it, etc., I noticed the battery was running down awfully fast. I even fully recharged it once it was all set up and conducted a timed experiment where I wrote the remaining charge down every hour or two.Based on that, I had to make some adjustments to get it to hold a charge with a regular day’s use:1. Turned off 5G and switched to 3G (4G isn’t shown as an option).2. Reduced illumination on the display to near its lowest setting.3. Turned off location services. With those three things adjusted, the bettery holds a charge well. However, I did notice that when I drive with it, the battery drains faster again, possibly due to having to re-triangulate its current position on the move.Basically, the phone doesn’t seem to play well with 5G, which for a phone, a supposed communication tool and one I paid a 5G price for, is not good.

  10. Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Unlocked. Good price, arrived timely. First time I bought a phone an unlocked phone and one online, was worried sight unseen but like that it is lighter and thinner than my prior Samsung. One warning if you are on AT&T that an esim is not available, have to use physical sim card.

Samsung galaxy S21 phone. I love my new Samsung galaxy S21 cell phone. I’ve only had it for two days, but so far I think I will be enjoying it. I upgraded from a Galaxy 9.

  12. The cell is not unlocked as described, the sim card option doesn’t turns on. Battery life is poor. Sad part, I bought for my son and can’t be used. It doesn’t read the sim card. It was sold as unlocked but NO. Not as described, disappointing as I have bought many cells unlocked before.

  13. Great Phone. I need to replace two phones because they were out of date and would not update any more. The Samsung Galaxy S21 works great. The phones are unlocked, so if I need to change carriers in the future, I should not have any problems. They work very good on the Verizon 5G.

  14. Very nice phone. Really enjoying this phone…my 1st Samsung. Perfect size , lightweight. I dislike large phones. Pretty easy to setup and transfer everything from my previous android. A bit of confusion/competition between some Samsung apps (Bixby) /google apps regardless of what I choose for defaults (my only complaint! )Overall a great phone !

Good and fast. Good phone for the money and fast. Only thing I don’t like is no micro SD slot. It does have some kind of digital sim card capability which is cool but i use a physical sim. Good audio quality too

  17. Samsung Galaxy S21 5G (128GB, 8GB)…. a great gift for my husband. Nice phone….. exactly what I expected. It has all the features, etc. that my husband needs.

Fire Hazard. I purchased a brand new phone, the phone is defective and the back was opened exposing all the wires, before I realized the phone was defective it kept cycling updates and getting extremely hot which is a fire hazard. Once I realized the back was exposed I turned off the device. I don’t understand if this is Brand new why the back is opened and exposed

Worth the money. I love my phone. Scratch resistance. Arrived in good condition.

Great phone. Great older phone, saved a few hundred bucks from buying the new Galaxy. Could easily activate at Metro PCS. Came with charger cord but no plug to go into the wall, which I hate.
