Software Updating. Software won’t update past what it came with due to the fact that it’s an international phone. My US Version (4G) of this phone updates regularly. Don’t know why the 5G version can’t get the updates from the US servers, but this is an issue that Amazon should be including when selling international phones.

Still a great phone. Although it is unlocked it has Verizon bloatware on it and effects messaging and voice-mail. It came with some decent non-Samsung type c wired ear buds, charger, c to c cord, and a tool to open the port in the original packaging. No pen tips included. New with factory shipping screen protector. Perfect condition.

S pen. I have tried to connect the s pen to the phone but it is been disconnected. I believe the pen was already broken when it came to me. After transferring all the data from the old phone to the new phone I don’t have much energy to return the phone and redo it again. Bummer!!!
