Don’t waste your money. Phone doesn’t work properly. You try to send a note and your message disappears and you return it and they make you wait 30 days, not 7 days like they tell you. Battery life is short. If you enjoy gaming buy another phone. You have to play with phone plugged in

I bought this phone, four months later, it’s toast.It wasn’t dropped, and it never got wet. It just won’t work.And silly me, I didn’t get the warranty.Do NOT buy from these people.
Great Overall Smartphone. I’ve been using my A71 5G phone for greater than 3 years and it’s never let me down. I switched from the iPhone just to take an Android phone for a test drive and my new iPhone is still in the box. I use it to communicate and honestly don’t know it’s full potential. Overall it’s a 5 star phone for me
Not charging out of the box. Tried different charger it charged to 50% only then dropped to 20%
Sold me a defective phone. I’m not sure how I got a used phone because I purchased the same phone one i had just purchased for my husband and it was marked as new. When I started having problems with it I reached out to the seller that is when he told me it was used When I told him I was having issues with it and I wanted to know what was the reason the other person had returned it he ghosted me. Real nice!

Poor service. Phone is defective, it’s not turning on or being able to charge. Customer reps are very rude and unhelpful
Samsung does not stand behind their products. I bought this phone 3 months ago and I am having issue with it this phone supposes be a new phone, new Eletronic device come with a 12-month guaranty from the manufacturing. I am having problems with this garbage of a phone. I contact Samsung, at first, they said a had 12 months of guaranty and then when received the phone the tell me the guaranty was expired and they want it &247.89 to fix it. I will never buy any produce from Samsung again

Great phone. My dad got me this and I really like the quality. Androids always have great resistance against falls and scratches so I didn’t expect anything less. The phone would glitch out sometimes but its nothing I couldn’t deal with. Overall I’m really in love with this phone and it is way better than my other one.

Bad touch screen. Touch screen was not sensitive enough and required multiple touches to perform the operation desired.
