    Very helpful info. I was so excited to read this book! I am a beginning runner and thanks to Jeff Galoway and his run/walk method have fallen in love with running. I had no clue about nutrition though so this book was extremely helpful! I appreciate both Carissa and Jeff’s recommendations for pre run fuel. I found this book to be very helpful and I’m so happy I have it as a resource

  3. Excellent Source of Nutrition Information for runners 🏃‍♀️ and walkers. I have read numerous books 📚 on nutrition and this book’s simplicity is key. It is a perfect length with recipes at the end so that the reader has what is needed to recreate nutritious recipes for themselves and their own family. Read this book!

    Beginner runners and seasoned runners should read this. I’m really happy with the purchase! I’ve been running for about a year and was ready to step up my game. I really love the run walk method and adding in the nutrition part has been key for me. The info in this book has been really helpful and I’ve even started to lose some weight while gaining muscle!
