It works well for me. I severely fractured my ankle which required 2 major surgeries and 3 months of rehab. Since I am 70 years old and have diabetes, dressing my wounds correctly is very important, and I received explicit instructions and many demonstrations before I was released. The first step is to clean my surgical wounds gently with sterile saline, so I purchased this product. It does a good job, and I’m very satisfied with it and the price, but I have one warning. With the bottle I received, the saline sprays out very quickly in a stream, so be prepared. I thought it would be a fine mist I could spray directly on my wounds but not so with my bottle. I made adjustments by spraying it directly on the sterile gauze I use for cleaning the wounds.
$2 savings. Very pleased with the product. I have been buying CVS Sterile Saline Wound Wash and thought I’d try this as it cost $2 less than what I’ve been paying. (Note: I noticed this price has gone up a bit since I purchased so savings now little less).The spray handle on top was slightly different from what I was accustomed to and found it a tad harder to press down and get a gentle stream. Other than that I’m glad I purchased it for my wound care needs.
Great for kids. Flush out dirt from scrapes & abrasions. Kids don’t complain when you clean it with sterile “ocean water.” That’s what we tell the kids it is. No fear of it & safe!
Works just as you need it. It worked well for what I needed. I like the spray option. You use just us much as you want.
Wasteful. There is just way too much pressure on the spray. You can shoot it across a room!

Okay product. I purchased for wound cleaning. I purchased multiples of this. Sometimes, when I depressed the button, nothing came out. The bottle was full but something must have happened in transit where the pressure escaped the bottle, making it useless. I reordered and the next one was fine. You may not return this item once you purchase it, even it has not been used. I now keep it in the car for emergency purposes.
