Great So Far. I used these at least 3 – 4 times a week as part of my leg workouts at home especially putting extra time in strengthening my hips after surgeries on both of them as well building range and strength in my knees from carrying the load for so many years with bad hips.Love them and they do not slide and are very comfortable.
Sturdy, good value. I have very big thighs and calves, so I was happy that these don’t roll when I use them on my upper thighs, and the velcro closures make it easy to adjust the fit. Overall, I’m very pleased with these.

I am still sore after using the “heavy” one a few days ago, I should have started with one that had less resistance. I will go down on resistance and work up towards the highest resistance. The material seems to be pretty strong. The width of the band is perfect for me, it stayed right where I put it on my legs without moving or rolling, it maintained the width the whole time.

Stays in place. I got these to wear while I play/workout dancing to a rhythm game (Similar to dance dance revolution). I play on hard/heavy mode. These stay in place for all of it and add a TON more of workout to the game without having to increase play level to the point of injury, which is nice. Taking them off I can play harder games as well now.My only concern would be durability, Worried the resistance will break down over multiple uses. But still, worth it short of buying speed bands.
Comfortable. Hopefully their strength will last. So far so good they came on time.they are far superior to other bands I have used.Let’s hope they do not lose their strength because if they do not I am very happy check back I will let you know.
Don’t roll while using. These cloth bands don’t roll off or up and down while working out. The different tension sizes are great for a light workout up to a more difficult workout. I highly recommend these.

Tripple sewn so no tearing like the cheap rubber ones! Def worth the extra $10! Allows for easy moving without slipping or rolling up or down. No blood clots in legs from the pressure like the rubber ones! Stays on. No slipping. Very comfortable and well made!

great set. I got these to replace some cheap ones I got long ago. These are so much better! I like that there are 5 to choose from too! The black one definitely makes it hard for your legs to move apart.
Great resistance bands. Like the fabric. The strengths of the bands are much better than others I have had. Better range of resistance for training.

Great quality. I’ve been using these bands for awhile now and they are still good. Still looks new and stretch pretty good. They have grip to prevent sliding while using them. I like these better that the regular rubber resistance bands I got before.
