Good for high ROM and band adjustability. ROM:I got the lowest weight range and its Overall a decent starter kit for home training and gets the job done for high ROM(range of motion) training. I was able to pull the highest weight 50lb band to about 3 times it’s normal length without feeling the handle ancor shift. When pulling one handle when looped through the door ancor, the tension on the other of the band did not change, making it good for alternating sets.Durability:I have had mine for a few months now and nothing has been damaged at all. The bands maintained durability regardless of tension angle or tie length.Design: design is reasonably user accessible and adjustable, and durable, though I’m not sure if the adjustability was intentional or not. As you can see in the first 2 pictures i was able to remove the handle rings from the bulge ancor in the 3rd pic and adjust the bands to any length. My critiques are that the metal clips and fabrics that connect the handle and band aren’t the optimal shape/length to keep the tension steady and constant Through the entire ROM which can be annoying during certain exercises. The metal clips that you can see in the last pic are a completely rounded shape, which makes the fabric scrunch awkwardly on it and sometimes the clip will rotate to the other end from constant movement. I believe a better shape would be this: __ / instead of this: ( ) U UMy issue with the fabrc on both ends it that the connectors ar simply to long as well as the loop on the handle and it just impares potential tention and coumpounded weight.Perceived rate of exertion and tension consistency:I found that the full tension of each band was noticable at about 2 to 3 times it’s original length, without a tie in int or anything like that. Using multiple bands on the same ancor doesn’t seem to increase the actual resistance experience, but realy just alters the required tension angle for maximum compound weight. So basically when using only one or to bands on the same set of handle the tension angle is usually completely linear while using more than that requires them to be stretched around and additional ancor point such as a wall, fabric loop, knee, feet, etc to get the best contraction and exertion in the entire ROM. Using 2 different sets of bands in each hand is overall the better option. As far as the resistance ratio ÷ compound weight, it seems that for each band the perceived resistance and exertion starts at about 3 inch stretch, then stays constant up until 2x length, then quiklyramps up to hypertrophy inducing exertion from 2x to 3x+ length. So to translate the gymbro speak into english that means in order to perform any significant strength training you will have to have enough room in your space to either pull the bands up to 2x – 3x+ times the normal length or angle the weights around a pulley or wall, when using one set of bands. It also means that whil hypertrophic muscle building exertion for dumbells is about 5 to 15 maximum reps (for full ROM exercises) for these bands it is about 10 – 25 reps, while also alternating tension angles and lengths. So that’s my full semi professional analysis. I’m going to buy another set soon and get the highest weight and i will be using these to teain my little brother when he comes thru this summer. Hopefully this helps and you can utilize the tips to maximize gains. Happy lifting.

Good, but weight ratings are not accurate. The 50 pound band might be 10 at the most while doing a standing bicep curl for instance. If I could I would go back and get the higher rated band set because stacking all 5 bands on the handles isn’t comfortable. Also the clips to get them on and off are very sharp.
Bands are fine.. but. I like to latch them to my pins in my rack and the anchors that came with these arent big enough to do that like my other set (diff brand). But as already noted, bands are as good as bands go.
Love the bands, but anchor needs improvement. I love the bands. Super useful, the portability is fantastic for working out when traveling. My issue is with the anchor. It consists of a plastic cylinder about an inch in diameter, wrapped in foam rubber for protection of door/wall surfaces. 1″ is just not wide enough, as many doors have near that gap on top or bottom. Using more than 120lbs caused the anchor rubber to tear allowing the band to whip me across my back which was very painful and left a vicious welt.
Stretchy strength 💪. I purchased these to use on off days for basic stretching and strengthening exercises, in particular for shoulders, legs, assisted abs. These are well made and for around the $22 that i paid, a great deal imho.
Work well but you need plenty of room. I have rotator cuff injuries and the doc said get something like these for particular exercises. These work well except that you need a minimum of about 6′-7′ from where you attach them to stretching enough to use the resistance. Other than that, I’d say these are pretty good. I like that they come with the handles and the carabiners on each end to either attach a handle or clip them around a poll or whatever.with my injuries, I’ve only used the first 2 resistance levels but expect the rest will work as well.
Gym in a bag. I have been using resistance bands for about six years now; the old set wore out (not this brand)…so I had to look for a new set of resistance bands. After a bunch of research, I chose this brand and have been extremely happy with the product! I can get in my workout (mixed dumbells and these resistance bands) and still have A LOT of resistance to add to the bands if I need more weight.Currently using 3 bands to do biceps, triceps, chest, legs…and if I need to add more resistance (I don’t currently), it is an easy job.
Wow!!! Best workout for back, shoulders and triceps in a long time. Just finished my first work out with these bands and all I can say is WOW!!Right now my shoulders, traps, lats, and triceps are throbbing like never before. I was able to do upright rows, sitting rows, black poles, tricep extensions, shoulder raises, and more.Previously I was looking at buying a lat pull machine that would’ve taken up a lot of space but honestly this workout is even better. I especially appreciate that I don’t have to deal with heavy barbells which put my lower back discs at risk. With these bands I can really isolate the muscles without any risk to my spine.Overall this is one of the best pieces of exercise equipment I ever purchased. The quality is also really good and the style is nice fit with the rest of my gym. Just do yourself a favor and make sure to attach them to something solid so they don’t snap back in your face. I am using a pull up bar bolted to my wall to anchor the bands which works really well.
Highly recommend. I don’t know how anybody could complain about these bands for the price . I would expect to pay this price for one band at a local shopping center. I don’t know how long they will last but if they last 6 months it’ll be more than my money’s worth. Highly recommend
Impressive. Just arrived today and they are far superior to other bands I’ve bought. Did my first workout with them and I definitely feel it. Love the poster with exercises.
Good deal. I was using the rubber bands I got from the therapist when they broke and I found these. They are great and will last a long time for sure. And the price was great. I will definitely buy another set as a gift.
Product looks as advertised. I can’t find anything wrong with these exercise bands/tubes. They are tubes but the site calls them bands so not really sure what to call them. It’s like surgical tubing that we used to make wrist rockets with. I like the variety of strengths. I give a 4 for durability due to the size of the little carabiners that connect the tubes to the handles. Those are light to medium weight and I will be surprised if they do not fail. I have used similar carabiners in other applications and the gate springs fail eventually. I will probably go to Home Depot and get some stainless steel ones that I know will hold up. Also, because they are so small, when you clip the handle D-ring into the tiny carabiner, you have to then rotate the carabiner around so the webbing at the tube end will fit inside of the biner and not open the gate. Anyway, it’s not a big deal but it would have been nice to have a nicer clasping system. I have some other tubes that have nice stainless clasps that are shaped more like a sailboat swivel snap shackle and they are very robust. The stitching is good but the webbing is not as strong as the older ones I have. Again, I doubt this will create an issue down the road but it just gives the equipment a cheaper feel. I’m sure it will hold up alright though. The tubes I am replacing just are getting older and one day when I was doing curls, I might have needed to add another tube or maybe I should not have stretched it out so far but the tip broke off and the tube went flying. These newer tubes have the weight resistance stitched onto one end so that’s handy to be able to pick up the tube and see what the resistance is since they are all colored similarly (gray and black shades). I have not used them in a real workout yet since they just arrived yesterday and I only opened them today. I got them to be able to work out when I travel. Using tables and chairs in hotel rooms leaves a little to be desired. I would recommend these to anyone but if I were to buy again I would look for some with stronger looking clips on the ends of the tubes. Just my opinion.Lastly, I was going to get the bar they advertise with these but decided instead to pick up a one inch diameter wood dowel from Home Depot alone with some stainless carabiners and some 1/4″ hemp cord. I wrapped the handle in the cordage and attached the carabiners to the end with small U-bolts and it works really good. I could have spent $29 or whatever for the fancy bar but I like this wood one and it reminds me of something Rocky would have used to train. lol

Good to start with. These are very good to start with and provide a good number of exercises you can do. So if you are looking for a cost effective way to exercise in your home and tone up then this is a good choice. The quality is good but the clips have me a little worried, by looking at them they seem a little too flimsy, with that said I should also mention that I have been using them for 3 weeks now and did not have an issue. The exercise chart that is included is very lacking in detail and clarity for someone that is a beginner. If you have worked out at a gym and have used cables a lot you will see that there are more exercises you can do with this setup than what’s included in the chart provided. One last thing to mention for anyone that it’s not obvious to is that you will never look like the person in the picture by using just this product.
Strong sturdy. I went right for the 50 lb resistance and I am pleasantly surprised. Very well manufactured and have a quality feel with the lbs of each band for easy identifying the band.
Works great. They work great, they are the best for working out at home and it comes with a bag to keep them all in one place.Only thing was that the smell was too much when you open them the first time, it takes a couple of weeks for the smell to go away.
Quality. I have broken a lot of bands, and wasted a lot of money. These bands are outstanding quality and the handles are top notch. I highly recommend this set to anyone looking for incredible bands at an amazing price.
Gets the job done. My wife had back surgery recently and I am the one taking care of her. I stocked up on food and other supplies beforehand and stayed here caring for her. For the first 2 weeks I didn’t really leave the house. Which means I couldn’t go to the gym. I worked out with these bands every other day. They give an awesome workout! I was finally able to hit the gym twice this week. I felt strong. No loss of muscle mass. When I hit the free weights I was able to do the same weights as the last time I was there. As she progresses I’ll be spending time taking her to PT and doc appointments and will continue using the bands at home when I need to. Do they replace free weights? Not for me but I can see someone being able to do a complete workout routine using these bands. Even cardio if you do the right exercises. There are plenty of videos online giving free workout instructions!
Good for the price, but beware the extremely small clips. These are a great deal, with the obvious limitations of exercise bands in mind (inconsistent tension at different ranges of motion being the main one). But if you’re on the go and just want something to toss into your luggage, or just want some exercise variation beyond what dumbbells or other weights will give you, these are find for those situations. It comes with all the accessories you’d want these kinds of things to come with, such as ankle straps and an under-door harness thing. That latter accessory is useful if you want to get into a position that creates more tension from the bands than what you would get if you just kept them down with a foot or two stepping on them. The one downside to *these* bands in particular is how small and sharp-cut the clips are. I actually smoothed them out a bit by grinding them against concrete, so I guess I don’t have to worry about cutting my fingers on them if handling them too quickly between sets. But they’re still a little harder to work with compared to similar products. One upside to these that I haven’t seen with other bands are the fact that each one is labeled by weight tension, and not just color-coded. Not sure how accurate the weight amounts are on the bands, especially since things vary by how much you stretch them. But it was a useful feature to help tell one from the other without having to associate a color on the rainbow with a rough weight estimate.
Great product. Amazon suggested this set one afternoon when it went on sale. I figured, why not. I’ve been using the bands everyday for over a week and have no regrets. It’s an easy system for strength-building that even a beginner like me can get on board with.
As advertised. Made well, have used for months. Good product.
An Easy Way to Work Out and Stretch. The Resistance Bands I purchased provided a wide range of band tensions, with convenient attachable handles. The bands are just the right length and provide for a great work out and stretching of muscles and joints. There is also a door anchor included, which comes in very handy for some exercises. This set is a great value for the price.

Durable and worth the money. Was looking for a cheap and easy workout solution for my upper body to add to my conditioning regiment (514lbs at heaviest now 285). These bands were perfect. The grips are comfy, they’re durable- so far they’ve held up to my use without any signs of distress. Would reccomend!
Bands can do the job I am looking for and the price is right. Everything is useful and the instruction chart is soooo helpful!
Excellent equipment. I am very pleased with the product. It seems durable and it is challenging. No complaints. The ‘instructions’ that came with it were a bit sparse and seemed to assume that one was familiar with resistance band equipment, how to set it up, and use it effectively. There were no words: only pictograms. I tried the website for the company and found no joy there either. I finally had to resort to YouTube to figure it out.Great equipment, though…
Very stretchy. These bands are stretchy. Similar to products made of elastic or rubber. If you hook too many together, they’re hard to pull; like giving resistance to my efforts. Prolonged use of these has proven to fatigue my muscles and make the veins in my forearms bulge. While I’m not a fan of the muscle growth I’ve had using these odd rubber tubes, old women can’t seem to keep their hands off of me; calling me a “big, strong boy”.10/10
