Quality and function seem great. I am using these bands to exercise at home for physical therapy as I recover from a broken arm. They seem sturdy and functional. I have only been using them for a few days, but I am optimistic they should last well. The price seems very good for the apparent quality of the product.My only minor disappointment (really minor) is the “same” bands from this company of different colors is pricier, but I’m sure this must be a reason.
Love Them!!! Helped Immensely With Self-Therapy for Ankle-Foot Mobility Post Surgery. Post Arthroscopic Ankle and Foot Surgery, I am ready to step up to weight bearing mode little by little so I will need to learn to walk again with two-feet instead of one-foot, Praise The Lord, Jesus. Amen. Therefore, pain is very much there but mobility is not so to keep unfamiliar physical therapists inflicting their pain on my major painful spots and joints for mobility, I chose to do the therapy myself until I heal fully; by the way, My charismatic and skillful surgeon, Dr. Robert Moore, III in Spring, TX suggested that I could do my own therapy. I took his advice and ordered these about two-weeks ago and I am so glad that I did. I saved myself some out of pocket expenses of time and driving back and forth to therapy in traffic and a lot of unnecessary co-pays to do from the anytime convenience of my home. Yes!!! These bands really work me out from my ankle to my upper arms!!! Love the exercise time with these resistance bands for such a small cost with a big healthy benefit to my ankle and foot mobility.Blessings to all,Doc T

Bands. Love these bands for leg/hip and abdominal workout. I can’t do floor exercise, due to bad knees, however, I have found that I can do the same workout lying on the bed. Since I don’t have the pain from getting up off the floor, I have been motivated to increase the duration and reps, which has made weight loss easier and my strength has greatly improved! The bands are holding up superbly and I pull them tight and usually for hundreds of reps twice a day. My mom was so impressed with my results that I bought some for her! Highly recommend!
. I bought these for my nephew after he had his knee surgery and his PT said he should get some. He started using them and the PT said that he had improved and the bands were helping as he was using them! I would totally recommend them for knee surgery or even to just exercise on the regular.
The bands curl a bit. The bands work quite well. I appreciate the three different strengths that came together. They do tend to curl up lengthwise when using them. I just started so it’s probably the way I’m holding the band.
Would buy again. So far so good. Great quality and carrying case. Like that all three are included. Cannot speak on longevity at this time but I haven’t had any complaints thus far with weekly use of the strongest two bands
Love them for travel. I am doing a workout challenge and needed something to take while traveling. After a lot of research, I purchased these bands. They work well, very resistant and durable. The fold super small to fit in a small bag. Great for travel!I use them for upper and lower body workouts. They are easy to use and thickness is a little more as you go up in weight. The bands are soft for hands and comfortable to use.
Worked as expected. I just needed something to help with basic stretching after surgery. These worked as expected, and did the trick.
Nice bands but. Most videos have orange is the most pliable but my pur chased colors do not contain orange. No indication on either band for light, medium or hard. Would be nice. I “think” yellow is the light.
