Worth the money if you don’t have a cable machine. If you live in an apartment or small home and don’t have access to a cable machine I would recommend any bands to get a pulling resistance. The pulling weight doesn’t match their ratings until they’re about maxed out on stretching. The 50lbs is only 20 until you’re really out. They won’t be constant weight tension but it is way better then nothing. Would recommend so you have something to pull weight with. Sets up easy in any door
No gym needed. No gym? No problem. These bands gave me the workout of a gym but the convenience of being able to hit those target areas at home.

Pretty decent bands. I like these a lot. Unfortunately, some exercises require different types of bands (fully circled), but these are very good too. I attached one to a door that I don’t use often and now I can start working out in seconds just walking by. I took them outside and used a kids’ playground to do some training while the children were playing. Very convenient, and lightweight.P.S. The muscular man from the picture was not included in the package, sigh… Now, I have to become one on my own.
Serves its purpose. Bought these on the recommendation of my physical therapist to help with rehabbing an injured shoulder. Allows me to do some the same exercises at I do at the PT’s office
Best Starter Workout. I’m just starting to workout again and these have been an amazing way to start for me! I can’t quite afford to buy dumbbells yet, but these resistance bands have been great to me these past 3 months. I’m more toned and still going strong with them! 💪🏾 Definitely recommend 🤙🏾

I purchased these and found them to be very different in resistance (lower) to the others which were much more sturdy and better made. These are fine, adequate, but not as good as I’d have liked. The door stopper feels cheap and the carabiners are too small for the nylon attachments. Not the best, but I’m sure not the worst out there.

I recently purchased these Resistance Bands and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The set comes with color coded five bands of increasing resistance, which can be used in combination to provide higher weight. The lowest weight is 10lbs. and the highest is 50lbs. The kit also includes a door anchor for creating points at various heights to pull or press against, two grippy handles, and two padded ankle straps. Overall, I would highly recommend this set to anyone looking for a versatile and high-quality resistance band set to add to your workout. Nice, simple, flexible and quality system. I’ve been thinking about buying something to do a little strength training and these came along to fit the bill. I have been stagnant for a long time and concerned about overdoing it after having had double shoulder surgeries some time back. I’m not looking to bulk up, rather just want to do a little conditioning as I’ve found myself weaker over the years. I have had resistance bands before but they were nothing more than large rubber bands with no handles or structure.This package is well thought out and appears to be high quality. It comes with (5) different thicknesses of bands which can be combined to create different amounts of resistance. If the resistance is correct based on their labeling, there would be up to 150 pounds of combined resistance which even if it isn’t, there is certainly a lot better versatility over the traditional bands of the past.This is well thought out and packaged. It starts with a nice, drawstring canvas bag that everything fits into easily. It keeps everything in one spot for easy storage and doesn’t have to be a messy wad of rubber bands on the living room floor. It comes with a nice tether point that can be closed into a door so as to give you a secure anchor to pull against. No more trying to find a way to hold the other end on a piece of furniture that is going to move and do don’t have to depend on holding the ends with your own feet. There are thick, padded handles made pf a quality canvas webbing with good rings to attach the bands to. There are also Velcro (Hook & Loop) closer straps to wrap around your ankles for leg workouts. These also have a good anchor ring that you can attach any combination of 1-5 bands to… oh, the bands… nicely labeled with resistance (10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 pound) bands.The system comes with nice instructions with some illustrations of different exercises. I’m not sure I need those but it’s nice that they are provided with the package. I look forward to using these to regain some of my strength that has been lost over the years due to hesitation to return to a gym. Thanks!
Versatile set of resistance bands. I got these bands on recommendation from my physio therapist as I was suffering from back and shoulder pains. They are of good quality and feel very sturdy and durable. Set is also versatile and can be used in multiple ways (my physio helped me learn different exercises with it) and have different weight options. Grip is quite comfortable and you can do exercises for different body parts with it. My wife is also using them a lot as part of her daily workout and recommends them.

Work pretty well. great for anyone who is too anxious to go to the gym. I just think the ankle equipemtn is hard to set up

Toss up between four star and five star. The bands themselves are excellent and the package is worth getting for those alone. The rest of the package contains adequate and not outstanding equipment, but the bands carry the day.
