Quality and Versatility. I gave this item four stars for the following reasons:1) The seller stands behind their product. I had a problem with a few of the bands where the black nylon piece that attaches with grommets frayed and broke. I contacted the seller via the email that is included on a slip of paper with the order. They apologized for the fraying. They said it was due to an increase of orders due to Covid, and a shortage of workers. They said they had since corrected the problem. They also refunded my money at my request, and sent me a brand new set of bands.2) The versatility of the bands is great. There are many exercises I did with the pulley machine at the gym, that I am able to mimic with these bands.However, I didn’t give these bands five stars, because I still feel with the new set that the nylon attached to the band with grommets, should be thicker or be made of latex. The actual band itself seems very strong and durable. The nylon piece still seems questionable to me. I have not yet used the new set, but worry that although the seller said they remedied the issue, that from use it will once again do the same thing.I should also mention that I know how to properly use the bands and did not over stretch or abuse them in any way. Thus, the fraying from a normal amount of use is something that might happen to anyone who uses them. Would I recommend them? Yes and no. I like the variety, and how it is all contained with anchor, handles, and leg pieces. But if these new ones fray again after only a couple months of use, I probably would instead purchase the full loop bands made of 100% latex that can still be used a variety of ways. You would just have to purchase an anchor.

Love these. These bands are great especially for the price. Comes with 5 bands and a massage ball. Since I NEVER worked out a day in my life…the booklet with the different exercises was helpful!

As good as what I had to use in PT. I really liked all the features of this set. I have shoulder and knee issues that will require months to heal. Had to go to an orthopedic doctor this week about my knee and am looking at a revision to my left knee replacement. Then, comes a visit about my shoulder. At 78 my mobility isn’t good. These are helping me regain use of the joints. Great quality, kit for home PT with many options and features at a low price! Add the Amazon fast deliver and it’s a win-win!
I love this product. This product was better than I expected. Having the door accessory that came with it is a game changer. Most products do not. Now my exercise routine is better than ever. Definitely the best product I have purchased.
Overall great but. I took a star off because my order was missing the door anchor which is a real bummer and the only way to get one is by returning the entire item which isn’t feasible. Overall they look great and worked well for my first use. I guess only time will tell how well they hold up! I do wish replacing the missing item was a bit easier though!
Great. These bands are a well thought out set. The straps are sturdy and the exercise sheet is clear. I started out with the least resistance, 10 reps 3 times, worked through the chart and was sore the next day.

Resistance bands. I’ve been using these bands for about a mth now and these bands are great!! Changing out the bands is a breeze, even came with a work out guide ( I haven’t used it ONLY bc I watch youtube videos lol) and a bag to store everything. Would recommend 👌

After a few months one of the bands broke, I tied it and figured it was just a bad band, then 2 more broke and now time has passed where I cannot return and no way to contact seller, no phone, email nothing of their selling site.
