Great for crossfit and high intensity workouts. This brand is a favorite in our family for crossfit. One of us already has these knee sleeves. I tried on an older pair which were XS. But when I ordered this listing in XS, I couldn’t even get it on my leg. Small was perfect. If you’ve never worn these before, it does get a bit sweaty, but worth it if you have some knee pain with squatting or other lifts. I felt it was too snug for walking around at home, but I did wear it for short periods when I had some knee pain.

They’re like wearing shoes for me – every workout.I love them because they keep my knees warm, somewhat secure (5mm isn’t much support, but it’s also not limiting my range and flexibility) and give me peace of mind. Great support. This knee sleeve is perfect for when you need extra support but still have great mobility. I have terrible knees but I cannot lift with my big bulky knee brace on. So this sleeve was a great addition so that I can still perform lifts while having extra knee stability
