| Directions | Puppies start to nibble solid foods at 3 - 4 weeks of age. Keep moistened Pro Plan available at all times. Allow your puppy to eat at will until fully weaned (6 - 8 weeks). After weaning, Pro Plan can be fed moistened or dry. For best results, develop a regular feeding schedule such as three small meals a day for younger puppies. You can gradually reduce to one feeding in the morning and one in the evening as your puppy ages. The routine should not vary. As puppies near adulthood, their calorie needs may drop, and your puppy may begin leaving some food in the bowl. Don’t misinterpret this as an indication of dislike for the food. MAKING THE SWITCH TO PRO PLAN Although you’ll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your dog, please allow 7 - 10 days to ease the transition from your dog’s current food. Golden Retriever puppy loves this dog food. I have no idea what makes this dog food special but my six month old Golden Retriever loves it. I had to buy a slow feed dog bowl because he eats the kibble so fast. I highly recommend one of these bowls because it will force your dog to slow down and chew the kibble. My puppy will scour the kitchen floor looking for any kibble that may have fallen on the floor. His coat looks beautiful – and he is healthy, strong and has a ton of energy each day. At least for now, I have peace of mind that he is eating well.
Very good food. Really good nutritional value and my dogs love it. Not only do the dogs love it but, so do we as the pups also have nice firm stools on this food. My only negative is the price…
Loves It. My Noodle boy loves this food. He jumps and hops for joy every time I serve it to him. His coat is very shiny and he is a healthy energetic puppy thanks to it.
My puppy FINALLY loves his food. Our lab/bulldog mix is 6 months old and since we adopted him, we had him on another (very reputable) brand puppy food. But he would rarely eat it. We put water on it to moisten it – nope. Added treats and cheese mixed into it – nope; barely a few nibbles. So after weeks of this, we decided to try this food. It’s like night and day. He GOBBLED it up and licked the bowl clean. I am so glad we decided to make the switch. I was giving him too many treats to make sure he ate something (which I’m sure is not the right thing to do but he seemed to always be hungry.) Anyway, I will be buying this from now on!

kibble with tender shreds; a winner for my young (picky) lab. Lol yes, there are some soft-ish pieces, and the pieces vary in size. This is “shredded”. You can see what it looks like in the product description. AND THE DESCRIPTION states, “crunchy kibble combined with tender shredded pieces for delicious taste and texture”.My young lab is picky. I will spend whatever it takes to give my babies healthy science-backed food. I am done with boutique foods with zero-science. So when getting ready to bring her home, I decided on Purina kibble. Because she is picky, I tried a few options from Purina line and Iams line before settling with this Purina Pro Plan. She seems to like this best. Now at nearly 8 months old, it has been her primary food for most of her life.No stomach upset, no issues that I can see. Just a healthy, soft fur, happy, rambunctious growing American yellow lab. She does however also really like her big brother’s (English yellow lab) sensitive skin formula, and so I sprinkle a little of that on top.All bags have been fine as far as I can tell.

Good Puppy Food. Have had consistent growth and weight gain feeding this to our French Bulldog. She seems to easily chew the bite sized pellets.

I have been pleased with the Purina Pro Plan dry food formula for sensitive skin in keeping my Rat Terrier from suffering with raw and itchy skin. I accidentally order this formula, but I am hopeful it works just as well for my Ratty.
My whippets healthy eating. This was great for my growing Whippet pup. The ingredients are good. I’m so glad we have different options now when it comes to eating healthy for our fur babies! I truly worry about what they eat! He just turned a year, so I’m just weaning him off of it now.
