Very Pleased So Far. I have 2 English Bulldog and one French Bulldog and I have tried every over priced food in the pet store. One of my bullies has allergies and eye issues so I wanted a food that would not make those issues worse. Tried grain free, limited ingredient, salmon, breed specific, you name it. I joined a bulldog lover group on Facebook and was reading comments left by owners when asked what they feed their bullies. Of course there are those who jump all over anyone who doesn’t feed some boutique food or raw diet but I was really surprised by how many feed their bullies Purina One Smart Blend so I thought since it is half the price and I get more product why not give it a try.FIRST – my dogs love it. With the most recent food prior to this one I was throwing away half their food but now feeding this combined with the some of the Purina One moist food they lick their bowls clean. Note I also feed moist food when feeding the more expensive foods. Still wouldn’t finish it all.SECOND-My bulldog with the eye issues is actually looking better. Less squinting and less watery tears (he has had entropian surgery but allergies cause his eye lids to still roll inward and the surgeon said there is nothing we can do beside steroids to reduce the swelling). I think the grain free was actually doing him more harm than good. So in this way this food has been a real blessing.THIRD- Poop is solid and not runny, some of the previous foods caused terrible runny stoolsOverall I could not be happier with this food. I will say it is not as pretty as the more expensive foods. By that I mean the pieces of food are not all uniform and perfectly shaped. I don’t care and neither do my dogs. Frankly I kick myself every time I think about how many years I spent feeding my dogs over priced food when such a good alternative was right in front of me.

Made a big difference. Our cat was suffering from what appeared to be food allergies. Excessive licking across his whole body, vomiting, and hair balls. Oh, the hair balls. After some research and talking with our vet, we decided to put him on a grain-free diet. This seemed to answer the bill. Within a couple of days, we started seeing results. Our boy went from vomiting food/hair once a day to about twice a month. He licked far, far less. I can guarantee you that you will have similar results, but I can honestly say that this food made a significant difference with our cat.As for him, he seems to really like the taste. He can be picky, but he took to the taste immediately. In fact, he often choses to eat this food over his treats and even the wet food he previously loved. The only problem there is that he has the nasty habit of eating too fast, so we do have to take extra precautions there. But, that is perfectly fine when the food is making such a positive difference.As a bonus, the food itself is lighter than other dry foods. So, you may get a 3.5 lb bag of food, but there is simply more of it. Also, this offers just the right amount of taurine for a cat’s diet. Apparently, insufficient taurine is a problem with many grain-free foods. Something we found out by our vet.Overall, we’ve been feeding this to our cat for about 3 months now, and we are really happy with the results so far.
Purina. For $10 a bag, this is a quality brand. My cat started chowing down the minute I put it in his bowl. The ingredients are decent for the price and if you only have one cat like me, you can see what food he likes best. This one is a win for us! His coat looks absolutely amazing on this brand and extremely soft, doesn’t shed a ton. 10/10
What the heck does Scent have to do with cat food? really. Ok, who decided to put Temptations in this dry cat food?Our cats can’t do without this Purina high protein cat food!Especially our latest addition to the family. She expects it fresh not sitting all day.Picky little fur ball. Does she get what she wants….. ALWAYS!We feed all three cats moist and dry. They prefer the dry. Really???Highly recommend this brand.
Cats like it. My cats enjoy this food and it’s healthier than most other dry cat foods. The only con I have is when I load it into my automatic food dispenser, the shape of the food is flat and gets stuck falling out of the dispenser.
Not as Good As Other Purinaa Ones. I bought this “Wild” Protein Purina One thinking more and better protein might be good for the cats. They usually enjoy eating other Purina One dry food products. It took them a longer time to try eating it. The small is different from the other Purina One varieties they like.We are sticking with it now that it seems to be popular.

Quick and always quality. We own 2 Shelties/Mini Collies that are picky eaters . We tried alot of foods for them and this one has been a hit . It has really helped there coats to not shed as much and look bright and full since we started feeding them this food . And they have endless energy and seem very satisfied . They get excited now when they hear the feed can open.Not to mention it is always here within 2 days of ordering. Highly recommend .
Great food. Great dog food use it for my 2 bully breeds, also my German shepherd. I mix a little of the large breed dog food in for the bully it’s great because even with sensitive stomachs can mix with any purina brands with little to no titration.

Great product. I have four rescues and am also known to bring strays home and nurse them to health, train them and search for forever homes for them. I haven’t had a pup who did not like this product. It’s a great quality for a decent price. I have it set so I receive this item monthly. The discount for subscribe and save is nice for multiple reasons including the added discount, delivery right to my front door door and I never run out!
The only food my dogs will eat. I have gone through a few brands of dog food with my two dogs, and this one is the biggest hit. Specifically the turkey blend variety. I like the soft chunks mixed in with the crunchy kibble. It also fills them up really well, my dogs only need one bowl of their meaty cereal, about two cups or so once per day and they are good. The quality is great, their coats are shiny, their teeth are clean, and no one is throwing up. Sounds like great digestion and quality ingredients to me!
Cats loved the more natural peices. The cats really liked this food. The only bad part, they thought the more natural pieces – maybe freeze dried- ish(?), were treats so they ate a lot at first just looking for the special treats. I like that the ingredients are much better quality and that it’s actually grain free. Often times you see rice in “grain free” foods and that makes no sense to me. I have a cat that needs low carbohydrates and low fat and this one fits the bill pretty well.
Good for picky eaters. I just received this dog food after needing to change from taste of the wild brand. My little red heeler is very picky and would rather not eat at all than eat most foods. I did a 50/50 mix of this food with his old to start transitioning him. The little turkey pick out and ate all of the new food! I call that a success!
Good stuff. My new cat from the animal shelter loves it. She had reactions to other brands I tried first. She was smelling like farts constantly with one and then scratched nonstop losing clumps ofhair with a sensitive one. Finally I found this one! No side effects. Yes it’s bigger pieces like others mentioned but not a big deal. My cat is small and she has no problem eating it. Her bowl is emptied daily. The only con is it’s hard to find. It’s not currently available on here now. If you google it then you can find it elsewhere.
