Keep moistened Purina Friskies available to these kittens at all times. After weaning (at 6-8 weeks of age), kittens will normally eat dry or moistened food at will. Substitute small amounts of the new food for the old food, gradually increasing the amount of the new food while decreasing the old food, over a period of 7-10 days. My cats seem to like it … even prefer it. I am a health nut, and of course I want the best for my cats. I know most cat chows first ingredient is corn, which is ok for sustaining life. This chow meets the needs of a chow they will like and eat, is average for health, and will not break the bank for cost. It is cheaper, and tastier, than the others in this price class. And I really don’t know if the expensive designer chows are worth it or that much healthier. Seeing chicken as a first ingredient is good, but those chows are twenty bucks a bag more… when you talk 16 and 22 pounds. So, I do supplement their chow with canned cat foods and fish… tuna… and offer milk products as they choose. I do recommend a healthy omega 3 side dish offered at least once a day for your cats… because omega 3s are a higher quality protein and can build nerve and brain tissue, which omega 6 proteins cannot.
They don’t “tear” into It but. They seem to appreciate the change up from the same flavor for the last 2 years. I feed my cats soft food in one side of the double bowls and dry in the other so they can nibble all day through the night. They consume it completely by next morning. Every cat I had likes this Seafood Sensations.
Seafood Sensations. My cats love it! I always have this on hand. My cats don’t like all dry food. They love this. Sometimes it’s difficult to find a good price.

Happy Cats, Happy Life. My cats absolutely love Purina Friskies Gravy Swirlers! The 16 lb. bag is a great value, and I appreciate the variety it offers. My finicky eaters devour this food, and I can see they’re thriving on it. It’s packed with the nutrients they need, and it keeps them satisfied. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!
Great flavor for dry food. According to our kitten whom had been ditching other dry foods,this brand is great,the size is amazing,and the price even better! He LOVES this food!!!
Cat approved. I feed a herd (theyre definitely a herd) of needy community cats and I also have 3 pet cats. This is one of the brands I feed them for 2 reasons: the price of Friskies is very good (though not quite as cheap as 9Lives), and cats love the taste. I think they like the taste of this one more than most brands.The pieces are a decent size, not too large. It looks like a good quality food. I cant comment on the nutritional value since im not a vet nor have i done any of my own tests on it, but it doesnt seem to cause many stomach issues. Or at least, no more than usual!

Smells Amazingly Delicious – Low Priced. This is the first time I have bought this brand/flavor, and as soon as l opened the bag, the aroma and heavenly flavor just rose up in the air. But, there were three hungry kitties yowling for their dinner, so l let them be the final judges. They made a stampede for the Friskies, and l had to get out of the way. This is the best kitty food l have bought so far, and it’s less expensive than l have been paying.
Economical for Multi-Cat Homes. I regularly buy the 22lb bag of food. I have 4 cats, who have been eating the Friskies brand for years. I love that this line offers a variety of flavors so my kitties aren’t stuck eating one “forever.” I can’t speak to the nutrition of this brand but I’m sure there are “healthier” brands of cat food out there. Nonetheless, my cats seem to really like it.
