Amazon saves my life. Because I am the sole caretaker to my aging parents, it is not always possible or easy for me to get out and drive to my local grocery store to buy the things needed for my household to run smoothly and for all of our needs to be met without having to sacrifice one thing or another. If it were not for Amazon, my cats would have gone without their moist food because I live in on a private, unpaved road that has been either too packed with snow, too icy to make it up and down the hill or now with temperatures warming up, it is a two foot deep mud pit that takes swallows up my car even though I have the best studded tires on it. This winter has been very tough for all those reasons. I can’t thank Amazon enough for being my back up plan when all else fails. I am always utilizing Amazons many services and features. It is not often that a problem is met. However, if and when one does occur, I am lucky enough to be helped out without any hassles along the way by the amazing staff on the other side of the screen. I have at times been that customer with an attitude, but the associate who is dealing with my attitude never shows frustration. They don’t feed into my negative energy. I am given respect, courtesy, understanding, and I can sense that they genuinely want to help me with whatever I am need. (which I rarely exhibit) Whether it is, a missing item, undelivered items, damaged items, or a try before you buy item, the staff ALWAYS does whatever they can to make sure that I am happy with the outcome. My parents, being at an age when they need a little more help than usual, make many mistakes when using Amazon. They might accidentally sign up for a membership without knowing that it was done. Or they might order something that is unintended. Because of those few things, I find myself on the line with an associate more often than I like to admit. Mistakes made on my end are handled so nicely and not once can I say that I have been unsatisfied with the way I was helped. No matter who is to blame.For years I have been a loyal customer and I have shared my experience with others who are now loyal customers as well. I plan to have Amazon on my side for the rest of my life. I hope that we can make it happen. My cat likes the pate best. Kitty has been under the weather for a few days after I ordered this. She would only lick the juice off. She took a turn for the better yesterday and ate a whole can of the pate. She has never ate a whole can of anything at one time. Today she has eaten a little over half. I think she will finish off the can soon.
My Stella’s Favorite Flavor. She loves this flavor. I grabbed couple at the grocery. She was eating but not really enjoying the Sheba salmon cuts. Once she tasted this ocean whitefish and tuna, she wouldn’t touch her Sheba. After a couple of weeks of putting it put and her sticking to a dry-food diet and ignoring the Sheba, she convinced me. That was two months ago and she still loves this flavor of Fancy Feast. So I buy it by the case. Just a half a can a day, plus Iams dry food.
Cat loves it. My cat loves this wet food. I think it is a little pricey but I will purchase it always for him because he loves it. I purchased another wet food for him from amazon and he snubbed it wouldn’t even taste it. Thank you
Terrible delivery. Product is good. It’s delight for my cat. But !I’ve been okay with shipping in the past. The package was left at my door. But this time the delivery was usps and the package was put in the mailbox. When I unpacked the top box from amazon, I immediately noticed the damage to the packaging of the food itself. 4 cans are hopelessly damaged and the food leaked.

Loved by my picky kitty. We’ve been “studying” our baby to see what she likes best and fancy feast pates are it. We have this on subscribe and save for the convenience and price savings. The nutrition in them is better or on par with most other brands we’ve tried in the past as well so we feel good about this being a consistent part of her diet.
Cat LOVES. My sweet little cat loves this food!! She can’t eat hard food due to a throat problem, and can’t stand the “pate’” type food so this was a perfect choice. Very fresh, no problems with her tummy and a great quality for the amount. Also the cans are smaller so the portion is perfect. It doesn’t have too bad of a smell like some of the other cat foods do.
