Perfect at home workout. I refuse to pay for a gym membership and getting equipment for your home can be expensive. This bar is a perfect option for at home workouts. It’s portable you can take it anywhere!! I do recommend to purchase other handles as this set comes with only one handle set and they’re for your feet. Other than that, it’s great. I’ve recommended it to all my friends since purchasing!!
Excellent. This would have been a five rating but the little carabineers are for for ladies fingers. I replaced them with 3 inch lockable models which are much more convenient when attaching the bands to random objects, like my car’s bumper.
Great for when your traveling. It works great for traveling, definitely helps with your consistency. I can’t give honest opinion on durability only used it for a week, so far so good
Value for money.Adjustability. my wife does not have the opportunity to go to the gym, and this set perfectly replaces it for her. she can now work out at home as in the gym. The set is very versatile, you can work out many muscles. stable and at a great price
Wish it had 40 lb but I still like it a lot. I do like the Pilates bar a lot but the 50 lb was too hard and the 30 lb seemed too easy. Too bad it doesn’t come with a 40 lb. I also noticed some come with a video and this one didn’t. Luckily You Tube has some videos and I bought Amazon cars with some PB exercises so I’m making it work. The actual bar is great quality and I like it a lot.
Great exercise bar. I love that I can use this bar with other bands (I like Bodylastics).I don’t use the squat bands that came with the bar, I uses flat bands and another type of bar for squats.. I wish the hoops were a bit larger, but I can still attach two Bodylastics bands to the bar. I also use the bar (2 sections, easy to switch between two and three) for curls and triceps exercises so it is very versatile. I still use handles for most exercises.
Be sure on the weight you need. I like the product but I wish I had known that I needed lower resistance. For some of the exercises the 30 is too much. I can’t seem to find additional lower weight resistance bands without buying a whole new kit, bar and all. Would be much happier if I had a 20 lb band.

Like a gym in a bag. Light weight and easy to carry. This is like having a gym of weight set in a bag. You can workout every muscle group with this. It is a different kind of resistance, and you have plenty with the bands provided. Good as an edition to a home gym, or good for traveling, or good for a job where you have some free time to get a great workout, on the go.
